Prowler arrives!

I gave Miles some pointers on his invisibility ability and sparred with him. His defence is terrible so I had to control my strength. How could he be so weak? In the start, I had thought that maybe he could handle 10% of my power but he was just barely above an adult in terms of strength which was quite shitty.

Maybe he is new to his powers and has not developed them through fights or training that's why he is so weak. Anyways, our spar helped him get used to fighting but that's it. It was hard to expect more as development takes time for 'normal' people. Among our group, only Peni is about around my level of intellect. The others are smart too but they are specialised in combat only and average geniuses in other subjects.

After our spar, everyone was curious about me and asked me questions which I answered selectively.

Q: Why are you so strong?

A: I trained myself with weights

Q: How strong are you?

A: I can knock down a skyscraper

Q: How can you resurrect people?

A: I just can?

Q: Do you have any other abilities?

A: Maybe?

So, basically, I didn't reveal much. I just told facts that I could see being helpful to inform them but kept my other powers and also my latest addition of tentacle tech a secret. It won't matter if these guys know but I would like to reveal them in difficult situations and awe them later. What's the fun in revealing everything?

They were satisfied and didn't want to ask anything that made me uncomfortable so we moved on to me showing them my program.

"So does this mean that our going to Fisk industries was totally pointless?!?" said Miles dejected with a sigh and slumped shoulders.

"I feel ya, buddy, I feel ya...to think I had to embarrass myself too..." said potbelly Peter while patting Miles's back.

"Impressive Soren. Now we can get back asap. I don't know about you guys, but I was in a fight when I pulled in so I am worried about the villains harming people I was trying to save" said Gwen in a solemn tone.

It always bugged me when I saw the movie, how Gwen never mentioned or seemed worried by the fact that she left a villain at large midst her fight when she came to this universe, so seeing Gwen's expression now, it seems reasonable that she wants to return fast. I wonder why she was so carefree and calm in the movie. She was cool but her actions did not match her situation. It seems the movies were not exactly accurate as the Gwen in front of me right now is more stoic in comparison.

" We can go anytime we wan-" I said before I was interrupted by the entrance connected with the lift opening and an intimidating purple armour walking out.

"That's Prowler!! He killed Peter!" Miles shouted and put his mask on as the others did while Peter felt shivers when seeing the person involved in his death in front of him.

"I will engage!" said Gwen and she shot out her web to wrap around Prowler and went to attack.

"How did he find the hideout?" said the horrified Peter dreading what could have happened to May. Maybe, she was captured as a hostage?

"Ughhh...get off me you bugs!!!" shouted Prowler in a gruff modulated voice who had broken the webs but was still stuck in place and weirdly was not moving from his spot.

"guys! guys!! EVERYONE STOP!" I said but somehow ended up having to shout as no one was listening and there was chaos with Spider-Ham about to jump in the fray with his wooden armour.

Spider-Ham with his B.S cartoon logic paused while in the air when he heard me. while the others stopped and skidded to a stop on my shout.

"I brought him here! and no no no don't come to conclusions. First, do you notice that he doesn't seem to be in control? It's because I have taken over his suit." I revealed.

"Why did you not tell us?" said Nor while putting his guns back in the holster.

"There was no risk to my plan and I had made sure that the person inside the suit could not contact anyone outside plus ta-da!" I explained while going to my laptop and fiddling with the program and then pointing at Prowler like a showman.

*tcheick**puff*

The helmet opened and the Prowler's real identity was revealed to be-

"Uncle Aaron?" said Miles in disbelief.

"What Uncle Aaron? Who uncle Aaron? Listen here N**** I only have one nephew and no one else can call me that--wait Miles?" said Aaron who first seemed irritated and tensed with the situation but then seemed to recognise the voice of his nephew.

"It's me Miles." said Miles and removed his Mask.

"Wha-? Miles? No no no! It wasn't supposed to be like this! Why did you become a spider-man? You should be a good boy and be normal and not get involved in this stuff!!! How am I going to explain this to you dad? and to think I was about to hunt you down...." said Aaron who looked sad and terrified of the thought that he was planning to kill his own Nephew.

"Alright, people please let me through" I interrupted their reunion and approached Aaron still in the suit, with my phone running the program controlling the suit. I first got rid of the webs and then entered some commands.

The suit came off Aaron and Aaron fell to his knees in exhaustion. Uh..well I guess he would be exhausted if he was made to come here forcefully.

I touched the suit and willed to use Carapace and treat the suit as my own.

Black fluid flowed from my fingers and covered the suit in an instant and the next second it was absorbed and my Noir suit was back to normal.
