"Then what are you here for mother?" Gavin shouted.

"Shut up Gavin and tell me what type of attitude was that?"

Frowning confusedly, "attitudes? What attitudes?"

"Oh you mean you don't understand where you're faulty?

When Gavin nodded his head, she added, "alright then, I'll tell you, what type of attitude was that earlier today? I mean why did you ask Rhett to kick Stacey out of your office?"

After hearing what Ivonne said, Gavin took a deep breath and sighed, relaxing his back on the soft chair, he moved the chair sideways.

"That? I thought it was even something important or serious"

Widening her eyes in shock, "what? Gavin? Is there anything more important than Stacey?"

"Yes Mom and that's my job in the company, my job is the only thing that's more important to me the most more than anybody or anything else"

"Gavin I think you need to see a therapist, it urgent in your case"

Letting out a chuckle, Gavin said, "why are all of you saying that I need a therapy? The last time I checked, I am a total complete human being and if I was mentally unstable then what will I be doing here?"

"I don't know whoever or whatever thing said that to you in the first place but one thing that I know for sure is this, not everybody that is putting on a beautiful dress is called a normal person"

Leaning towards the desk, Gavin narrowed his eyes and rest his hands on the desk, "and I think you're one of those people, mother"

Widening her eyes and mouth in shock, Ivonne gritted her teeths, "watch your words Gavin Warren, am not going to take shit from you"

"Neither am I going to take nonsense from you too dear mother" Gavin shouted.

"Me keeping quiet doesn't makes me a fool" wait a minute, what do you think? Do you think normal people pressure their kids to go on a blind date with someone they barely know?"

"Do you think responsible and normal people in their right senses pick random women for their kids to date? Huh?"

"Do you think you're doing me good or do you think you're helping me at all?"

"Look at Rhett, he is doing fine with his girlfriend Evelyn, they are both dating in peace and–

"First I don't care to know about that" Ivonne retorted. "Don't you ever compare yourself with Rhett, Mabel didn't bring her son up properly but I did"

"Oh yeah? Of course you did by pressuring my whole life and giving me body heats all the time on going out with random women for blind date?" Gavin shouted

"Am helping you and you are–

"That's not helping mother, that's oppressing"

Ivonne let out a mockery chuckle, "look at who's even talking about Rhett and Evelyn, they are dating, right? But when are you going to get yours?"

Rolling his eyes off her face, "I don't know"

"You see, that's your problem Gavin, that's your main problem. You don't want to get a–

"Mom please, please stop bugging me, stop it, I don't like it." Gavin shouted. "Do I tell you that am in need of a girlfriend? All I know right now is work, work and nothing but work so if you don't mind, give me a break and let me grab some fresh air."

Suppressing the urge of slapping him, Ivonne closed her eyes, took a deep breath and sighed. "I will get back at you Gavin Warren" grabbing her purse, she barged out of his office.
