A Journey of Time

As the sun began to set, Nobita descended to wash his hands, his mind filled with thoughts of his future endeavors. With his vision soon to be restored, he realized the need to focus on improving his overall health. His body was weak and unreliable, and he couldn't entrust his safety to such a fragile vessel. Determined, he resolved to create a schedule and diet plan to get his body into shape.

Considering the matter of money, Nobita contemplated an ingenious idea. He would write and publish manga books from his world, including popular titles like Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach. However, for now, he would focus on writing books with endings, as he lacked the time to create all the artwork and colors. He knew he needed assistance and had someone in mind who could lend a hand.

"Doraemon, could you lend me a gadget that slows down time for me?" Nobita asked, munching on snacks. Doraemon looked puzzled and inquired, "But why do you need that, Nobita? Gian, Suneo, and Shizuka are all on vacation. There's no one around for you to pester, so why ask for it?" Nobita paused, gathering his thoughts before responding, "Well, I was thinking of starting my exercise routine now. After realizing how weak I am, I got seriously injured from a fall that was insignificant."

Before Nobita could come up with any other excuses, Doraemon burst into tears, saying emotionally, "You're finally growing into a man, Nobita. Perhaps this was a wake-up call for you. I still remember the days when you used to wet your pants because of-" Nobita quickly interrupted, placing a hand over his mouth, "Stop it, Doraemon. You're embarrassing me."

Doraemon, teasingly, asked, "Do you want to start exercising at the age of eight?" Nobita agreed absentmindedly, thinking that Doraemon might be joking. Doraemon grinned mischievously and presented a gadget, saying, "Well, here you go. This is the 'Time Cloth.' It can advance or regress the state of a target by causing a temporal distortion when the item is covered by its blue or red side, respectively." Nobita's interest was piqued, and he asked, "But it will only regress my age, Doraemon, not the age of the entire world."

"Don't worry, I have a gadget for that too. It's called the 'Time Floodgates.' Similar to water floodgates that control the flow of water, this gadget can adjust the flow of time. When the Time Floodgate is closed, time slows down, and when fully closed, time stops. Well, explaining it to you is of no use since you don't understand," Doraemon explained.

"But won't manipulating the flow of time disrupt its natural progression?" Nobita questioned. Doraemon responded, "Have you ever wondered why you're always so unlucky? Well, it's the consequence of meddling with time. The more you tamper with it, the more it will influence your life. Your misfortunes stem from my time interventions. But something changed when you fell unconscious, didn't it?" Doraemon inquired.

Perplexed, Nobita concealed his shock and replied, "What do you mean? Why are you telling me all this now?" Doraemon continued, "After you fell unconscious, something shifted. Previously, time would meddle in your life like a raging tsunami, but now it behaves like calm waters, ready to obey your command. It's as if something has blocked time and fate from interfering in your life."

Nobita, stunned by the barrage of information he received in just five minutes, nodded dumbfoundedly. "I know you're wondering how I'm able to perceive time," Doraemon said, sipping his tea. While Nobita's excitement surged, Doraemon shattered his anticipation with a foxy grin. "But I can't reveal that to you, at least not yet. I'll tell you when the 'time' comes," he teased. "Now, are you ready for your training?" Nobita, still in a daze, managed to utter, "What training?" before Doraemon swiftly threw the Time Cloth over him.
