This is such a stupid story already it seems like it wants it to be a VR story but then all of a sudden it is a PC game. It seems to try to act like the MC is actually fighting and doing everything but then it is him using a keyboard and mouse. It even writes it out like all the characters are showing their emotions and able to move however they want. It even says on the first day of the game opening that people were moving around being amazed and stunned by the looks and the way they move like games with good movements is something new for them. Then we get to the fact that the story is trying to say that almost everyone in the world is stopping to play a PC game. Like just because it was made that everyone is going to go out to buy a gaming computer and stop using any other gaming system. This would make so much more sense if like other stories this was a VR. Other stories that say things like this I can kinda believe if it is the first of its kind and mostly realistic.
I've never seen a more pointless virtual reality novel in my life. The protagonist dies in the pseudo-game world (which of course merges with the real world like any other virtual reality novel). He then reincarnates to the very first day of the VR game's opening...only to find out his character is already min-maxed. There's absolutely nothing he can do to to make himself better. So now there's no point in grinding for power (which is what's fun about this genre). So this MC just pretends to be a 'noob' and walks around the world displaying a fraction of his power every now and again. Of course there will be a party of players who witness and react to this in amazement. This is disappointing.

This is translation review, not novel review. If you are not familiar with it, webnovel has started westernizing most of the novels in 2021. This is awful practice that kills original novel. At best you get only names, places and organizations westernized and at worst you get half novel gutted and other half totally rewritten by translator. With best case scenario you get only names, places and organizations westernized which introduces plotholes cause while names are westernized, actual writing and character culture arent. You get chinese way of thinking, chinese places and organizations translated into most famous western (USA) alternatives and as a result you see absurdity. And with the worth case scenario, you are not actually reading original authors work, but some "translators" plagiarization cause half novel is removed (sometimes critical explanations) and other half is badly rewritten. And cause this requires so much work compared to normal translation, either webnovel is stealing original authors work and rewriting it (cause most of those novels dont come from qidian) or they are just using translators that dont know chinese so they are rewriting story with help of MTL (seen too many edited MTL translations lately on webnovel). overall any westernized novel deserves automatic 1 star review.
This is was somewhat decent but still trash. The plot is inconsistent and non existent at the same time. For instance mc, who is a max lvl player, was almost killed by a starter lvl boss. How that even possible, only the author knows. Plus judging from the horrible plot and it's flaws, I can tell that this is a copy and paste of someone else novel.
I am sorry for what i will say, i am usually not this mean, but man, there is about 200+ stupid person who paid for this trash novel. I might get it if you liked a type that i didn't like since tastes are various, but here i can't. This novel is trash in all terms and measurements. I swear if they chose this novel i will cancel my subscription
The novel was pretty interesting and it had potential but the quality is trash. First, they say that it's a VR game but in just a few chapters, it turned into a pc game. Character is max level but his stats are at the basic 10. So does this mean that this is a equipment based game? A beginner buy op equipment and then soars to the heavens?
Basically, it's a mess. The author is incoherent and the translator keeps making mistake with pronouns he/she, his/her. For example, MC is supposed to to have a lvl 80 character however it has the stats of a lvl 1 noob. If the level doesn't increase stats (like in 99% of games/stories) then author needs to say what it's used for. Also, this is supposed to be a game that transformed into a reality and sometimes, author says MC and his character act like one but the next moment he talks about keyboards...
