20 Memory lane part 1

Hime look at the Yamaha's with a bright smile. She felt safe, happy, filled with love and hope. She can feel her foster mother's gentle hand brushing her hair back. She look at her beautiful green eyes. She smile down at her.

"Morning, sweetie."

"Morning!" She chirps with a smile on her face.

The scene change like a broken record. A decent that look so ugly to see. A nurse with cold, dark eyes. She couldn't see the face of the nurse. Hime's breath caught in her throat as her eyes widen at the nurse in front of her, her heart almost stopping at sudden change as she felt herself slightly back away from the nurse, "Y-your not-" she croaked but the words won't come out.The scene seem to change back from the small apartment. Her foster mother, Terry look puzzle to see Hime back away.

"Huh? What's wrong sweetie?" Hime blinked a few times as she rubbed her eyes to make sure she was seeing straight. What was that just now? Hime thought for a moment as she gently shook her head, "N-nothing."

"Geeze squirt!" Yamaha ruffled her short hair. "yah look like you seen a ghost." He looks at her and grin. They heard a plastic plate drop from the high chair. Hime look at Terry picking it up where she see Tohru a but naughty.

"Tohru! Why are you being a bad boy!" Terry picks him but he was fussy over, he hold out his hand towards Hime.

"Ha-me! Ha-me!" He call out to her.

Hime giggles as she takes Tohru into her arms, "Aww, what got you so fussy, hmm?"

The images keep changing. The baby Tohru wasn't even a baby but a small boy with red curly hair that look like a small afro. He wore a ragged hospital gown. He look at her angry.

"You promise...." He grind his teeth together and harden his fist. "YOU PROMISE WE WOULD BE TOGETHER!"

Hime slightly gasps but she closed her eyes and try to count to three to calm herself as she gently but quickly hands Tohru back to Terry to breath a bit.

The scene soon change back to where she's at her old high school. A very beautiful girl with sky blue hair smile at Hime gently. She was gorgeous. Her hair seem untamed but she place it in pigtails the best way she can. Her eyes are the same color as her hair and she wore white frame glasses. She look at Hime as if she knew her. The both of them wore the same light purple uniforms.

"Heheh, Hime! Sleeping in class again?"

"Hehe, yeah. Just a bit sleepish, yea" Hime smiles gently as she raises her head to look at her.

The girl smile at her. There was barley people in class. Though they have different homerooms. AP Bio-science and AP math were the only classes they have together. She gently grabs Hime's hands and rub her thumb around her knuckles. They were heal but they still look a bit red and dislocated.

"I see you got into a fight again."

"Heh, yeah. They had it coming though." Hime smiles a bit as she relaxes against the girl touch.

She hold up Hime's hand and kiss her knuckles. She place them on her cheek. "I swear, your such a .." the scene kept changing to another. This time it was one of the male nurses, dragging her to the dark room.

Hime eyes widen in horror as she struggles against them as she tries to fight herself away from them, "No! Let me go! Please!"

"Hime! Hime! Did you hear me?" The scene change again. She was back in her classroom. The beautiful girl look worried. Hime groans as her head felt like it split up as she held the girl hand.

"Sorry what was it?" Hime look at her. She felt a warm kiss on her cheek. But she made it to look like she was talking in her ear.

"Is it okay if I spend the night with you at your place?!"

Hime can feel her cheeks bright red. She look around if anyone have saw it.

"Ai! You shouldn't do that! What if we get caught!"

"Heheh, your so cute when you get jumpy." Ai laughs a little as she sneak another kiss in Hime's cheeks. She jump a little by the surprise kiss. She couldn't help but blush a little. Ai smiles at her as she hold Hime's hands to her face. Hime rest her head on the table and smile at her. She close her eyes and enjoy this peaceful moment together with her.

"Heheh, your so clingy sometimes!" A gentle male's voice told her. Hime open her eyes and she was with Leader. Her head was rested on his lap as he sat on the old beaten mold couch. Hime look at him with a small smile.

"I can't help it if your so comfy!" Hime told him. She felt happy and relax to be with him.

