As soon as the director left, Emily immediately flashed Alfred a bashful smile. "Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity, Mr. Gray," she gleamed.

While looking at the woman, who was obviously a novice, standing in front of him, he smiled. "You don't have to thank me. You're a good actress and you managed to convey the emotions the film called for perfectly. You definitely deserve more exposure. Emily knew that he was wholly dedicated to his craft, so he'd probably frustrated if he had to put up with Chloe's constant inability to show up to set.
