Three months after Raizen, Davos, and Shireen came back to Westeros. The Tyrells were having some problems with their income especially since the north is their biggest competition.

There are also circulating rumors about the Lannister mines being dry but Tywin shut them up by the way he knows best. But most of the people already knew the truth.

The crown also increases in debt by two million and now the total is more than eight million golds. No riot has been erupted as of yet because Margaery Tyrell, as the queen, is keeping the people of King's Landing at bay. While Joffrey is snapping almost most of the time that even Margaery is having difficulties controlling him. The high septon, high sparrow, and faith militant disappear after Cersei talks to them about the "sins" of the Tyrells. Now she is being held in her room without leaving because she become suspect for their disappearance. Even Tywin cannot help her because a lot of people saw her talking to them.

A new high septon was introduced to replace the former one but was found dead at the bottom of " the stranger" statue. Now, no one wants to be high septon in King's Landing and a recent rumor tells that as long as Joffrey reigns, no representative of the seven will walk around King's Landing.

At first, the people didn't believe the rumor but the next septon came and a different thing happened to him. Although he did not die, he woke up outside the boundaries of King's Landing. He tries multiple times and sometimes he is heavily guarded by Lannister soldiers but the same thing keeps happening over and over. He either got dropped at Harrenhal, in a boat in the sea, or as far as Dorne and it all happened every single time he steps in King's Landing. He even gathered followers after all that happened to him. Tywin made an excuse that the high septon's new place should be outside of King's Landing. But after one week, that new high septon was found dead at the bottom of "the stranger" statue again.

Tywin didn't know what to do anymore other than distract the people with either war, tournaments, or whatever he might think of.

A month after the whole high septon problem was almost forgotten, a new one happened in King's Landing. But other than new, it is most likely an overdue problem for that city. A plague of unknown origin has emerged and is killing a few tens of people every day. Similar stories are happening in other parts of Westeros that made most of the trading come to a complete stop. The plague, though only kills a little, become a problem after not finding any cure for almost three weeks.

In the tower of the hand, a meeting of the small council is happening and their agenda is about the plague that is crawling in King's Landing and other parts of Westeros.

Tywin: "Varys, is it true that the plague started in King's Landing and not from either Stormlands, Dorne, or Vale?"

Vary: "Lord Hand, if you are suggesting that it is a plot of the north then I am sorry to say that it would have been the viable reason for the plague if it had started from those lands. The first news about the plague originally came from here, next at the Citadel, which already kill a few old maesters. Next is Dorne, your Western lands and last is Vale."

Tywin: "What about in the Riverlands?"

Varys: "After gaining a foothold again in the Riverlands, my little birds have a hard time passing messages that they need to cross a few mountains. The news is already old but it seems that even though the plague also hit the Riverlands, no one still died but a lot of people were not feeling well."

Mace: "The Reach, Stormlands, and Dorne have deaths in them but similar to the Riverlands. More people are just sick."

Varys: "In Vale, they have the least of cases second only to the Riverlands and they stop people from entering Vale and redirected to 'Draco'."

Pycelle: "Draco, the former Frey's land. Lord Baleish did say that a castle comparable to Harrenhall was just finished being built three days ago. Not only that, a new wall has been built at the borders of the Neck in the south. By Lord Baelish's estimate, the wall will be half the size of the wall in the north but have a wider space at the top."

Tywin: "They already repaired and add walls in Moat Cailin, now they are building a wall again? Something is happening in the north and we don't have any means of knowing. Back to the plague, until a cure is found, separate the healthy from those who are already sick. We will do what Vale did and restrict entry into King's Landing. We might need to borrow again from the Iron Bank after this is resolved."

Mace: "It's a good thing that we paid three million out of the five million debt that we have on them."

Varys: "I could not believe that someone from Yi Ti came and bought the dragon bones which are just growing dust below the keep."

Tywin: "Did the buyer say what would be they're used for?"

Varys: "Something about an expedition and the rest for creating armors and weapons. I told the man that it has no meaning to us. He just replied 'a man's trash is another man's treasure'."

Tywin: "If it gives us gold, I don't care what happens to it."