"Heheh, why are you so cute?" He stroke her hair out of her face. She sigh happily at this moment with him.

"I wish we can stay like this forever."

"Yeah." He told her gently. His smile soon faded, "but you didn't want to be with me."

"What?"

Hime fall into a dark void. She can feel her heart pounding at a slow but hard pound. There was nothing to fall in. All she can see were broken images, playing the same memory over and over again. She didn't know what was real and not. But she can can feel them. They were all her memories. The memories of the Yamaha's. The memories of Leader, the memories of Ai. They are hers. But nothing was clear to her. How did she live with the Yamaha?why was she living with them? And Ai! What happen to her? Did they drift apart? Why did they drift apart? Why haven't she visited her? So many questions she needs answers. But there was nobody to answer them for her. She just wish all of this would stop. She close her eyes, count to ten and let it all pass. She just wish it would all stop. This was too much for her.

"Too much for you!"

She heard a angry squeaky voice that sound angry but adorable. She look around the dark void. She saw a small little person that she mistaken it to be a baby. It was oddly gray red with little horns, pointy ears and a small pointy tail. It look to be a devil.

"Yes, that's my name! Do you remember?"

Hime look at the creature in shock. It read her mind, like she can whenever it came to her. She look closely at the small devil to see he's wrap in chain. But he was falling down with her. He look at her with a sharp teeth grin.

"What? Who…"

The devil look at her and smile, "it's not time yet. But I'll see you soon. Very soon, Hime."

"What?"

Hime wakes up screaming as she falls off from the bed. She look around with her breathing hard and fast. She was back at their old hideout. Was it all a dream?

"Are you alright batty?" Leader comes in as he heard her scream.

Hime look up to see Leader. She look at him in surprised, "Um y-yeah! I was just... Heh wierd dream." She gets up. She look at the foggy, crack mirror that was across from them. She look small, almost ten years old. But she didn't feel ten. She wore a baggy white shirt that almost look like a dress.

"You sure? You don't…want to talk about it?" Leader asked as he leans against the doorframe, he slightly chuckles at her for a second.

Hime look at him. She can feel her heart beating strangely somehow. Something about his smile made her feel gidy. That's when she remember something missing. Like she lost something. She gasp surprisedly by it.

"Ah!.." she got up quickly.

"What! What's wrong batty? Are you okay? Do you need anything?!" Leader ask quickly as he was by her side.

"I forgot...I forgot..." Hime try to think for a second, wait, who did I forget? What was it? Hime blink a few times and couldn't remember. "I... I don't remember.."

"Remember what?" Leader asked.

Hime look at him. She try to reach for his face but couldn't. She was too short to reach to him. She put her cheeks and drop her ears down. She look at him with a sad demanding look. Leader smiles as he leans down so his face was close to hers.She touch his face, as if using her fingers to memorize his face. She look at him closely then move it down to his body. Trying not to hit his tickling spot.

"Heh, what are you doing batty?" He chuckles as he felt her move her fingers around him.

"Nothing." Hime thought for a second. She try to think about what she saw. It was all so weird. It felt real to her. But for some reason, she couldn't make of it. Leader was about to say something until his phone ringed, he ignored at first as he held Hime to him.Hime blush bright red. She try to hold in her purr when she felt his arms wrap around her body. He place both of them on her bed where he laid his head on her chest. Hime blush even more but it felt so relaxing when it's just the two of them. However, the phone rang again. Hime growl a little at this.

"Should I break that thing!"

"Heh, I don't think that would be a good idea love." Leader sat up for a second as he looked at his phone, only to pale for a split second once he sees the caller and stood up, "Hey um, let me take this real quick. I promise I'll be right back."

Hime growl at him. She gets up and hops on him. She try to take that phone away from him.

"Who ever it is, they can wait!"

"Whoa! No batty! I have to answer this!" He laughs a bit to keep her from reaching his phone as he raises it up above his head.Hime climb on him and try to reach it. But she felt her body fall over to the bed. Leader gently tackles her and pins her underneath him with a soft chuckle on his face, "I really need to take this love?"

