Chapter 5 Part 2

Codarius couldn't react at all, and got slammed into the burning sheet music. From what Codarius saw, Hristov was burning the sheet music. The sheet music must be connected to the Infinite Plane… Codarius saw Hristov's eyes and actions. They reminded him of someone. That someone was no one other than him. Perhaps, he wasn't any different, in fact, was significantly worse than that of Hristov's hatred. Codarius then laughed, and then thought, 'I guess karma is a real thing… But I've already faced my consequences, isn't it time for him to face his…?!'

Then Codarius stood back up. He then looked at the sword he had. He grabbed it, and unsheathed it. Hristov looked at Codarius, and then smirked, thinking Codarius can't use a sword at all. Codarius then ran towards Hristov with the sword. Surprisingly, it didn't feel awkward for Codarius. The sword felt light. Codarius also felt like he could move significantly faster than he could in the physical world. Hristov was certainly not thinking normally, completely getting his sanity corrupted by being in the Grand Sanatorium, so his attacks were complete chaos.

Hristov formed thousands of black flames, and then shot it towards Codarius. Codarius did a slashing motion towards the flame, and it split in half. The slash in fact cut the space of the area in half, and made a huge cut on Hristov. Hristov certainly didn't expect anything like that. However, the cut on Hristov instantly healed, and the rampaging flames fell on Codarius. Codarius attempted to dodge the flames, but it was impossible. Any place Codarius would try to move would get him turnt to ashes. Codarius only had one resort.

He screamed, "Exit!" The moment he screamed 'Exit', he felt himself being disconnected from the world. And again, he was in the ExoHarmony. Since he had gone to the ExoHarmony several times now, he had learnt the feeling of getting there. However, this time, he didn't see Abstrelia. He took some deep breaths. Perhaps Abstrelia was right, being able to come here was truly a blessing. Nothing can harm him, and nothing can affect him. He was completely irrelevant to everything. The world ending was also irrelevant. He calmed down, and then thought about what he could do against Hristov. There really wasn't much he felt like he could do.

In fact, it was most definitely impossible to dodge all of those flames. He would love to ask for some help from Clarista, but it would obviously be impossible as the moment Clarista uncasts her spell, everyone would get killed in the flames of the void. Now to think about it, was everyone dead again? Codarius was genuinely worried, but decided to not think about it for now, as he needed to find a way to get past his current obstacle. Why had Hristov gone that mentally insane? How can he defeat someone who is completely stronger than him? He then felt his head starting to hurt. It was a striking feeling of pain that made him lose concentration. Then he felt himself materializing back into the world again. He wasn't prepared at all, he then immediately saw the flames, still paused, but getting ready to shoot at him any time. Then the moment he felt himself, and the world come back to him completely, the flames shot at him.
