Chapter 08: Title hidden

Back at xorrin and marie, On their way going to the marine base xorrin ask what she know about the marine base and marie tell him all she know including the deal about the marine captain and dew and admit she was related to dew and purposely go to random shop as she heard he was looking for log pose and was not there to capture him but try to talk to him to make a deal exchange for the log pose,

she took a glance at him to see if he's angered by it but all she see was a man had a smile that found something that excite him, "xahahaha if not for you saying, you know where i can find log pose you might be laying on the ground there with a broken ribs or unconscious" said xorrin, marie go pale and just continue guiding him to the marine base,

When they are near they hear a explosion inside the marine base and see the entrance are broken, as they got closer marie widen her eye and see a bloody dew fighting the marines with half of his man laying on the ground dead, marie yell " DEWWWWWW what are you doing here "

Dew pov

Me and my man have been fighting for only 15mins and half of died just like that, did i make a right decision to fight the marines as he received a shot at his shoulder and slash at his back, "BOSS let's run for now we can't win this" one of his man said "sorry guys i drag you on this but I will not run, you can run and save yourself, I'm gonna finish what i started" dew said.

As he resolve himself to kill that marine captain suddenly he hear a voice call him "DEWWWWW what are you doing here" he recognise this voice and look at the entrance where the voice come from and confirm that it was marie, "MARIEEEE why are you here, RUN away from here, don't go here" i yell, i heard a cannon fired aiming at me, and couldn't react,

suddenly a man catch the cannon ball aiming at me, man at the height of 6'2 with red hair, his back is facing me and saw a demon face even though his wearing a black shirt suddenly he spoke and said "you can leave all this to me, you can rest for now" as he proceed to throw the cannon ball back to the marines and rush at them, i see marie running to me as i flop to the ground.

Xorrin pov

When we got closer to the base i saw a man bleeding as and hear marie call him dew, guess that's the man who supposed to capture me and that's not gonna happen now i think, see a cannon ball flying at him and rush to catch that on time and said to him "you can leave all this to me, you can rest for now" as i throw the cannon ball back at them and rush at the marines in a snake stance and proceed to strike their throat and pulling their hearts out of their body,

i didn't even need to cover my hand with haki or silver metal to pierce through their body and thought how op the hanma's physique to be able to pierce the human body like nothing as i got closer to the marine base and found the canons, immediately grab the cannon and crush it and get tired of fighting this marine dogs i use my conqueror's, all of them drop to the ground,

also use my observation haki to see if someone is still conscious guess no one stay conscious even the marine captain faint and think he might be weak and just using his position to order someone around as he sense someone strong outside and immediately go out grab marie and dew drop them somewhere safe as i see silhouette of a man at the entrance gate.

20mins before the fight starts

At the marine base

"Captain Ezu, dew and his man's kill the guards at the gate and break in" a marine soldier said, "this bastard i already gave him a warning and still want to fight me, I'll teach him a lesson, you make a call and tell them we need help some a strong pirate invade our base" as he said and smirk "yes captain" marine soldier as he brought out a transponder snail "hello this is 39th branch requesting aid, there's a pirates breaking in our base please hurry" as the marine soldier said and end the call.

Marine headquarters A marine received the call and going to report it to the fleet admiral.

"Fleet admiral there's a call from the 39th branch requesting a help because there's a pirate breaking in their base" said the marine

"Another one?.. someone said the same thing while ago but in branch 62" said the fleet admiral thinking how can there be a two report at the same day saying there base is being raided by a pirate, "yes fleet admiral bull that what they said"

"allright do the same thing again tell someone who is near at the island to go there and see what's happening and try to capture those pirates, btw who's going to the 62 branch" said by fleet admiral bull, "sir it's rear admiral sengoku, he happens to be near and right now he just arrived there" said the marine soldier,

"thats good sengoku finish the job fast, tell him when they're done report back" said fleet admiral bull, sighhh this position is tiring I'm gonna send a request to make that kong take my position..
