Cerita seorang yang hidup di Pelabuhan, dirinya mendapat masalah dengan kepolisian yang membuat kehidupan dia awalnya nyaman langsung menjadi terpuruk, mempertaruhkan masa depan dirinya dan Kantor Pelabuhan, Atasannya menyuruhnya untuk keluar dari Pelabuhan dan berpindah ke kota yang bernama Jenggoro, kota yang berisi penderitaan, kekecewaan, kesedihan, kekesalan, dan sebagainya. Cerita ini akan berisi tentang bagaimana orang ini memulai kehidupan barunya di kota Jenggoro, akan berisi bagaimana kehidupan di kota tersebut serta berisi juga pertikaian pribadi dan pertikaian sosial. Rasa putus asa, kecewa, penyesalan, labil, pasrah, semua akan teraduk penuh di dalam cerita, kita juga akan mengikuti jalan cerita beberapa tokoh lain di dalam cerita dan mengungkap bagaimana diri mereka serta mengungkap tentang kota Jenggoro yang sebenarnya. Apakah memang dari awal kota yang usang? Kenapa masyarakat di kota Jenggoro tetap tinggal didalam kota? Lalu bagaimana kehidupan disana? dan bagaimana kehidupan seorang dari Pelabuhan yang dibuang ke kota Jenggoro karena mendapat masalah dengan kepolisian?
