18 Reibunhāsuto

"Let's go to the capital of Ravenhurst!" I decided since Martell's are from the east country called Ravenhurst.

Right after seeing the plan's start decided at the meeting, General Lorenzo and I departed for the capital of Ravenhurst.

The international transport sadly doesn't have Magvel trains, so me and general Lorenzo boarded his space jet it's fortunate that Millenia had a stellar drome.

"Welcome to the capital of Reibunhāsuto(Ravenhurst), Hope you enjoy your stay here!"

As I dumbfounded, titled my head on their words, General Lorenzo had me a tiny earpiece-like thing, 'Oh. It's a translator! This lazy bastard Ryker, he can't even learn an extra language eh!'

In the game, Saffron had mastered all 4 languages since she aimed to become the federation leader, now thinking back Ryker is really an lazy bastard.

"The new capital is amazing," I remarked.

Factually, Ravenurst's capital is called 'New' capital, they didn't liked to name th place it seems.

In terms of size, it's about twice as large as Millenia. Moreover, the bustle of the town is incredible.

Magvel trains run incessantly along multiple tracks on the sectors, and the market is so crowded that there's hardly any space between the complexes.

Everywhere you look, it's people, people, people. You can hear the voices of barkers, chatter, and people everywhere. The doors of shops seem to never close, always left wide open.

At the far end of the city stands a castle-like Federal Assembly Hall, overlooking the people and buildings.

There are also various buildings such as a library and an academy. There's nothing this city doesn't have.

I hope Milenia will develop like this city someday.

While strolling through the town with these thoughts, we arrived at the royal villa in the new capital.

"Your Grace, the arrangements for lodging and stay have been completed," I was informed.

Waiting in the room I was escorted to, General Lorenzo returned after completing the arrangements for our stay.

"Thank you," saying I took sip of cold beer.

"No problem. What will you be doing now? Sightseeing?" General Lorenzo asked.

"We didn't come here to sightsee. General Lorenzo, I need you to proceed with exchanging the crystals immediately. Then, I want you to use your connections to spread rumors about the duchy," I replied.

This was one of the purposes of coming to the new capital. If there's a demand for crystals and it's easy to exchange them here where various merchants and nobles gather from different countries, and if rumors are spread in the populous new capital, the results should be visible.

"I understand. But before that, can you tell me where these crystals come from? It's been on my mind since the meeting. Or should I not worry about it?" General Lorenzo inquired.

He's been asking about this since the day of the meeting. Well, he's suspicious.

"Don't worry, there's nothing shady about it. And as for their origin, I'll tell you eventually," I replied vaguely.

I could tell him, but he probably wouldn't believe it anyway, so I just dodged the question.

"Understood. Then, while I handle the exchange and inquire with acquaintances, what will you be doing, Your Grace?" he asked.

"I'm going to the theater," I replied.

"Eh... But you said we didn't come here to play," he remarked, looking somewhat surprised.

Unbelievable! Don't give me that resentful look!
