Chapter 19 ‘Are you stalking me?’

I stood at the door of Jayden's room.

Isn't this a bit stalky?

And ofcourse now I realized, shouldn't I just let him go?

He left not for nothing, Aurora he lets you go now you have to let him go.

I took a deep breath okay Aurora this is the last time you see Jayden make sure you say goodbye.

I grabbed the door handle and lowered it slowly. When the door handle couldn't go any further, I gently pushed the door open.

I saw a large room as big as the school canteen. Everything was in gold, even his desk was gold.

I slowly walked to the center of the room, looking around.

No Jayden in here.

He's not here, I'll just have to let him go.

I turned around and I shocked Jayden was right in front of me. I swallowed

"Are you stalking me?" He said jokingly.

"No, I came here to say goodbye since you didn't do it!" He raised an eyebrow.

"You came all the way here Just for that?"

"Yes" I said 'no' I thought.

He took a step forward and another,h e looked at me playfully.

Seriously, we are going to do this again?

"Your heart starts to beat a little faster every time I take a step towards your direction, Flower" He said playfully.

He grabbed my waist and pulled me close. I didn't do anything I just swallowed and tried to control my heart rate.

He gave me a kiss on the forehead.

"Jayden I came here to say goodbye, not to be your toy." This time Jayden sighed.

"I hate to say goodbye."

"I have noticed." And I wriggled loose, but I immediately regretted it.

"Aurora I don't want to say goodbye to you." His playful look disappeared.

"I don't like it either, but you have decided to leave and with leaving there is part of saying goodbye." I looked at him seriously, he sighed again.

"Goodbye Jayden." I tried to stay as strong as I could.

I turned and walked towards the door hoping he would say goodbye or something.

"No!" He took my arm and turned me around.

"'No'?"

"No." And before I knew it he pressed his lips against mine. He tied his arms around my body.

My whole world felt perfect the second his lips touched mine. He pressed his lips against mine with a great force and he held me tight. My world was perfect that one minute his lips were against mine. He started the kiss and ended it. I expected him to look at me with a grin or something like that, but he looked at me seriously. We were so close together and he still held me tightly against him. He shoved a piece of hair behind my ears.

"I love you." He said in my ear, I felt like I was on fire.

"I.I love you too. " I said soft.

I swallowed and my heart was beating like crazy. He gave me a hug. I hugged him back and nestled my head back on this chest neck.

The hugging felt like an eternity. I hoped it would take an eternity, but we let go of each other he looked at me perfectly.

"I want you... so badly.." He said soft.

"Then what is holding you back?" I bit my lip.

"Because I don't want to ruin your life."

"You're not gonna ruin my life Jayden! You're making it better." I said. He looked at me happy, but that soon turned to a sigh.

"You don't want to become a vampire." He said soft.

"If I can be with you then, I would do it." A smile appeared.

"But you don't want to be one, I don't want that you are gonna hate your life."

"Don't be so difficult Jayden, I want to be with you."

"I want to be with you too." He said. I smiled at him.

Finally, he admits it!

The door opened and I turned around and it was the security guard.

"My Prince and miss Meijers, the King and Queen are expecting you." And he went away.

"What could it be?" Jayden sighed.

He took my arm and practically dragged me along.

We left Jayden's room and down the hall. We walked through the hall through a large gate through another room and we went through a door to the living room. The living room was huge, everything was gold.

Vampires have a thing for gold!

We went to the left through a large open door to the king and queen and my father. My father sat in a golden seat opposite the king and queen. Jayden was still holding my wrist and still dragging me. When we were almost there he let go of me.

"Father, mother." He said formally.

"Jayden." His father said.

Now that I look at it Jayden looks more like his father than his mother, only he has his mother's hair color brown and his father has raven black hair.

My father sought my attention and made a gesture, bow? I have to bow!

I bowed to the king and queen.

"My king, my queen" That's good right?

The king began to laugh at me viciously.

"Oh Aurora, you look like your mother, never knew what to do when she was still human."

"Excuse me?"

"Father!" Jayden said angrily.

"I suppose you were human once too?" I said.

"As naive as your mother."

"Father!" Jayden said

"Would you leave my mother alone!"

"Such an attitude, but still tries to hold back." He said mean.

"Such a delicate human." And he was standing in front of me within a millisecond and he grabbed my neck gently.

"Enough father, don't touch her!" And Jayden pushed his father away and stood for me protecting me.

His father started to grin.

"Are you serious gonna protect this human?" He looked at me like I was disgusting.

"I will and the next time you'll do something like that I won't push you away anymore I will hurt you, I don't care if you are the king or my father then." Jayden said calmly yet dangerous.

"You sure?" His father walked towards me and Jayden punched him and not so softly.

"Perfect." He said laughing while wiping his blood from his mouth.

"What?" "Jayden said angry.

"Jayden has found his bride at last!" His father said.
