Hello, shining it's me. The guy who was interested on a review swap. First of, I am sorry for reading only 5 chapters because I don't have enough time to read everything. So take my review with a grain of salt. For I am but a slow reader. Ok let's get started. The story is jarringly wholesome at first. We first meet a lovely lady name Amy (I think I got it right?). The whole plot is about a very loving couple that has a bit of simping behaviour but we don't talk about that. It's actually cute not gonna lie. It also gave me a boner too but nahhhh let's not talk about the thing growing in my pants for now. As for writing quality, it's all dialogue and a bit of description. Not gonna complain about that. Oh and a writers advice. Have you considered any fancy words? If your going to make the chapters short (which they are) try to add a bit of flavour. Take for example: "She has quite the robust chest or Hmmm, what well verse and adequate song!" Kinda like that but better than mine. I think that raps it up. I haven't read this book neither have i read any book from the writer but from the synopsis itself am already excited.. Glad i have a new book in my library... The plot sounds so exciting and i believe am not wrong rhis book has be a hit.... Keep up author you have a new fun... I will come back and give my review after reading it.. I hope am right with my first judgement
Neat story about an office woman and her romantic adventures with the one she's interested in. The character are all unique and very different from what is usually seem. The pacing is a tad rushed sometimes and some of the grammar can make it a bit hard to follow what's being said in certain scenes, but it has potential.
Okay im gonna be straight to the point here. First of, your doing good on story development, which in turn, is nice. But I'm just sorry okay. I have to point this out so that when other people read your novel, a good first impression would be given. Also, I'm a person that pays attention to details so I'm just sorry for the critic if it's harsh you know. Here's the point, Grammar mistakes and character mistakes. First of, on your first chapter, character mistakes can already be seen. After saying a dialogue, you don't put 'young man' but you put 'the young man'. Presumably because the character is not introduced yet. Also you put 'women' instead of 'woman' on some parts. Pls take note, women=many, woman=a single person. Now when you have character mistakes, it just ends up with having grammar mistakes as well. That's it. Overall though, good plot and story development.
First off, let me say that this is a good story. The author really needs a lot of editing and grammatical changes because it has the potential to be a better story with editing. It's a cutesy romance, which is not really my thing. These adult characters are too naive and innocent for my taste, but I can see that others might appreciate that. I just couldn't get past the fact the fl has been in love with the ml since childhood & everyone else knows it, but the ml who doesn't think she loves him. The fl says she's going to propose to him everyday but is constantly chickening out. She doesn't want to make a move on him but can't leave him. She chases all other women away but says she might need to make him wait until she's ready. Until her mother makes her realize if she waits, she may lose him to someone else but she still hesitates! If she wasn't drunk, she would have never said anything. To me, that's not love. It's more like an obsession or not wanting someone to touch her toy. I understand he had someone else in his heart and didn't think about her that way, but she is sooo over the top with her love. I don't see how someone with that kind of personality can be so scared to declare her love to him. I hope the characters develop more in future chapters since I'm only at around ch. 80, because I do love a good romance story.
