If you have not read thus. You are missing out on a story that run you through the whole array of emotions. Its world and characters are deep and well thought out. The things some people would call filler actually matter to the story. It's a veritable tour de force that beckons you to keep reading. I remember when it was still being translated and the best part of my day was the chapter release. If you like action, drama, conflict, glory, and hilarity. This may be the book for you. Also Have fait in lord fifth.

Spoiler: Beautiful woman enemies never die. You will recognize it, when woman described with a lot of sentences and her annoying behavior others would have long died for by others or the MC. Becomes a pattern when the next beauty came with ill intents you already know she will survive, not a man though. Won't even surprise you. Kind of ***ist I think. I wonder why feminists didn't rant about equal rights to death. Or maybe just the skin color, Chinese fetish is the wall white whiter than white skin , maybe it is a plot armor for both enemies and allies. If a person is not snow white, that person is not a beauty. Once I read MC don't relies on luck, It is a lie. MC has a thick plot armor, but a badass too and funny. So good read, usual ,cultivators kill people for the slightest offense because they can or for greed. Maybe it is an artistic way of storytelling how life is wasted in killing as before they desperately cultivated for centuries just to easily die for almost no reason . Except beauties. Cultivators have no honor at all or shame. Desperate to reach immortality and when they reach no quality change happens beside becoming stronger The usual stuff. I read an epub version.

This webnovel is simply a must. One of the best ever. Story development is amazing, the MC is superbly written and other characters are just fine(female protagnist could have been improved though), there are a lot of comical scenes due to MC's desire for getting rich. Its my personal fav of Er gen.

my first Wuxia novel. i shall seal the heavens was amazing. this story sparked my interest in novels themselves. issth has a protagonist that has his quirks (he's beyond greedy... and i love it) he's not a generic amicable perfect gentlemen like lots of others seem to be. furthermore the cultivation is interestingly layered, when anyone reaches a new realm it doesn't feel like the only thing that changed is the name of the realm the way they fight actually changes. to make it even better the main character don't just talk about following his own path like most, he actually does. while going though his cultivation Meng Hao manages to break into realms that were forgotten about by the rest of civilization or reach the perfect state of each level

I believe it’s 10/10. It’s a masterpiece that you have to read. The first around 50 chapters are a little slow, but it just takes time for world building and to develop a care for the characters. After that the story develops in an outstanding manner, I can’t get into detail without using spoilers. It’s worth a try and I only regret that I finished the novel because I can’t read anymore of it.

It's a great novel worth a read, all translated by deathblade all 1600+ chapters without the monetizing or help of qidian and supported by Er Gen. Who wanted to get his story to us outside of china. I at first was happy to see qidian international and its involvement with the community. It was an appreciated breath of fresh air, new novels and decent release rates and quality. My hope was to see it flourish and become one of the symbols of the community. But it bit off more than it could chew, forcing translators to obey or leave. Splintering the community, and throwing threats all over the place. That was bad enough but the beef at least cooled down. But this just this is absolutely shameless. A translation itself is a creative work and is protected. I just don't want to see Qidian preaching about ownership in the future. Because so far Qidian international has only proved to be duplicitous and only interested in causing chaos. But maybe my perception is skewed towards wuxiaworld, but honestly I really wish that qidian international would just disappear. Its ruining the translation scene. At this point it would just be better to switch to actually published fantasy novels rather than translated webnovels.

to put it simply, this novel is a masterpiece! you're not just reading a novel but you are going to be taught life lessons that you can think and ponder about. the deep dive into the Dao is truly a masterclass, how the author gives its readers the pain from the experiences of the MC. This for sure, is one big golden bar for novels. the best! Masterpiece! and truly an art. i hope to read more novels of these kind. hands down, sweeeeeeeet!

Am I the only one who thinks the story was poorly developed 🤷. He was supposed to be a sealer from the title but he makes use of every other power but the sealing one with almost no progress in it for more than 70% of the book. He was developing towards being anything but what the book said he was.

to get this whole thing you need to spend 300 something dollars on coins to unlock it all 22,500 coins for all chapters is absolutely ridiculous I remember when the coins weren't even a thing and everything was free and the author probably only gets like 20 bucks.

Super engaging story for me. This is really what I like. Highly recommended this! Surely you will begun to like the world of cultivation. The revelation even so satisfying. And Oh, there's a war that will wrecked your heart into pieces. Ugh. I just wanted to see the end and the happiness of the character because of that :)

It was an amazing novel. I love it. And I would like to see his ( Meng hao) journey in Universe. And I really want some romantic scenes in the story to it was an amazing story. But I would like to suggest you to add some romantic scenes and some comedy + romance scenes. I have a strong feeling that you would get more readers/followers by doing this. It's my first novel from this ( Er Gen) author and Now I am going to read Renegade Immortal because I think these stories are connected so I should read it coz it was mentioned in this ( I shal seal the heavens ) story in many occasions. I usually don’t write reviews but I really liked this novel. First off I need to congratulate and thank Er Gen for this masterpiece; I liked everything About it, from the character development(especially for Meng Hao the last 100 or so chapters ) to the small details giving more life to the story. One of the best aspects that was added are Lord Third and Fith, they always made me laugh(my favourite scene was when the parrot told lord third about the number nine and the meat jelly was trying to imagine how high of a number it was, I burst out in laughter after reading it). Then there’s the ending…… like DAMMMM I was not expecting that at all, it only made me want more of this novel. I 10000% recommend reading this it is totally worth the time.

Do yourself a favour and read it in wuxiaworld, they have more free chapters and they cost less. Dethblade has worked hard, these guys they stole the translationa nd are making you pay for it
