My date

Aelia-It's been 6 months since I saw him. I can't stop thinking about him everyday. Ever since he returned me nothing has been the same.

And lately my dad has been nagging on me to go on a date. He's been saying that I'm getting older and I need to get married soon.

So today I will be going on a blind date with some rich dude or something.

Emily- I've heard you talk about this guy alot. You must really be in love.

(Emily is Aelia's bestfriend since she was a child. They grow up together and always be together because their families are close.)

Aelia- I don't know I just fell in love but sadly I'll never see him again..

Emily- Cheer up girl you may see him again and you should go on this date so that your dad won't get angry.

Aelia- Ugh but I don't wanna.

Emily- You should. Maybe your dad is a bit right. I mean you're 27 and you haven't got a boyfriend yet.

Aelia- Maybe I don't want one.

Emily- Maybe you just want that one dude. Just go.

Aelia- Fineeee.

I got ready and left for my date. I was nervous because i never really went out with anyone before.

As i walked in the place for my date I saw someone sitting on the table I was supposed to meet my date and I got nervous. He looked okay from the back he even looked familiar..

As I walked closer to him and asked

"hey are you the guy I'm supposed to be on the date with?"

And when he turned around and answered I swear my heart was gonna jump out of my body.

Elias- Hmm I don't know? Is your name Aelia?

Aelia- Elias?what?how?

Elias- Sit down and I'm gonna tell you what happened.

Aelia- Okay.

Elias- So basically my dad and your father had a meeting one day and they were discussing business.

After discussing business they started talking about how their children are getting old and haven't gotten a boyfriend or girlfriend yet.

So after that talk they decided to set us up on a date.

Aelia- And how do you know all this?

Elias- Oh well my dad tells me everything. He told me I was gonna be on a date with you otherwise I wouldn't have come.

Aelia- Oh wow and my dad didn't even tell me who was gonna be my date.

Elias- Anyways enough about our parents. How have you been?Did you miss me?

Aelia- I have been very good actually and yes I did miss you a tiny bit.

Elias- Well I missed you alot I couldn't stop missing you.

Aelia- Oh you're very straightforward.

Elias- Well there's something that I wanna tell you. The real reason why im on this date.
