Mission report and time skip

Shikari had arrived in front of Konoha's gate.

seeing him the guards examined his ID and then let him enter.

Shikari immediately body flickered toward the Hokage tower.

when he arrived he ran up to the secretary requesting to meet the Hokage.

She denied but then an anbu appeared and took Shikari to the Hokage office to meet Hiruzen.

"Greetings Hokage-Sama." Shikari said bowing deeply.

"Greetings to you to Shikari-San. the mission report please." the third commanded.

Shikari nodded and told him everything that happened. also telling him he had to kill the leader.

"so, where is the body?"

"Here." Shikari said as he took out a scroll.

"Cat. take the scroll to the IT department and make a Yamanaka search through its memories."

"Yes, Hokage-Sama!" Yugao said as she took the scroll and vanished in a Shunshin.

"as for you Shikari, the mission Rank will be upgraded to B and your money earned from the mission will be raised accordingly." Hiruzen said with a kind smile, giving Shikari a paper and telling him to give it to the Chunin at the ninja academy when handing the mission scroll.

Shikari of course obliged and gave the paper to the chunin. the chunin gave him a report with the words Success written in it but the Rank was B instead of C.

A month had passed since Shikari returned to the village.

Shikari didn't take any mission then, opting to relax and train.

after the passing of the month, Shikari took a C-Rank mission to escort a famous builder to the Land of hot water.

the mission was smooth with nothing crazy happening like the last one.

a few thugs attacked but thugs were nothing to Shikari.

one year later.

the first year of Shikari's career as a Shinobi passed.

Shikari was satisfied with the achievements he had done in that year.

those being completing his first "C-Rank" which got turned into a B-Rank later.

and completing actual B-Rank missions he wanted to brag that he did it alone but he didn't he had another team with him.

this one might not look all that great but it is he was sent as a backup for an A-Rank mission along with two Jonins.

but after that, he went on take more C-Ranks and a few B-Ranks in between which benefited him greatly because he got the much-needed experience.

he hung out with naruto and of course, he didn't forget his training in fact he focused on it more than anything else and he learned a lot more Jutsu and his arsenal looked like this:

Official Description: The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before( five meters in width ), and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this Jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the Jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this Jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of the Lightning Bolt technique. This Jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user.

Raiton: Raikou Shunshin (Lightning Release: Lightning Instantaneous)

Description: When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, (Bird), and the user disappears in a wisp of electricity. The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.

Raiton: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Element: Shadow Clone Technique)

Description: Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert to its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Junsei Raikou Kunai no Jutsu [ Pure Lightning Kunai Technique ]

Official Description: As the user flashes a number of hand seals he or she begins to develop 4 kunai between his or her fingers that can be thrown at his or her opponent. Many people often see elemental techniques that take the form of throwing weapons as low-grade techniques, and the enemy Shinobi often scoff when they see this technique occur. However, this technique is not the same as any traditional element technique. The kunai that are developed are made of pure, concentrated lightning, heated to the point that with the amount of power that they are thrown at it could go through most forms of metal and still do some damage.

Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire toward the opponent, originating from the user's mouth. In some cases, it has been seen to take on the form of a dragon. Capable of being used like a flamethrower, prolonged exposure has been known to transform boulders and cliff side's into molten piles of magma.

Katon: Taika no Jutsu (Fire Release: Fireproof Technique)

Description: At this point in time, the user has developed a natural resilience to flame and has come to know the pros and cons of their own techniques. With this knowledge in hand, they are able to not only guard themselves against fire and high temperatures but also against anything around them. Expelling chakra at a constant rate, acts as a shield or buffer against all forms of heat, completely preventing them from harm. But by freely imparting this chakra onto a person or thing, they are able to pass on that very same shield.

Katon: Hidora no Jutsu (Fire Release: Hydra Technique)

Description: A variant of the Katon Ryuuka no jutsu, this one has the same function, only tripled. Instead of one stream of fire that advances towards the opponent, the user is capable of exhaling three at the same time, although all still vary from each other at only a slight degree (meaning that they can only be used against enemies that stand close to each other and not at different directions). The 3 streams look like 3 snakes, and that's where the jutsu got its name.

If the user remains in contact with the dome, they are able to absorb the chakra of those who are imprisoned, making them weaker over time.

Description: By encasing their arm in rock, the user can deal a powerful hardened punch against an opponent while being protected from direct contact with their target. If necessary, the weight of the rock can be increased to further increase the punch's destructive power.

Description: Doton • Dochuu Senkou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user can sink below ground and quickly travel through the earth.

