"Squeeze the ball," the therapist said, and Yitian did what he was supposed to.
He was making steady progress, he could walk alone now. He wasn't short of breath anymore and could laugh normally. His wounds have healed, and they were nicely done because he had only small scars.
"Awesome, you are making really big progress," she praised him, and Yitian felt awesome. He might not be as fast as before, but thankfully only his forearm was broken, not his wrist, so he would be still able to play.
"thank you," he said and blushed. It made the young nurse giggle, gaining a stern look from the older one working with the other patient.
"We are done for today," she said, and proceeded to write a report to his doctor. She gave it to Yitian to bring it to him and smiled brightly.
Yitian waved, said his goodbyes, and walked out of the room. Chao was already there waiting for him. He had a laptop on his thighs and talked to the headset he was wearing.
