Huguel was currently standing outside of one of his favelas, waiting for an old man named Doyoung to get off work and walk over to him.

" Hello, sir," Hugo smiled politely at him. The man was older than most of his fellow citizens and was known to only ever smile back at the younger man.

"Hello there, young boy, what brings you here on this fine afternoon?" He walked up and wrapped his arm around the younger male's shoulders, leading him down the street.

Doyoung's house wasn't too far away from where the two were walking, just two blocks away but it seemed like hours had passed before they finally arrived at his destination.

" Well today I saw an elderly woman sitting on the front steps of her home while she was rocking in time with the wind," Hugo looked down at his feet as he spoke " She was sitting alone so I decided to ask if she needed any help."

Huguel took a deep breath after speaking, he knew that he should be more cautious when asking things like this to people, especially someone like him. It wouldn't do anything good to get caught, it could cost him his job. But he had grown tired of hiding from everyone, especially from himself.

The older man chuckled, Hugo assumed that the older had heard his story before.

" No, no. That's not your job young boy. You just want to make sure that others are okay!" He squeezed the young man's shoulder affectionately and smiled at him.

Huguel let out a sigh of relief, feeling like he got all the tension and stress that has been building up inside of him out.

Doyoung guided him into their apartment, Hugo didn't even need to look back to know what room the other was in.

" I'm going to take my shower and then we can order some dinner and watch a movie together," Doyoung turned towards the direction of the stairs " You go get your laptop ready and then bring me my food so we can eat!" He winked at the young man before walking out of view.

Huguel stood still for a few minutes, letting the sounds of the water hitting the pipes fill his ears. After hearing nothing he began to slowly move to his own bedroom, grabbing some clothes along the way. He changed into a clean set of clothes and made his way to the bathroom.

He quickly opened the door to the bedroom, making sure to shut it quietly behind him.

" You're late for supper!" A voice yelled from somewhere in the apartment. Hugo quickly shut the bathroom light off as he moved to the kitchen. As soon as he stepped foot into the dining area he was greeted with a bowl full of rice with meatballs swimming on top, a glass bottle filled with some sort of red liquid next to the bowl, and two plates sitting on the table.

" Please don't tell me it's blood..." He said quietly to himself. Before either of them said anything else though Doyoung gave a small laugh.

" Of course it is! Now dig in, you haven't eaten since yesterday!" The other said as he put some food onto the plate closest to Hugo. He did as told and sat at the empty seat across from Doyoung. The two ate their meal in silence, Hugo enjoying every bite of the delicious dish. They both finished eating about half way through the meal, leaving a small pile of rice on each of their plates, which Doyoung immediately cleaned up using his fork. Once they both were finished, they began cleaning up their mess.

Once they were done Doyoung grabbed his plate and went to wash them before returning to finish preparing the other dishes that were left on the table. While he did this, Hugo watched the elder curiously. There was something about Doyoung that intrigued him; there was something about him that reminded Hugo of his father. Something about Doyoung made him feel safe, made him feel like he could trust the other without feeling threatened.