"hmp, fine!" Hime cross her arms but she felt a kiss on her forehead. Leader smiles as he had pecked her on the forehead as he winks before leaving the room.Hime frown once he was gone. Something didn't felt right and she didn't need her quirk to know that. She close her eyes and try to concentrate on her hearing. She can hear Leader and the person on the phone loud and clearly.

"H-hey…I was about to—" Leader started as a sudden voice, a deep and raspy voice cut him off.

"And why the fuck didn't you answer?" The man's deep voice echoed in leader's ear as he instantly tended up. "Well?"

"Sorry, I was busy at the moment I just—"

"Sorry isn't going to cut it boy." The voice again cuts him off and silence him once more.

Hime tighten her fist together. She felt a sudden rage in her. She wanted to go in there and snatch that phone away and start yelling at that person. Who does he think he is for yelling Leader like that.

"Yes sir. Is there something you want to talk about?" Leader says as he tries to remain calm as possible as he heard a deep chuckle come from the other line.

"You know exactly why I'm calling for." The voice was now calm. Almost too calm to the point it sent a shiver down his spine as he heard him speak again, "You know about our little deal boy."

Leader quietly sucks in a breath, "yes sir I do."

Deal? What deal? Hime thought. What are they talking about? Hime think for a minute till she heard an annoying voice in her head.

"Heheh! Isn't it obvious!" The voice laughs. It sound like a child with a soar throat. Hime try to ignore it but the voice was now outside of her mind. "Your boyfriend seem to be doing something he didn't want you to find out. Heheh!" A little dark gray red demon came out. He grin horribly, showing off it's sharp teeth. Hime panic right away. She grab him to cover his mouth.

"Devil! Shhhh! Your not supposed to be out here till I say!"

"Grrrrrr! I'm hungry! You said you were going to feed me!"

"Shhhh! I need to hear this."

"I'm hungry! I want food! You know how I get if I don't eat now!" His voice got deeper. He growl like a real beast who was starving. Hime try to hush him but he growl loudly.

"Don't fuck it up boy. Remember, your life depends on it—and theirs."

Leader sucks in another shaky breath as he sighs, "Okay..I understand sir…I'll do them within a week time."

"You better. Otherwise, we'll be paying you and your little "gang" a visit. Understand?" The voice says in a dead but calm tone as Leader swallows a bit, he knew this could go several ways if he didn't play his cards right. "We give you the protection you wanted—and you give us what we want. I'm sure that's a further ado."

"Yes. I understand." Leader says with a hint of quiet but solemn in his voice.

"Good, I'll send you a message where you'll be going." The voice sneer. "And remember, don't be late. No funny businesses." The call hang up. Leader sigh in a bit frustration, not knowing what to do next. He needs to keep this up. He needs to keep his side of the bargain. He place his phone and sigh again. He felt angry at himself. Hime can feel it. His emotions were strong enough for her to feel it without touching him. She felt sad for him. She just wish she can take this burden off of him. She want to ask him about the deal but she knew he would never tell her.

"Heh, your boyfriend is a real work!"

"Devil! Shut up and go back in my head!"

"Huh! And stay there! Yeah right!"

"You are the only quirk I have a problem with!" Hime growl at him.

"Tch, yeah right! Like you really can control your power's full potential!"

"Devil! Shut the fu.."

"Hey! Uh,… what are you doing?" Leader came in to see Hime choking a blanket.

"I was… um.. is everything okay?" Hime change the subject real quick. Leader lower his eyes down and sigh. He walk towards the bed full of blankest and newspaper stack together as a bed. Hime crawl towards him she lift his head up and place him over her small child like lap. She move his dark hair our of his forehead to massage him. He look at her with a smile.

"Heh, you make things better when your around. Bats."

"I'm your girlfriend. Its my job. At least that's what Jaws told me to do."

"Your actually following Jaws advise? She never dated anyone before! Trust me! I know." The two of them start laughing. Leader still have his head on Hime's lap. He felt comfortable. The two of them stay like this for a while till Leader gets up realizing.