Mace: "The man is so generous that he gave us four million gold. I used the three million to pay the Iron Bank and keep the remaining in the vault."

Tywin: "Good. Any news of my son?"

Varys: "He was last seen traveling Slaver's Bay with his sellsword. Something about seeing the world."

Pycelle: "Where did he get the gold for his travels?"

Varys: "He told me that he got it from an investment years ago. To what business, I do not know."

Tywin didn't say anymore concerning Tyrion. He even wished that he dies in Essos. His heir was already taken out as one of the King's Guard and is now ruling Casterly Rock. It's just a matter of time and his line will continue.

Three weeks later, already three thousand lives have been taken almost simultaneously though out the kingdoms before a cure was found from Dorne. Tywin was suspicious that the answer came from Dorne but Pycelle told him that they might come across it by luck because they specialize in using poison in their battles. They probably used their knowledge of poison to create a cure.

Tywin: "Is that the only number of dead?"

Pycelle: "No, Lord Hand. The cure was easy to produce but taking it across the kingdoms will take time."

Tywin: "What of enemy camps?"

Varys: "It seems that before Dorne announce the founding of the cure, they have given it to the Stormlands to see the effectivity. When it becomes known that it is proven successful, they give it to their people."

Tywin: "So they made the Stormlands as guinea pigs to test the cure?"

Varys: "I believe so."

Tywin: "Then that settles it for the meantime. After things have settled, continue monitoring the other kingdoms."

Varys: "There is one which is concerning, Stannis has been going back and forth between Dragonstone and Storms End for the last two months. I just received that he stayed at Stormlands for three days already and redirect his armies near the borders of strategic importance near King's Landing and several places against Reach. As for Dragonstone, it is being occupied by the northern knights."

Tywin: "Did Stannis ally himself to the northerners?"

Varys: "I do not think so Lord Hand. There are signs of terrible battle including the impaled bodies on spikes at the edges of Dragonstone. My spies counted more than two thousand heads not including if there is more across the lands."

Mace: "It's mostly why he is just staying at Stormlands rather than fighting for his claim."

Varys: "It is not the number of dead that is concerning me but... when my little bird identifies some armors in the body. I can only assume that they come from different parts of the kingdoms. There are also no bandit sighting for the last week."

Tywin: "You are implying that these people are cleaning the realm?"

Varys: "Most on the edge that they are showing were your men Lord Hand."

Tywin: "WHAT!? Just because I don't concern myself at the moment that they have the courage to do this to me! I will send orders to muster the army from Casterly Rock and march them here. I hope that the Tyrells will follow my lead. It's time to punish these traitors to the crown."

Two days later in Storms End, Stannis receive a message that Tywin Lannister is amassing his army again and the Tyrells will be fighting for him. Stannis wanted to gather his own army but with his talk with Raizen six months ago, he decided against doing so.

Flashback six months ago...

Stannis was having a council meeting for the war with the combined army of the Lannister and Tyrell. Suddenly, the meeting was enterupted by Davos with Shireen behind him but having a hood covering her face.

Davos: "Your grace."

Stannis: "Why are you here? Is that my daughter? I thought you said that you will have her keep away."

Davos: "Forgive me your grace. I lied about taking princess Shireen to safety."

Stannis: "I would have ordered to cut off your tongue for lying. What did you do if not keeping her safe?

Before Davos could answer, Shireen walk up to her father while taking off the hood covering her head. Stannis and especially Melisandre were shock from what they see. Shireen was completely healed from greyscale's scar and she looks more beautiful than ever but Stannis knows that she is still his daughter.

Stannis: "How? I thought the scars were permanent."

Davos: "We met someone in Astapor."

Meli: "Astapor? You two have been only gone for no more than three weeks. How did you even manage to cross the seas that quickly?"

??: "There are just some things in this world that you have no knowledge about."

A new person came with a white mask covering his face with no holes in them. When Melisadre sawsw the man, her first instinct was to bow down which made the other people curious.

Stannis: *looks at Melisandre* "What happened to you?"

??: "Must be something she drops on the floor."

Meli: "Surely you jest. I am unworthy in your presence."

