"Well it's starting." Wes said sitting up straight. He's been waiting for three minutes for Stark to get to the podium and he was nervous as fuck.

"Whatever Stark's saying will possibly change his company and everyone around him. I'm sure of it. " Thomas said cleaning his glasses.

" Yeah. If he shuts down his weapons manufacturing departments of Stark Industries. Stocks are going to drop by how much? " Miya asked

" 40 points minimum. That means we can buy more. " Rook said.

" Really? We're buying more? It's like you want to buy the company or something. " Charlotte said raising an eyebrow.

" I'm not buying the company. I'm securing our future. " Peter said seriously.

" And what do you mean by that?" Charlotte asked again.

" If Tony does a big madness and tries to buy my company. Then I'll buy his whole company with the shares that I have in his company thanks to Obadiah and what's about to happen." Peter said.

"Huh. I understand all of that. But I don't get it. Why can't you just deny it?" Wes asked.

" He'll put in everything to buy my company of that happens." Peter said.

" Everything?" Rook asked shocked.

" Not literally Rook. What Peter means is that Mr Stark will do anything it takes to make Arasaka his own." Miya explained to Rook who nodded his head in understanding.

" And that's what he'll do to get me, you everyone under him." Peter said.

" But are you going to though?" Charlotte asked.

" He'll To the fucking no. I've worked and dreamed my whole life for this to happen and I'm not going to let it go ever. My dream is to make the future a better place. Even though some will try to take yours and my dreams away. But I'm not going to let them do anything. "Peter said determined.

" Alright that's what's good. And on time too as our Golden boy is heading up stage with a cheeseburger... a classic American. " Thomas said and everybody. Tony did the same thing in the movies. He ordered everybody to sit down and he sat at the edge of the stage finishing his hamburger. The team watched what he was doing and rolled their eyes (metaphorically for Matt. Sorry Matt and all the other blind dudes out there. Even though you can't see it I still mean it.)

"Everything must be done in style. Like a diva." Peter said.

"Is he secretly a Miss Universe? Because he sure looks like gug to be one." Miya said.

"Ehm Tony is not a girl Miss Miya. That title is for women. He is a full fledged man. Though I won't be surprised if he's trans." Matt said getting everyone to smile. The guy tried to make a trans joke that is not offensive in their time which is in the late 2000s, but it will definitely be hella offensive in this era of ours. Gen Z 4 life. Shout-out to the LGBTQ community. I'm BI so that's a plus. I prefer girls more than guys. Sorry.

"Heh. Tony as Miss Universe. How will that go?" Thomas said amusingly.

" I do NOT want to imagine that. " Wes said making a puking face.

" Same. " Miya and Charlotte said.

"Oh look he's saying something." Thomas pointed to the screen again.

"I never got to say goodbye to Dad. I never got to say goodbye to my father. There's questions that I would have asked him. I would have asked him how he felt about what this company did. If he was conflicted, if he ever had doubts. Or maybe he was every inch the man we all remember from the newsreels. I saw young Americans killed by the very weapons I created to defend them and protect them. And I saw that I had become part of a system that is comfortable with zero accountability." The team were feeling sympathetic to him. Mostly because they knew that Tony now had trauma from Afghanistan. From the way he talked and from the way his eyes had fear in them. They knew that the decision he was about to make was all from the trauma. (and for Yinsen, the innocent people that died and the Young American soldiers he saw killed in front of him)

"Mr. Stark!" A reporter shouted out

"Hey , Ben." Tony said back and beckoned him to speak

" What happened over there?" Ben asked.

" I had my eyes opened." Tony stands and moves behind the podium.

"I came to realize that I have more to offer this world than just making things that blow up. And that is why, effective immediately, I am shutting down the weapons manufacturing division of Stark International" Everyone stands up in commotion. " until such a time as I can decide what the future of the company will be."

"I think we're gonna be selling a lot of newspapers." Obadiah said standing up beside Tony.

"What direction it should take, one that I'm comfortable with and is consistent with the highest good for this country, as well." Tony leaves the stage.

" What we should take away from this is that Tony's back! And he's healthier than ever. We're going to have a little internal discussion and we'll get back to you with the follow-up. " Obadiah said happily on the outside but on the inside he was seething in pure anger from hell.

" So that went well. I should buy 49% immediately. " Peter said.

" Before you do Peter. Do you want an update on our sales? " Miya asked happily.

" Of course I do. So do we have some good news? " Peter said nervous.

" Umm. The 3D printers are all.....

Sold out." Miya said smiling.

" Yes! let's go! " Peter said happily.

" That's good news to hear. Glad to see that I'm not regretting my decision. " Thomas said smirking.

" Come on tell me about the Holo 1. Don't ruin it for me with bad news. " Peter clenched his fist and looked at Miya.

Miya looked down with a serious expression and squinting her eyes a little bit "Well you don't have to worry because the Holo 1 has also been sold out! In the first two Days!" Peter jumped high up in the air.

"Let's fucking gooooo! And what are the public saying?" Peter asked.

"The public wants—no demands more of our products. Elon Musk even Tweeted that he is ordering it for Tesla and SpaceX and if he doesn't get it in a week he'll buy our company which I certainly do not want it to happen. " Miya said.

Peter was getting happier and happier every second."So this is what success feels like. I want MORE!" Peter thought inside.

" What about the factories? Are they keeping up with the demand? " Peter asked.

" They are. Though not by much. We would have to hire another scientist to be with them so they could produce the products faster. " Miya said.

"I will think about it. We should have a lot of people trying to apply. Though I want only the best. Like an elimination process. I want people that have a lot of skills and can dream big. " Peter said.

" Alright we'll get onto it then. What about you, what are you going to do other than buying shares? " Rook asked.

" Hmmm. I'm going to make our new product. Maybe take out Kingpins gang once and for all." Peter said.