"Shit! The food! I'll be back Bats!" Leader run out of the room to check on the food he was cooking. Hime see the phone that he left behind. She heard it chime by a text

Meet us in the warehouse at the shipyard around 3! Don't be late or else.

Hime glare at the text. She didn't know who this person was but it made her angry to see someone giving Leader a command. She knew a warehouse nearby here. They were probably talking about. Hime delete the message and toss at the bed. She gets dress to meet up with the one who send that to Leader. Devil start to laugh, "We're really going to meet them?"

Hime didn't say thing. She wrote a note to Leader that she'll be back.

Ryunosuke puff on his cigar as he waits for his errand boy to be here the abandon warehouse by the shipyard . His brother, Toranosuke lean against the car. Typing on his phone.

"That dam brat is late!" Ryunosuke growl. He pace around, back and forth.

"Patients brother. I'm sure he have a reason."

"Your too soft on him! You can't let these brats see your good side!"

"I'm just saying. Cops have been on more patrol now in these parts."

"Tch. We should cut his finger at least. A little warning would be good." He told him. They heard a door open ahead. They look up to see a figured in front of them. The figure look small, they can see something sticking out on back.

"Is that the brat?" Ryunosuke ask.

"No! It looks like someone else." The figure walk closer to them. As soon they got close to the light. They see a small girl who look to be ten, glare at them. She have golden eyes. White fur, light gray bat wings. Ryunosuke look at her confused. He kneel down to her level, "Hey little shit. Are you lost or something? Get out of here. This is no place for a little brat like you."

Hime glare at him. Her eyes fix only at Ryunosuke. She felt a sudden rage for him. She can feel his emotions towards him. Her small white fur stick up. She let out a small growl. She met bad people before but he's the far worst of many.

"If your waiting for Leader, your waisting your time." She spit on the floor next to his shoe.

"Oi! What the fuck you little—" Ryunosuke growls as Toranosuke voice boom behind him in a deep, demanding tone.

"Don't even think about it brother. Apparently, she's obviously here for a reason." Toranosuke says in a calm tone as Ryunosuke looks at him with irritation but eases down from his brother as Toranosuke looks at Hime, "What is it I can help you with little one?"

Hime looks at the brother. She also glare at him but not as much as his twin brother.

"I'm here to warn you! If you ever call Leader again or come anywhere near my friends." Hime look at them with her killer glare. Her aura start to change, "I'll kill you."

"Oh? Is that right little one? Well, that'll be too much of a problem don't you think since I see that your Leader's little girlfriend."

"Girlfriend? She looks like a fucking runt to me if you think about it, seems like a little kid to me." Ryunosuke says with a gruff as Toranosuke rolled his eyes at him.

"I'm sorry little one but I don't think that'll be happening anytime soon."

Hime glare at them. She didn't like them. Something about them made her feel off. Her fur was sticking out, she never have this much goosebumps before.

'heheh food! Let me eat them!' Devil spoke through her mind. Hime tighten her fist. She didn't reply to them about the remark they make earlier between her and Leader.

"Why the bloody hell not?" She growl.

'Runt! Let me eat them! We can get rid of them like that!' Devil laughs happily of the thought of eating them.

"Wait…your telling us your boy didn't tell you did he?" Ryunosuke started to smirk with a smile on his face as Toranosuke growls at him lowly before speaking

"Apparently Leader owe us some money for an exchange for our little deal."

"What deal?" Hime glare them. She wanted to used her quirk but she have to save her strength in case she needs to fight.

"For your fucking protection you little runt." Ryunosuke says with a growl.

Hime looks at him in shock but she kept her guard up. She try not make a wrong move. She didn't believe him. But then again, she have always noticed money were missing from their jar. Money always seem to run out so quickly when they buy food. "Your lying!" Hime glare at him.

