Gu Nanyu's blood ran cold after hearing what they mentioned.

Then, they began removing their clothes. Soon after, their somewhat unfitting police uniforms were stripped off.

Their arms, chests, and back which were covered in Green Dragon White Tiger tattoos caught her attention.

How could these people be police!

Clearly they were in disguise!

But how could they have the keys in their hands?

Why would they want to make things difficult for me?

Before Gu Nanyu could get her head around the situation, she realized that the two men were approaching her.

"Who are you? What are you trying to do?" Gu Nanyu asked in a low voice.

That moment, one of them laughed.

"You will know what we are trying to do just in a while and you will know who we are too, your men. Hehe…"

Gu Nanyu understood what they meant instantly and was startled.

Soon after, the man gave her a slap and Gu Nanyu fell onto the floor once again.

There was blood on the corner of her lips. After wiping it off, Gu Nanyu stared right back at them.

The man who was smaller in size than the other was taken aback for a moment by Gu Nanyu's gaze. Threatening in manner but cowardly at heart, he said, "Blame yourself for offending someone whom you shouldn't have. There is nothing to do with us. We are just doing what we are paid to do. Hold your grudge against them."

The two of them then went forward to drag her legs to pull her jeans while he was saying so.

Gu Nanyu was not a sitting duck. Even if she were to be in tragedy, she would never suffer alone.

When one of them managed to tear her jeans apart, she pulled out the jade token on her neck.

She then went ahead to strangle the man's neck forcefully using the tenacious red thread on it.

Just like a berserk wild beast, she used all the strength in her to strangle the man.

I will never let the person who humiliated me off the hook, no matter what it takes!

The other man who saw Gu Nanyu madly strangling his companion's neck then went ahead to pull her hand away from the side.

That moment, Gu Nanyu's force was unexpectedly strong. She did not let go even though her palm was already bleeding after being strangled by the thread.

A man in pajamas was seen standing at the dimly lit entrance.
