The experts of the city are gathering now. People are talking to each other about the battle with the demon beast horde that only lasted within a day which is considered a miracle. Some chat about Nie Li and his contributions to Glory City.

While the talks were happening, Shen Hong was being wary of the situation especially since his Sacred Family is in the middle of other families. Because of the report of Ye Zong's situation, Shen Hong didn't see the other Snow Wind family members except for Ye Xiu and Ye Shou. Though he still feels off about the whole meeting.

Ning'er is with her family and being surrounded by some people that wanted to have connections with them because of her status as a Black Gold rank spiritualist. With her cultivation, she has not been confronted by Shen Fei ever since the tournament so Shen Xiu did not go to her and tell her off like in the novel or manga.

Nie Li already secured Ye Ziyun and is now talking to Ye Xiu and Ye Shou with Duan Jian by his side.

A man then got the attention of everybody.

???: "Expert from different families, welcome. We are here today to discuss the demon beast horde that came to Glory City a week ago. Most of you have probably seen the Abyss Demon that fought off a lot of the horde's Black Gold rank demon beast and were wondering why would it do that? It's simple really. The Abyss Demon is now the guardian beast of Glory City."

Before continuing to talk, the person released his pressure on the crowd which made all of them like a mountain was placed on them.

When the others heard it, they were shocked that someone other than Lord Ye Mo is at the Legendary rank stage. Shen Hong was now really having a bad premonition that something is happening right now just because there is some of that level speaking to them right now.

???: *erasing his pressure on the crowd* "Now that I have your full attention. Let us continue. We all know that the City Lord Mansion was attacked by the Dark Guild and they are the reason that the Abyss Demon was summoned. But how is that possible if you might ask if? The man then showed the crowd a crystal and from within it, a moving picture emerge and float above it for the others to see. The people saw now are about the battle with the demon beast horde. Some people recognized their faces and how they are fighting the demon beasts.

???: "As you can see, this crystal is a genuine artifact though we only have a few of these that were excavated in some ruins. But this is not what we want to show you. You see, this crystal's value is not about recording and showing battles. But for gathering information."

A new crystal was presented to the crowd but this time the people were seeing cloak individuals that were walking in a ruin.

The next image shows that these people were fighting a spiritual demon beast and killing it. Next is where they manage to capture Shen Yue and release him into the Sacred Family without any ransom agreement.

Instead of replying to Shen Hong, the man showed more of a lot of other crystals at the same time so that the crowd will see what is stored in it. But most of it was people with dark cloaks entering and exiting the Glory City in the place where the Sacred Family is supposed to be protecting. They even saw these people working at the restaurant of the Sacred Family and doing dirty works that were covered by the Sacred family.

One particular image is Shen Xiu is talking to Ye Han about killing the City Lord. And a "confession" of Shen Hong killing the wife of the City Lord.

All the people of the room now were looking in the direction of the Sacred Family while being angry.

???; *looking at Shen Hong* "Don't bother denying it. Your family was caught in the act of having a connection with the Dark Guild that is trying to destroy Glory City. As we speak, the City Lord who was supposed to die at the hands of Ye Han is currently rounding up your family. Though we will not kill the innocent but for the rest. Not only they will lose their cultivation slowly. They will be tortured then killed for the atrocities that the Sacred Family has done to Glory City. The other people were really livid knowing that the Sacred Family is holding back in protecting Glory City.

Shen Hong is now trying to find an escape route among these experts and go to the Dark Guild for reinforcements and ask for help from two Legendary rank masters in the guild.

The man who was showing the crystals then floats up and got the attention of everybody.

???: "Shen Hong, your Sacred family has nowhere to run. Not only do you collude with the Dark Guild that is an enemy of Glory City, you even help Ye Han with assassinating the City Lord. If not for the information gathered then maybe you would succeed. Your plan of getting help from the Dark Guild will not happen because Ye Han already died in the way. What do you say for yourself?"

Shen Hong: "BASTARD!"

Shen Hong tried to escape but was held down by the same pressure that they felt earlier so all the people from the Sacred Family is being taken care of. After a while, Ye Zong came to the banquet hall and told everyone that the Sacred Family is no more.

Raizen was talking with Ning'er about going to the Draconic Ruins realm to learn further about souls and how to create Fate Souls just in case something unexpected happened in the future.

XNing: "Based on the information in the novel. The portal to the Draconic Ruins Realm will only open after a few months."

R: "We don't need the portal to go there. I can use one of my abilities to bypass the portal and directly go there. I just want you to say goodbye to your family before we leave. The voice did not reply but every one of them got a slap on their face leaving a handprint. For the representative of Heavenly Note Sect, she felt someone slap her butt.

??: "Keep the children safe or else those slaps will be the least of your problems."

??1: "Who was that?!" *touching his slapped face*

??6: "Don't provoke it. If that person can touch us without being physically here then he might be stronger than our Sect Masters."

??: "The person said "keep the children safe" what does that person mean?"

??2: "It is probably those young ones that were able to go up to the fourth level of the tower. They are the only ones whos younger than the rest of the people that participated. But it seems one of them is already at odds with that grey-haired genius."

These people were now looking at Nie Li and the grey-haired guy who was currently panting after the pressure on them disappears.

Back to Raizen and Ning'er being five years inside the time chamber.

XNing: "You said that in every fifth travel, you can choose your world that you will go to."

R: "Yes. I plan to take Saeko and our daughter when the time comes."

XNing: "Although I have seen the pictures of her, I really want to see sister Saeko."

R: "You will, but for now we should get ready for the next world. You will only be able to remember me when you became six years old but do not worry. I will protect you."

XNing: "I know" *kissing Raizen one last time*

Beside him is a stroller similar to the ones that Saeko used in the RWBY world. Xiao Ning'er is sleeping soundly.

He notice that they were in Japan for some reason but because of Xiao Ning'er's name, he decided to start in China. Just like what he did in HOTD, Raizen looked for a person with financial needs then helped that person to stabilize her life. Then he let her adapt Ning'er and his clone baby without changing their name. He assured that the person that adapted Ning'er can be trusted and loyal. With his help, the person is stable enough to support the two children financially and still have a family of her own.

And with that, 16 years have passed.
