I die and get a weird system

I'm a dead human I know thats not how most stories start out but this one does so here's how I died. It started like most normal days would. I woke up brushed my teeth and had a shower then I had breaky. After that I went to school my school is for special people that can control something it a car, a gun, basically any inaemat object or people who are born with two parents with that ability. This ability is called telecard or called telekinesis from people that don't know the real name. So back to my day at school it started with mathematics next was geography then for the rest of the day it was practicing to control our powers the problem was that I didn't have telecard so I had to do physical exercise that involved running fifty laps, 1000 pushups ,1000 sit-ups and crunches then do a hundred pull ups ,chin-ups and 100 dips in this world if you don't have telecard the only useful thing you could do was physical stuff that was too hard for people with telecard in this school that is I don't know what happens at normal schools. So, you are wandering when I die it is coming up soon but if I just skip the day and go straight to my death you won't understand how I died. So back to the day I had just finished all my exercises for the day and I over heard some of my classmates talking about a weird beast that has been seen lately they said that it was last seen at the abendend hospital in town. I was interested in what they were saying so I moved closer and listened carefully to all the juicy details. The beast had already killed over a hundred people so the telecard elite police force called the Jagers are on the hunt for this beast and the reward for bringing in the beast was over a million yen when I heard that I stumbled and my classmates heard me and laughed at me then they moved to a different spot. That night I went to the abendend hospital and I saw the beast it was a bloody helwolf that is one of the most powerful beast in the world see when people gained the ability of telecard beast came with the start of this power so we humans started training people with telecard in combat and daily activities. When the people with the telecard ability was strong enough to take down the beast they did just that but they didn't get them all so the beast started to repopulate and with each generation the beast got stronger and stronger. So here I was with this beast and with no powers only my strength I made a loud bang to get the wolf's attention it worked the wolf was right in front of me so I throw a strong right jab I did nothing. I stood there in shock I punched the wolf again with all my might again nothing happened the wolf didn't even flinch. The wolf then bit me on my arm and tore it of I started screaming in pain the wolf then bit of my legs so all I could do was use my one arm to get out of this situation but the wolf did not like that I was still alive it then bit my other arm of and before I knew I was starting to black out from blood loss. But a window popped up and said you have meet all the requirements . That's how I died now here's the strange bit I woke up in the hospital with a window saying that I had to do some daily task then I would unlock my first prize.
