Chapter 1: To Beyond I GO!

~Third POV~

There is not one universe—there is a multiverse. In Scientific American articles and books such as Brian Greene's latest, The Hidden Reality, leading scientists have spoken of a super-Copernican revolution.

A multiverse is a hypothetical group of multiple universes. Together, these universes comprise everything that exists: the entirety of space, time, matter, energy, information, and the physical laws and constants that describe them.

The multiverse theory suggests that our universe, with all its hundreds of billions of galaxies and almost countless stars, spanning tens of billions of light-years, may not be the only one.

Instead, there may be an entirely different universe, distantly separated from ours — and another, and another.

The Multiverse is a place where multiple possibilities exist no matter how outrageous as it seems…

One possibility or thought somewhere out there is happening….

~Noah POV~

Noah Creek just your ordinary teenage boy living in Echo Creek in Los Angelo's, California.

My parents had the great idea to name me after the town here.

Been here for the last 15 years and it has been a very normal life I have been living the usual teens things that we do.

Watch anime, play video games, manga, studying, and the norm…

At least till a certain new transfer student named Star Butterfly came to Echo Creek Academy.

And ever since then the amount of dangers she brings and trouble that follows her is completely unbelievable.

A girl from another dimension using a magic wand to fight of monsters and invaders of her Kingdom for the name of Mewman Kingdom and Butterfly Bloodline.

I swear to god that she is a literal Magical Girls.

And we all know to NEVER fuck with literal Magical Girls in anime or cartoons.

They are literal trouble magnets and death bringers to my health and one of the students just had to befriend her.

It's not bad per say but Marco Diaz has certainly interesting company but has been quite distance to his friends.

Not that I complain about his life choices but that's completely up to him what he does in life.

I on the other hand would rather not be anywhere near those laser shooting puppies close to my wellbeing.

I saw The Boys and what they did to a laser Baby.

No need for me to lose my life on that… I mean there has been few deaths while not intentional from Star.

But most or if not the majority of people don't notice it or even argue about it because she has literal power of magic.

Then there was some kind of racist woman from her world trying to conqueror our world or by their terms dimension trying to have a ruler as she was defeated by democracy and retreated.

Sigh…

Shaking my head of this if these Mewmans were able to travel the dimensions and travel the multiverse with their magic but from what Stars says about them they are completely idiots to a degree with their use.

Walking over to a park I managed to see people enjoying themselves as -

*Vroom*

Suddenly seeing a portal appear out of nowhere as I narrowed my eyes probably knowing the culprit as I see… a male hand?

So not Star fault but the pets of laser puppies don't make it better knowing that Marco purposely left them here.

Seeing the portal open I placed my hand inside already knowing how it works by guess how Star uses her in school escaping some near death experiences.

"What! No Stop!"

*Swoosh*

Placing the leash that the dogs had and returned them to sender I began to take away… scissors?

As the portal closed as I made sure to close the portal my eyes twitched at this holding it as I talked out my thoughts, "I think I need to return these back to sender. Maybe Star needs to make sure she takes care of her shit."

*Vroom*

Opening up the portal using the air seeing Star use it multiple times I began to enter inside the portal hoping to return…

What the hell in the hell.

You know when I thought about going inside a portal that will send me to Star location I was thinking somewhere nice… not this mainly of barren and arid lands. It has decayed vegetation and large crags and volcanoes.

But worst of all though I seem to be in the presence of two short… girls or demon girls guarding a wooden home would be the right guess here?

"Hold it!"

That was when a door only to show another one of a demon girl has pale white skin, spiked arms, long red hair tied back in a black spiky hair tie with bangs that cover her right eye, orange eyes, fangs, pointed ears, and jagged yellow-orange horns. She primarily wears a yellow-orange ballgown, brown high-heeled boots, and a black tiara. A small orange flame constantly burns over her head.

"Where did you get these!"

"Seriously flesh wad talk."

Yelling at me while glaring down trying to grab the scissors as I merely moved it away as I replied to her with a raised eyebrow, "Got it from some fool opening portals. Just took it and tried opening it back to sender. I would've assumed to be Star Butterfly but…. Not you miss?"

Stopping for a bit before still glaring at me she began to introduce herself to me, "I'm the forger of all dimension scissors. The name is Hekapoo and each of those possessing them is those who earns them."

Welp I'm convinced.