"Oh really. Then can you explain why is that every time you turn around he's always leaving out for a certain "errand" that he has to run? Or every time y'all "savings" are running low? Funny how you lot go on a bit of a little adventure of stealing from others and yet—you never noticed he was stealing from you all? Something you guys worked so hard for? And yet you still don't know…" Toranosuke says in a very calm but deepen tone.

Hime try not to loose her cool. He's right though. The phone calls, the disappearance, he always leave but never said why. No! She didn't want to believe them. She should read their minds or used Empath but if she did that then she won't be able to used her offense quirk. She look at them, she noticed they were walking around as if she was prey.

"You know little one. We really don't want to hurt you. Plus, you might get hurt in the end—which from the look on your face, your already are." Ryunosuke says with a wicked smile on his face.

"I don't think it would be a good idea for you to come here little one but at the same time I'm not in the mood to deal with a child. So all in all, please leave. Unless you have something else in mind of wanting to come at us." Toranosuke says solemnly.

Hime growl at them. Her fur was sticking up so much that she knew they were never going to let her go. Not unharmed. Hime can hear Devil laughing happily.

'let me out! Let me out! I can deal with them! I can eat them! I can make then go away. That can ease your problems!' he told her.

"No eating anyone!" Hime whispered loud enough for them to hear. She look up at them, ready to fight. "I don't want their nasty blood in me."

Ryunosuke looked like he was ready to fight but his brother puts his arm out, "What are you fucking doing?!"

"Calm yourself brother. I sense a feeling of killing intent, a feeling I hadn't felt in a long time."

"Then let me go then! I've been waiting for this! I've been itching for a fight!"

"Hmph. You have no self-control but I do." Toranosuke looked back at Hime. His eyes looking at her blankly but at the same time curious, "Tell me, what were you planning on achieving once you finish talking…or yet fighting us?"

"I want you to give back our money that Leader gave you. AND! I want you to stay away from our turf. We don't need anyone's protection." Hime glare at them. Both the twins looked at one another and let out a deep chuckle to laughter.

Hime let out a small growl. She wanted to rip them apart. She could do it but she didn't want anyone to get killed.

'dam it, 6! Let me eat them! I want to eat at least one of them!' Devil start to drool. Hime didn't know how long she can keep him in. "You think this is a game?! I'm not someone to be mock at!" She yelled at them with confidence.

"Oh, we know dear child. You see…" Ryunosuke leans close to her, face to face, "Nobody is bold enough to actually stand up to us but of course, you seem pretty interesting in take. Not even your boy Leader…if he didn't..oh, I shouldn't say."

Hime glare at him and hissed at him. She slap him across the face.

"DON'T YOU FUCKEN DARE TALK SHIT ABOUT HIM!"

Ryunosuke touch his lips and cheek, looking down he sees a bit of blood on his finger tips as he didn't say anything but close his eyes for a brief moment before sucking in a breath and releasing it as he licks his lips, his eyes covered by his hair as the air around them suddenly grew warmer by the minute. His aura suddenly growing dangerously high as things around them room was starting to grow hot, "Kid…you better pray…that's he's lucky enough to have you right now…because if not…..he will be fucking dead…by now..."

Hime let out a loud growl, "Is that a threat!" Her golden eyes look dead. Her fur sticking out, she can feel it. She glare at Ryunosuke. She was ready to fight if it came to it. "I'll say this again, Leave our turf alone. Never show your faces around us again."

"…oh believe me you little shit..it's a fucking promise.." he growled lowly.

Hime didn't feel right about this. She was slowly leaving but it felt too easy. Way too easy.

'6! Look out!' Devil yelled at her. Hime turn around to see a huge ball of flames at her.

The flames were a dangerous shade of black as they came hurling right her.

The whole front door were disintegrate by the flames. Hime appear behind them.

"Really brother? I was handling this!" Ryunosuke growls as Toranosuke rolled his eyes, "You we're taking to long." He blew his black smoke out of his mouth.

'Enough with you, brat! It figures, those two were never going to let you out alive!' Devil told her. Hime look at them with a glare. She hate to admit it but he's right. They were never going to let out free without a fight. "Bullocks! Thanks to you, now I have to used teleportation."

