Chapter 016| Taking over the Italian Mafia

Timeskip.

It has been a few days since the tragic death of Vito Corleone has struck the dark underworld. Most people took this as an opportunity for Power.

The employees and workers were all left jobless, but not for long, Lex took this opportunity to further solidify his position in the Italian Mafia.

Now, with no one holding him back, Lex can now truly start to make a name for himself, by taking over the Italian Mafia, he can become the Head.

He already has spies! Lex now is only waiting for Rodgers to finish his training in the Military Camp sight. Rodgers is still the cornerstone of his plans.

No outside interference can disturb this plan of his. This can immediately elevate into higher levels of Power. That what Alex wants to have Absolute Power and to become the most Powerful being in the Marvel Universe.

"It has been awhile since I talked to the Irish Mob. What am I saying, they are nothing but second fiddle compared to my Power in the future. I need to absorb all of the businesses in New York."

"Once I create a public front, I can truly start to have contacts in high-level places like the Military and in the White House. I most be patient though, I won't allow myself to get drunk on this microscopic amounts of Power."

Lex POV.

I have successfully created new business opportunities. I known a lot of businesses around New York. I have stepped on some gangster's territory. I completely decimated them and forcible recruited some of their troops into my Organization.

I have been going around absorbing all kinds of Gangs for myself. This has undoubtedly spread around. I wanted this to happen, the more I become recognized, the more Power and Influence, I can gain.

My Company Lex Corp have also made some moves into the scene. I own lots of restaurants and Public Places. I also begin to set my foot into the Car Industry. My cars will be far better than even Stark Industries.

Thanks to my future Knowledge and Revolutionary Technology, Lex Corp has been climbing the Corporate ladder for a few months now, I have been buying lots of places like, Lex Restaurant, Lex Mall, Lex Automobiles.

My Power and Influence in both the legitimate World and the illegitimate World has massively increased, I have been ruling the Italian Mafia with an iron fist.

Right now, the Irish Mob think, they've won because no one is in their way, but really they're in the palm of my hand, dancing like Circus Monkeys.

I have been doing a few missions here and there nothing too major, I want Death Stroke's Skills in Martial Arts, some says he is even better than Batman.

"Sir! There has been a disturbance, a little small gang has been causing chaos in some of our neighborhoods, they call themselves the "Outlaw Gang". Said, one of Lex's advisors, as he awaits for Lex's instructions.

"Outlaw Gang, I have heard about those troublemakers, but I never took them to heart, now it seems some may die!" Said Lex, as he orders his advisors to put this nuisance of a gang out of it's misery.

Time Skip.

A few months has passed since then, Steve is done training with and testing out his new Super Human Powers, so far though he is nothing but a Political scapegoat for War Bonds and Kids.

The Irish Mob though has strangely been losing members, a large group of "Gangs" started coming out of nowhere, the leader of the Irish Mob even realized, his trusted friends were traitors.

It all started ever since, Lex has taken over the Italian Mafia, that's why, Don Santino has scheduled a meeting with Lex today, he is starting to become disturb about Lex's rising Power.

Don Santino POV.

Ever since, Lex has taken control of the Italian Mafia, he has been gathering Forces at a crazy pace, his Influence has already surpassed mine by a long shot…that's not all though, some members of my Organization now works for him.

So, I'm meeting him now to put a stop to it…mostly because of his Power and Influence, he has even started to become a public figurehead, that is helping the community…but I don't trust that one bit, he is only satisfying his ambitions.

I have been a gangster my whole life, I have learned from the best the Criminal Underworld has to offer…call it "Gangster Instincts" but I know when someone is lying with malicious intent or is hiding something.

Strangely with Lex though…my senses aren't going off my instincts are telling me that Lex hasn't shown any malicious intent or anything that remotely disregard my interests.

I am sitting at a restaurant…I have own this restaurant for many years, I am currently sitting on the top floor, my Influence and Reputation are taking a dive, this is the only source of income, I now have.

General POV.

*Ding!*

The Golden Bell rings…Lex walks upwards towards the stairs, Santino is watching Lex ascend the stairs with a serious look on his face.

"Hello there, Lex!" Said, Santino, as he welcomes Lex to sit down with a genuine smile on his face. Lex took the gesture and sits down.

"It is finally nice to meet you, Don Santino!"