??: "So you felt that? Even in my lowest, I still have a bit in me."

Meli: "Why is someone like yourself in this world?"

With what Melisandre said, the people around become wary of the person and some were starting to get afraid. Most of them are already fanatics of the lord of light and with Melisandre having that kind of reaction means that the person with a mask is someone equivalent to their lord.

??: "Well first of all, to stop your stupidity with burning people for sacrifice. Even with all the signs, you keep trying to burn people. No wonder the priest in the brotherhood of no banners is much better than you because he can resurrect a chosen person."

Meli: "What?!"

??: "Anyway, for those who don't know me. I am Raizen."

Stannis: "Based on how you walk in after Davos said they met a person in Astapor and the description from Starks' fight with the Lannister, you are here for that north. What do you want?"

R: "Your surrender."

Stannis: "Surrender? Why would I surrender? I am the rightful heir by law not that bastard child born of incest."

R: "If you don't. I would have to kill you and the men that follow you. I would let Shireen watch as I cut you to piece and burn to the fire. Do you want that?"

While saying it, Raizen was releasing his bloodlust to him and the people in the room. For them, it made them fearful of him that some of them piss and shit their pants.

R: "Unlike your imaginary power. I have real power to use. If I wanted to, I have enough of it to conquerboth Westeros and Essos at the same time. So don't test my patience, boy! I will come back again the next day after you clean your place."

Raizen walk out of the room leaving the petrified people. Stannis already have an answer to his "request" after what he felt. Melisandre is kept on praying on her lord of light for mercy and the others either doing the same or have passed out.

Shireen and Davos were clueless of what happened but have some ideas to what it is.

The next day, Raizen return as promised and accepted Stannis' surrender. Though the surrender only tells that he will leave Dragonstone completely and not continue his pursuit of the crown. I return, Raizen promise of food being delivered to Stormlands because the Tyrells either lessen the trade or completely stop trading with them. He also suggested to secure the borders of Stormlands with his army. Tywin Lannister is just bidding his time until he can march again.

Back to the present---

As it stands, only the Westernlands, Reach and Crownlands recognise the crown's power. The others were either become part of the north like the Iron Islands, neutral like Vale, against the crown like the Riverlands and the North, or just watching the realm like Dorne.

With the Stormlands pacified at the moment, Raizen ordered his eight thousand men along the moat to cover the border of the Riverlands and prevent the army of the Lannisters and Tyrells from organising themselves. By cutting supply lines and destroying the armors and weapons of the army, Tywin will be force to stop his campaign again against either the Riverlands or to the Stormlands. While that is in process, he will go to Vale and capture Petyr Baelish with a hundred men.

At the very top of Erie were lords and ladies of Vale are currently gathering, Petyr Baelish is at the side of Robin Arryn. He is having a bad felling about the gathering that Ser Yohn Royce initiated.

Petyr: "Now that we are all gathered here. Lord Royce, would you care to tell what is the purpose of this gathering?"

Yohn: "Not at all. I requested that gathering for you to be recognise by the lords and ladies of the Vale and must be put in record rather than just words. I have with me a letter that will help of recognising your rule of Vale. You just need to sign it and all of us will agree of your position."

Yohn Royce took out a letter and give it Little Finger to be read first.

He read the letter that states that a the lord of Vale, he will uphold honor and truth above all else that signifies the dignity of a knight which the land recognise.

Petyr Baelish did not fully understand the content but he need this to be of total control of Vale. Even those who oppose him seems to recognise the letter and Yohn Royce don't have the capacity to scheme against him. So he wrote his signature and pass it back to Yohn Royce for confirmation. After receiving the letter, Yohn showed it to the people around and see that they acknowledge the letter with the signature of Petyr Baelish.

Yohn: "Before we start, I want to present everyone the person who will preside this trial."

Petyr: "Trial?" *confuse*

A mask man enters the room that the people of Vale were gathering. Petyr heard stories about the man who help the north and Riverlands with his army. Uprooted Iron Islands, Freys and Boltons in the war for being traitors. And most of all, gave a huge headache to Tywin Lannister.
