Chapter 5: Plans and Preparations

For the rest of the week Solerean got himself acquainted with Peverell Manor, Gringotts assigned Griphook as a personal account manager for both his houses and got him a house-elf by the name of Alfred. After bonding with Alfred, Alfred started to clean the manor and organize all the books Solerean got from the vault. Solerean spent the week reading, practicing his wandless magic, and taking care of Sylvie.

He had the goblins "adopt" him from the orphanage so that Emily will not worry about him as well as had Alfred buy him new clothes from madam malkins and all the 1st-7th year books required by Hogwarts.

Once the week passed by Sylvie underwent her first burning day and reached maturity, she was beautiful, twice as large as a snow owl and completely white with silver-tipped feathers and blue eyes. She couldn't use her abilities much until she grows a bit, but with time she will be stronger than even Fawkes.

Solerean started to organize his plans for the future and for Hogwarts, he made a list of goals he needed to achieve:

- Capture Peter Pettigrew and get Sirius Black Exonerated

- Get Harry's relatives thrown in prison for neglect and abuse

- Buy as much stock as he can of the daily prophet

- Get in touch with Ted Tonks

- Continue to practice wandless magic and study as much as possible to enter Hogwarts with at least 4th-year knowledge

- Start training physically to be fit by the time I go to Hogwarts.

2 Years passed as Solerean trained and prepared for Hogwarts, he spent the last 2 years preparing as much as possible, he had Griphook invest in many companies in the mundane world such as Apple, Amazon, Google, and more, he was able to increase his stock in the daily profit to 43% and invest in the Firebolt Broom company having 49% ownership. He was almost done with 3rd-year course work and had set a meeting with Ted Tonks in an hour to have him as his law wizard.

He left Sylvie at the manor in order to not draw attention as he made his way to Diagon alley, there he entered Tonks' Law Firm. He approached the reception desk and spoke to the receptionist: " Hi I have an appointment at 2 o'clock under the name of Alfred"

"Yes, welcome, if you could wait a few minutes while I let Mr. Tonks know of your arrival." said the receptionist.

"Thank you" replied Solerean

After a few minutes of waiting for the receptionist led him to an office, as he entered he saw a man around the age of mid-30s whom he assumed was Ted.

"Hello my name is Ted Tonks, welcome to my firm, what can I do for a young man like yourself?"

"Hi thank you for having me my name is Solerean, I need your help to make sure that nobody can get guardianship of me, a while back I did an inheritance test at Gringotts and I would like to make sure that nobody uses the excuse of becoming my guardian as a way to use my lordships for themselves" replied Solerean

"Ok, I understand, is it possible to know the lordships you received?"

"Sure, but may I ask for total confidentiality, at least until I get to Hogwarts and the sorting hat says my name, I would like to ask you for an oath on your magic that you will never tell anybody what I will tell you today at least until after the first day I attend Hogwarts"

"Of course, confidentiality is one of the most important parts of being a law wizard," said ted as he proceeded to make an oath on his magic

"My full name is Solerean Peverell Emrys, Lord of the Most Ancient and Most Noble House of Peverell and Lord of the Most Ancient and Royal House of Emrys".

Ted was shocked into silence and slowly asked "Is it possible to see proof of your lordships?"

Solerean showed him his rings, he and ted proceeded to come to an agreement for Ted's pay and officially signed a contract for Ted Tonks to be his personal law wizard. Even though Solerean had his lordships he couldn't be on the wizengamot until he was 17 so he decided to appoint Ted as his regent. After Solerean starts to attend Hogwarts, at the first wizengamot session, Ted would present himself and announce his regency. Lastly, he had Alfred tell Ted the location of his manor since he appointed his house-elf as his secret keeper.

A few more months passed and Solerean hit his eleventh birthday, today would be the day he buys his wand and get his Hogwarts letter! He was so damn excited! He couldn't wait he spent the day swimming in the pool at the back of the manor to try and forget his excitement until the letter arrives. A few hours later an official-looking owl appeared on a window in the kitchen while he was eating lunch. He jumped off his chair and ran to it he removed the letter attached to its feet, it read:

(Order of Merlin, First Class, Grand Sorc., Chf. Warlock, Supreme Mugwump, International Confed. of Wizards)

Dear Mr. Emrys

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.

Term begins on 1 September. We await your owl by no later than 31 July.

"I'll have Sylvie flame my reply and ask her to make sure nobody sees her while she does it, don't want people to know just yet that I've got a phoenix" he said as he wrote a reply and called for Sylvie. He gave her the letter and told her to be discreet while she delivers it. She flamed away and after a couple of seconds appeared back. He decided to go tomorrow to Diagon alley and complete his shopping since it was the afternoon and kind of late.