'i save us! Your welcome you spoil little brat!'

In just a blink of their eye. Hime was was right in front of them. She punch both her fist right on her stomach. The amount of force send them both flying off to the building wall.

"Bluuuuugh," Hime vomit in blood. "Bullocks!" She groan.

'IDIOT! You mix a strength quirk and a teleportation quirk! You know you can't do that!'

"I know, but I didn't have much a choice. If they go all out so well I!"

'Grrrr! Why do this? For a boy! You've lost your mind. Remember 6, if you die, I die!'

"Heh, then we die together!" Hime look at the other side. She was ready to fight them

They both stop themselves from hitting the wall completely as they catch themselves. "Hmm. Is she serious?"

"Apparently but not as much." Toranosuke says with calm interests as they just looked at her, unaffected by her punch.

Hime coughs up more blood. She look at them as she wipes her hand from her ragged dress.

"Wacha waiting for, PUSSY!" She yelled at them.

They both looked at one another and rolled their eyes at her at her outburst as they just calmly dust theirselves off.

'Think about it, everyone has a drawback to their quirks—even us. Apparently, I noticed she used two.'

"You two are taking too long!" Hime surprised them. She was standing on the wall, sideways. She cross her arms.

"Oi. We're having a nice conversation here if you haven't noticed." Ryunosuke say with annoyance.

Hime jump off the wall, letting her body fall towards the ground. She punch the ground with her fist where it start to crumble

They both got out of the building on time before the warehouse crumble. They managed to be on top of the other warehouse where they watch the building destory.

The ground was now dent to a pile of rubble. Even the whole warehouse walls were crumbled. Hime cough blood again but she wipe it off quickly before they see it.

'6! Quit fooling around! Stop destroying the buildings!"

"They're not like the others." Hime told him. "They're different. It seems they know how to read my moves quite well." Hime form a creepy smile to herself. "Perfect! I've been wanting to let loose for a while."

"Brother. Should we finally let loose?"

"Yes please! I've been waiting for a good while for this."

Hime look at them. As she stretch her shoulders around.

"Devil!" She call out to him. Her small gray white bat wings soon start to form a different dark shade of red. They grew larger for her to fly up towards them.

Both brothers grin at this as they jump backwards from her.

"Are you?" Ryunosuke says suddenly behind her before he kicks her hard in her back, directly at her wings as he gazed out.

Hime look surprised. She didn't even see him moved behind her. 'shit! 6!'

How's that even possible!? Unless he have teleportation.

Hime catch herself with her hands. She left the concrete ground with marks. She glare at him but smile widely, showing off her sharp teeth. Ryunosuke appear beside his brother as they both cocked their head at her.

"Heh, you call that a kick?" Hime pop her body. "I expected more." Hime disappear. She kick Ryunosuke right and his stomach, sending him flying off. She twirl kick right at his brother.

Toranosuke stops her foot in mid kick with one finger, causing a shock wave around them as he stood in the same spot he was in without even looking at her. He pulls her right in front of him by the ankle, and with a flick of his finger—sends her flying backwards as she felt a tremendous wave that rocked through her body as she went flying back as the other brother, Ryunosuke catches her but stabs his hand into her back by holding her by the muscle at first before letting go and does the same thing his brother did but hits her in the back of the head with the flick of his finger as well. Sending her back towards Toranosuke like a ping pong ball but instead lands a hard kick across her cheek before landing one down her head—sending her crashing down to the floor beneath them.

Hime look at at them as she was falling. She felt irritated now. She teleport behind Toranosuke, she elbow slam him on his back. She then appear in front of him and did the same on his stomach. She appear again above him, she slam her fist down on him, hitting his cheeks hard.

Once again, the twins had gazed out again. This time, reappearing and double punches her in the face hard that sent her through three buildings.

Hime manage to block their punches with her hands. She can feel it throbbing a little. She smile a little impressed to meet people outside the lab to have the amount of strength as her.

The twins smiled at this, they were also impressed at how there could be someone that was able to keep up with them.

