Chapter 11: Meeting the Trio

After me and Klee defeated the hilichurls we went back to Monstadt. When we entered the city the citizens were in a state of alertness. Civilians are in fear as they go inside buildings in panic to be safe and the knights are scrambling trying to figure out what happened. They must have seen or heard the explosion, well it was a big explosion I couldn't blame them since Stormterror is still lurking about

"Jun onii-chan why are they like this?" Klee asked with a finger in her chin

"They must have heard your explosion, Klee. I suggest you don't test your bombs so close to Mondstadt anymore, can you promise me that?"

Klee realized what I said and dropped her head 

"Ah, sorry I won't test my bombs near Mondstadt, I promise."

"Don't get so down, Klee, as long as you tell Jean what you will be doing it should be no problem."

"Okay, thank you Jun onii-chan." Klee nodded

After our little talk, we headed to the Knights of Favonius headquarters. A guard greeted us, I asked if we could see Jean. He was apprehensive since a random person suddenly was asking to meet the acting grandmaster, I couldn't blame him. When he saw Klee he immediately realized and he escorted us in.

"Master Jean, you have someone requesting to see you."

"Who is it?"

"It's Klee and an adventurer."

"Come in."

Me and Klee went in and were greeted by three people whom I knew who they were, they were Jean, Lisa, and Kaeya.

Jean is the Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius. She always works tirelessly to protect Mondstadt and is the kind older sister type. Jean's hair is tied back into a high ponytail with a black bow. On her ears, she wears a pair of gold cross earrings.

Lisa is the Librarian of the Knights of Favonius. A powerful mage and very intellectual, she graduated from the Akademiya in Sumeru, the most prestigious institute of learning in all of Teyvat, and the most distinguished graduate in the past 200 years. She may seem kind but if you anger her she can be really scary and be a sadist. Lisa's hair is tied in a loose side ponytail.

She wears a purple and white dress with open slits at the sides and gold embroidery, along with black gloves with pale purple trim, a large witch's hat, black lace stockings, and black high heels, and an earring is visible on one ear. She wears a gold necklace with her Vision clasped to the collar of her dress.

There is a pale purple rose pinned to her hat, and a similar one on the tie of her ponytail. Additionally, a large ornamental golden rose is attached on her belt at the hip.

Kaeya is the Cavalry Captain of the Knights of Favonius. He is witty, charming, and has a lot of secrets 

Kaeya wears a half-cape with a fur collar; a white-collared, cleavage-revealing blouse; dark, tight-fitted trousers; and knee-length boots. His Vision hangs from a loose brown belt, which also has a blue gem and a rope. He has a blue earring on his left ear.

"Thank you for your work, you may go back to your post." Jean addressed the knight. He saluted Jean and exited the room

"Greetings, adventurer I am Jean the Acting Grand Master. This is Lisa, our resident Librarian."

"Hello cutie, I haven't seen you before. Are you a new adventurer?"

"This is Kaeya, our Cavalry Captain."

"It's nice to meet a new face. You seem to be promising and I have met many people before but I have not seen someone like you."

"Thank you for bringing Klee here. I hope she wasn't too much trouble." Jean said,

"It's okay being with Klee is fun."

"Yes, Klee and Jun onii-chan are very good friends."

"I have noticed the knights are busy, did something happen?"

"Yes, a loud noise was heard in the woods near Cider Lake. The knights will be sent there to investigate." Jean said crossing her arms

"Well… that was me and Klee's doing." I said scratching my head

"What?" Jean looked at Klee like a mother about to scold her child "Klee, did you go and test one of your bombs again in the woods, I told you not to do that."

"Uuu… sorry."

"Master Jean please don't scold Klee there were complications involved."

"Please call me Jean and what were these complications."

"Let me explain."

I told Jean about how I met Klee and when we went to the forest we were ambushed by a large group of hilichurls

"You were ambushed by hilichurls? What's more, a group of mitachurls and samachurls were present."

"Jun onii-chan was amazing. There was a giant grasshopper and a giant tiger too." Klee said spreading her arms to emphasize how big they were

"I see, Kaeya, have there been any reports of hilichurls gathering lately?"

"No, if there was, I would have reported to you already."

"The situation is escalating more than I thought. I thank you for saving Klee, even if she is strong herself against those numbers she would not come unscathed."

"You're welcome, I couldn't just leave a child by herself out there."

"I forgot, forgive me but may I know your name."

"Oh, my name is Jun."

"Jun? Are you the one who Amber told me about, the one who defeated the Anemo Hypostasis?"

"Yes, the one and only."

"Oh? So you're the one they say with the mysterious armor. I say I'm impressed. Without a vision you're capable of the same feats as vision holders or perhaps even greater. " said Kaeya with interest

"Ara, I imagined you to be older underneath the armor. I didn't expect someone as cute as yourself, interesting please let me study it." Lisa said, narrowing her eyes. I felt a slight chill on my spine

"I wanted to meet and thank you for helping Amber and Eula. They are important people and my friends in the Knights of Favonius." Jean bowed her head

"It's okay they're my friends too."

"Does this mean Klee does not need to go into solitary confinement?" Klee said destroying the current atmosphere

Jean held onto her head with a sigh "Haa… I won't send you to solitary confinement because of the situation, but Klee you're not allowed to use your bombs without telling me beforehand."

"Really, yay!"

"Huhu, aren't you thankful Klee for not getting any punishment."

"Yes! Lisa onee-chan."

"Run along now, go to your room to rest."

"Yes!" Klee exited the run with a jump in steps knowing she did not need to be punished

"I thank you as well cutie for helping us. If you need my help just come to the library and maybe next time you can tell me about that armor of yours, it's interesting." Lisa said with her eyes trying to study me

"Haha… next time…" I said wry smile and sweat coming down my face

"If what I heard from your strength is true I might need to ask for your help someday. Our knights are stretched thin and only a few are capable of meeting your strength." said Kaeya

"I'll be happy to help."

"I'll also be asking for your help Jun, don't worry you will be compensated generously." said Jean

"Thank you, I'll be leaving now. I want to see as much of Mondstadt as I can."

I exited the room leaving the three of them to discuss

"He doesn't seem like a bad person. He looks so innocent and naive despite his strength." Kaeya said his impression

"Huhu, from what I have heard of his armor I have not heard anything like it even in the Akademiya. It also does not seem to be any form of magecraft." Lisa said,

"In any case with his help it will be a major boost in our forces seeing vision holders capable of fighting are few and far between."
