"Mother, Father. Meet Yangxin…"

Qin Sheng stops at his words and smiles at his parents. His mother's eyes start to sparkle and his father starts to smile at his child's antics.

"He is my lover."

Yangxin's legs almost gave out when he heard those words. He didn't expect that the CEO would do something as shameless as this.

Despite the fact he wants this relationship, his mind wants to retort back to the CEO. But that didn't happen when Mrs. Lin suddenly hugs him tightly as tears fall down her cheeks.

"Thank you. Thank you so much!"

These were the words he never thought a mother like her would say. Yes, they did accept their son's sexuality and support him to that.

But Yangxin didn't know why they are saying these things to someone like him, without knowing him at all.

"Welcome to the family, young man. Come and dine with us."

Mr. Lin's voice is calm and collected. His eyes speak of that of a traditional Chinese father but when it comes to his son's happiness, he just supports him.

Truthfully, when Qin Sheng said those words, Yangxin is imagining a scenario just like what happened to him on New Year's Eve.

That Qin Sheng's parents would be against his sudden confession and would scold his son for loving a homeless man like Yangxin.

But he did not expect such reactions coming from them. It is so warm and welcoming.

Mrs. Lin's touch is the same as his mother when he hasn't come out to his parents. Warm and loving, but after that, Yangxin only felt coldness and abandonment from her.

Yangxin didn't realize that the Lin family was only staring at him as tears started to fall to his face. Qin Sheng immediately went to his side and catches him fall as he cries on his shoulder.

Qin Sheng is alarmed and asks his parents to excuse them as he carries Yangxin to his bedroom. Mrs. Lin is worried but she knows that Qin Sheng would take care of the latter for them.

In return, she asks the maid to prepare a small feast for them so Yangxin would have something to eat later.

Qin Sheng puts Yangxin on the bed and grabs every tissue that he can find and offers them to Yangxin.

"Why… Why are you so good to me? Why do you always take care of me?"

Qin Sheng's heart breaks when he heard those words. He never thought that Yangxin thought less of him after whatever had happened to him on New Year's Eve or how did the latter become homeless.

In all honesty, Qin Sheng didn't ask because he feels that whatever his problem is way too personal.

But not asking about it is also his greatest mistake and now, Yangxin is questioning his feelings for him.

"Y-You can't say that you love me when you just met me on New Year's Eve. Isn't it too fast?"

Yangxin is a crying mess but Qin Sheng only remains calm and collected just like how he fixes a problem in his company.

"Yangxin, you may not be my first love but I do believe that you are my one true love. And I will only love you even if you break my heart."

Yangxin felt his breath got stuck from the words that the CEO had just said. His tears stop from falling and his mind suddenly went blank.

"S-stop! You don't know what you are saying!"

Yangxin is trying to make sense out of everything that is happening right now. Qin Sheng can't fall for him, it's too early. If this is a gay TV series, it's too early for them to fall in love with each other.

Qin Sheng doesn't even know who he is or where he came from. What do his parents do for a living or what kind of parents that he has?

No.

Yangxin won't believe him. Even if the CEO would kiss him right now, he won't believe him because even the kiss is non-existent.

Qin Sheng is just smiling at him before chuckling lowly, making Yangxin stops from his overthinking and rambling on his mind.

"What shall I do for you to believe in everything that I am saying?"

Yangxin stops and stares at the young CEO in front of him. He gulps as Qin Sheng's eyes were challenging him, making him vulnerable at this state.

His mind is fuzzy and his heart is beating loudly in his chest. He can't comprehend what is happening right now or whatever words are coming out of his mouth.

"Kiss me."

Qin Sheng is shell-shock by Yangxin's sudden request but he should've expected this. He did ask for this.

Before Yangxin could even process what he asked the CEO, he suddenly felt soft lips on the corner of his lips.

Yangxin's heart suddenly fluctuates, making the latter's breathe hitches until he realizes what he just requested from the CEO.

He covers his mouth with both of his hands and stares at the blushing CEO in front of him.

That's when Yangxin realizes that Qin Sheng differs from the usual cold and collected CEO in the company.

In his home, he is only Qin Sheng. The man is easy to tease and blushes profusely without thinking what others would think.

The man loves his parents even without people asking him to be sweet at them.

He differs from the man who always scolds his employees when they did something wrong.

Or the man who always hates making people wait or making him waits when they have a meeting.

This Qin Sheng in front of him is different from that man. This man right now is the real Qin Sheng.

The vulnerable and bad with feelings Qin Sheng. This is him.

"I'm sorry. I should've asked for your permission before I did that-"

"No!"

Qin Sheng stares back at Yangxin, who is looking at him lovingly. Truly that their love is too fast and they fell too early for each other. But Yangxin had been in love with the CEO ever since he could remember.

He is ready.

To fall and get hurt by the CEO when he realizes that Yangxin will not be in good use to him and his company.

Qin Sheng stares at the latter as he draws forward to him and kisses him on the lips, this time, it is a proper kiss.