Hearing it I gave it to her since it wasn't mine as she began to reveal its name actually belonging to her the whole time?

Huh?

Who knew Star was a thief?

She glanced at me before questioning me about the item being returned as she spoke out, "You humans are lame times a thousand… but I suppose you did return these to me. I guess I can give you the chance to earn them… if you give me the info of who had them?"

Nodding my head in understanding I can agree with that since I sold out Star and Marco.

No hard feelings since I haven't been really well known to them.

She takes the info as she handed me my very own dimensional scissors as I asked the obvious to her, "So… how exactly do these works? Just have to think them and take me somewhere?"

She smirks at this as she gave me the full run down on how they operate.

Dimensional scissors are used for traveling between dimensions. By cutting anywhere in the air with the desired dimension to travel to in mind, the scissors create a portal. The portal itself usually reflects the designated dimension.

After someone passes through the portal, the portal either closes by itself or it can manually be closed by someone.

If a scissors user does not have a specific destination in mind when using them, the portal that they open leads to a dead end.

That was when she said about being an authority of using such scissors would be known by her as portal manipulation to know if they are abused.

Hekapoo can control the creation of dimensional portals and prevent them from being open by dimensional scissors and other portal users.

That's… very concerning…

As she casually gives me the scissors having her back turn now knowing what to do with them…

*Swoosh*

I simply opened a portal using them as she didn't seem to care much but to where it was going I had made sure the next destination was to the black void at the end of the multiverse as I moved behind her...

"What!"

That was before Hekapoo was suddenly forced inside as I swung her inside with all that I could as I would really prefer that I kept my secret of where I go secret.

True what I did was basically murder and I would feel guilty but…

I've seen many things that having a person that track down my location isn't what I want.

No.

That would make their reasons justified to track me down like a dog and do what they want.

I can't have that.

And Hekapoo was a threat that needs to be taken care of if I wanted to travel other dimensions I have in mind after obtaining this knowledge.

Shame she was cute too but… I can't simp now though.

Hmm…

If these people have had magic for a long while now and the Mewmans are idiots there has to be a realm that has plenty of magic right?

A realm of magic perhaps?

Hmm…

*Vroom*

Opening a portal I quickly got a book of the royal family archives of Stars as I began to look up the info I needed to thanks to these scissors.

The Realm of Magic is an outside dimension where magic originates and travels to all dimensions through a series of ascending gold-colored waterfalls. The realm is home to several unicorns.

Anyone who enters the Realm of Magic soon loses their memories and is reduced to a childish state, but this usually wears off soon after they leave the dimension. The unicorns within the Realm of Magic are immune to this effect.

But messing with my mind though is a problem…

Closing the portal and opening up a new one in its place where I saw a unicorn sleeping I began to use the scissors use and stab it in the neck as blood began to flow off it alarmed as it ran away.

*Splat*

That was the easy part as some of its blood flew towards my direction but I only needed a few as it got on my jacket.

Yuck!

Even tasting it is bad!

Still at least I ate their blood and hope my anime and game knowledge would help.

*Splash*

Jumping into the realm of magic I can feel something foreign began to interfere with my mind but…

The effects slowly loosen up as I began to deep my dimensional scissor as it began to soak inside as the blades changed into gold uncorrupted as I saw it change as I slash open it to another world.

Quickly opening up another portal of my home taking my backpack and some flask canisters I began to scoop up the water of the magic realm as I talked to myself, "Still though I wonder if anyone is interested in these. Better to take some with me on the road just in case."

Testing out opening another portal as I began viewing inside from a safe point I smiled to where it points to as I can't help but grin at the scene…

The multiverse is now open season for me to search through now.

Ugh…

I think the effects of the Unicorn blood is fading off…

Sorry mom and dad but I'm afraid I'll travel the multiverse before I return or possibly never if those Mewmans would come asking…

Leaving outside the Magical Realm I was now outside the same place I was originally before knocking Hekapoo out…

Hmm…

If I remember correctly Star usually have a spell book around here that has all the spells of her kingdom him…

Nope.

There was a saying that being too greedy will get me killed.

Also, drinking the water is out of the question.

Besides that I need to research the effects of this magical water to see how it would work out with a human digesting it.

*Vroom*

Ripping up a portal to another dimension I couldn't help but be filled with excitement…

Now the doors are open to dimensional travel… time to go beyond.