Dainamikku-Entori [ Dynamic Entry ] E-Ranked

This is simply a flying jump kick straight at the enemy. Usually used to create an opening or as a surprise attack.

Dainamikku-Akushon [ Dynamic Action ] E-Ranked

The user will launch him/herself at the opponent and then use a barrage of strikes and kicks to confuse and damage the opponent.

Asshou [ Pressure Palm ] D-Ranked

This is a Taijutsu technique where the ninja drives their fist into their opponent while they are on the ground, crushing and grinding them into the earth. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating.

Konoha Senpuu [ Leaf Spinning Wind ] D-Ranked

This Taijutsu attack uses a combination of speed, strength, and the element of surprise. It is a perfect move to link up with other aerial attacks. For this Taijutsu, the ninja first disappears using a quick movement. The opponent, obviously, is totally confused. However, seconds later, the attacking shinobi appears just below their opponent, and by raising his dominant leg, kicks the enemy right on the chin.

This would send the victim flying up into the air. The attacker can then proceed with an even more devastating follow-up attack. Leaf Spinning Wind is very hard to dodge since the movement is so fast the opponent won't probably know about the attack until he gets kicked and is already high up in the air. Hard for any ninja of your rank to counter or dodge this move.

Konoha Reppuu [ Leaf Violent Wind ] D-Ranked

This is a very simple, yet effective technique, which can be used for anybody who comes charging with a direct attack. Using his leg, the shinobi swipes the attacker's feet off the ground by moving his dominant leg across the opponent's feet, tripping him. This sends the opponent flying away from the defender in an awkward position, and probably smashing into another object such as a tree.

Deflection Skill - The user must be attacked for this to work. Whenever the foe comes at the user with a sword, knife, or fist the user uses the back of his hand and knocks it off course, leaving the target briefly open to an attack.

Bunshin Kaiten Kakatou Otoshi [ Clone Spinning Heel Drop] C-Ranked

Bunshin Kaiten Kakatou Otoshi is a taijutsu technique that can be truly devastating. The attacker first uses Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique] to create several clones. These clones and the user launch themselves into the air and begin to somersault. They then come spinning down, slamming their heels onto the target's shoulders and head.

kenjutsu style: Konoha Style Kenjutsu focuses on Death By Stealth And Silence.

Description: This Style is a very distinctive style that was developed in Kohanagakure and was unique for working so well for Covert and Stealth Missions. The Hojinshi Style is a Style that uses Daggers for both swift and quick movements to move with ease so that won't be slowed down. This Style also has honed their skills to where they are able to counterattack swiftly even in severe situations.

Fuinjutsu

The first seal learned by most specialists. Simply enough the user is able to make exploding tags with Ink and by making the tiger hand seal and saying "Katsu" The tag explodes. They come in handy on all occasions and are what is commonly used.

Shikoku Fūin [ Finger Engraving Seal ]

Rank: C

Requirement: None

The user concentrates chakra into their finger and using the heat from that can apply writing on whatever they want to a surface. This technique however requires them to be very delicate with their chakra control. This technique causes slight discomfort for a living target and if it is on flesh, it will scar. the main purpose of this technique is to either save Ink or write if the user doesn't have Ink.

Bukigura Fūin [ Arsenal Seal ]

Rank: C

Requirement: item and scroll

This technique is a standard ninja skill that allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use.

Sealing Technique: Four Limbs Weighting Seal

Rank: C

Requirement: Prayer Beads

This technique is performed by placing prayer beads around the wrists and ankles of the target and then pressing the palm against the target's chest. This increases the weight of the beads exponentially, weighing down the target's limbs. Can be used for training. As the target of this jutsu continues to train, the prayer beads change color from White to Blue to Green to Yellow and finally to Red. Once red, this signifies that the training is complete.

Sealing Technique: Living Barrier

Rank: C Requirements: Must make physical contact with the target

A technique used to prevent the user from using their chakra for a short period of time (a person with seal is unable to do all jutsu aside bukijutsu and taijutsu for 5 minutes)

Chakra Draining Seal

Rank: B

Requirement: target must be immobilized, physical contact

The user places a seal on a person that will drain the latter's chakra so that the user can use it himself.

Fūka Hōin [Fire Sealing Method ]

Rank: B

Requirement: Sealing Scroll

This technique allows the user to seal fire into a scroll. The user writes the seal on a scroll and then performs the required hand seals. This causes a vapor to appear from the scroll, enveloping the fire and sealing it on the scroll as the kanji for seal. Jiraiya used this technique to seal away the black fire from Itachi Uchiha's Amaterasu technique.

Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shuriken shadow clone technique)
