I regain control of my body and leap off the ledge to a somersault on the ground. The cloud of bats dives at me.
Nonetheless, I shift my focus only to the nearest bats and cut them down. My reaction time has improved.
With one horizontal slash, I killed 7 of them. Another slash diagonally took another 8 of them. At that moment, I miss one bat and its claw scratches my arm.

I jump off the ledge and land on the ground. It's humid yet hot here.

I hold my breath as I throw my glance at the sound, a large monstrosity with 9 eyes crawls past me to the ceiling.
Luckily, my presence was hidden by the technique.

However, the health bar disappears when the monster moves too far away, probably about 3 kilometres apart.
My ever-growing greed for power led me to a risky decision: ambushing and killing that spider.
I can hear other similar beasts lurking in the dark. Yet, that did not deter me.
I leap at the spider, quickly plunging my dagger into its torso with great strength, piercing through the hard shell.

As I lay on the floor near a rock, a spider walks over me. I take that chance to thrust my weapon up its abdomen.

I can hear beasts everywhere. I notice this is a spider den, and every spider here...might have a bond of a family; they are mourning the death of the spiders.
The survivors are increasingly agitated, sweeping their sharp legs across any suspicious object they find.
In addition, they start to spew out webs to trap me...or detect me? I'm not sure.
One by one, I take care of the spiders and "farm" for exp.