Hime teleport herself back to them. "You two seem strong. But let's cut the crap, why are you two holding back? It's pissing me off."

"Are we now?" They say in union as twins do.

Hime look at them and point, "Your not even using your real forms. So why try to hide it?"

"What makes you think we're hiding it? We're just not in the mood for it." Toranosuke says as Ryunosuke lets out his dark laugh.

"What would be the point in that? It's not quite the time yet for our fun to start. Let's just call this a test run, eh?"

"Eh? So boring!" Hime clean her ear out, she look more annoyed now. "OH!" She wonder. "I get it now! You two are so old that you can't do it properly. Heh, that make sense now."

"Is that all you youngsters really good at is by trying to throw us off by 'talking' about or getting under our skin? Really, we've been through this already for decades and that's the best you can come up with?" Ryunosuke says with a blank expression on his face as Toranosuke rolls his eyes a bit.

"Agree. All I see is a young lady trying her hardest to try and protect her friends and so called "boyfriend" by fighting us. Newsflash honey, it's that boy-toy of yours your going to have a problem with sooner or later, since he acts like a little bitch of course." Toranosuke says with causal annoyance.

Hime felt a bit angry. She was ready to charge but Devil stop her.

"Let go, Devil!"

'6!' Devil sound angry.

"This is between me and them." Hime tight her fist. "They think we're their pets. But I don't belong to anyone!" She growl. Hime teleport herself in front of them. She threw her punches at them but they block her attack. Hime kept punching at them. Both of them had blocked both of her punches before doing a double spin at landing a hard kick to both her sides.

Hime can feel her body slide. She form her arms into an x to block their attack. Hime can feel blood her blood dripping the side of her mouth. She can feel her body trying to heal it self. She knew they broke a few rib cages. Even her arms felt a bit broken. Her body couldn't take it if a healing quirk takes over. It's bad enough two quirks are at this. She try to concentrate of fusing them but couldn't. She couldn't hold it in anymore. She turn around and puke up blood. She rested her hands on her knees.

'Foolish brat! Your body can't take it. Let me take over!' Devil growl. 'I can control your body better then you can!'

"Shut up!" Hime cough up more blood. "I don't need your help!"

"Whose help?" One the brothers; Ryunosuke stand next to her. Hime turn to glare at him. He grin happily at her. He knee her right in the stomach. Hime gasp for air. The bones from her rip cage were cracking. He then kick her towards his brother who punch her down to the ground. Hime lay flat. She cough blood. She's angry, angry to know they were a lot stronger then her. Her quirk is plenty of strong but stupid as well. She needs to either drain her blood or think of a quirk to match up with her's right now. But she can't think straight from all the bone cracking from her body.

"Huh! I was expecting more from her!" Toranosuke sound disappointment. "She was catching up to us."

"Tch, all talk and no bite! How disappointing. But I must say, you're a pretty good fighter." Ryunosuke told her as he pull out his cigarette. He inhale it deeply then exhale it. He look down at Hime who wasn't moving at all.

"Is she dead?" Toranosuke kneel over her.

"Who cares!" Ryunosuke shrug his shoulder. "Let's just dumped the body by the shipyard and leave. I'm sure someone call the cops by now."

"Your so lazy! You could at least hide your tracks better then that!" His brother argue.

"Come on lets just grab the body!" Ryunosuke was going to grab Hime by the hair. Devil appear and growl at them. They both back away to see him posses Hime's body. Her body was soon cover in red fur with gray. Horns start to grow sideways. Her teeth grew to a more tusk shape. Her eyes turn bright red. Her small body grew to an adult woman. She roar an awful screech that hurt their ears. They can feel their body shaken by the sound. They felt something off about her aura. It didn't feel the same like before. It was more deadly and dangerous. They have no idea why but they can feel fear crawling its way towards them. Ryunosuke exhale out of his cigarette. He form a happy smile at her.

"My, you want to play little girl?"

The creature let out a hindrance roar.

"Heh, fine. Let's play." Ryunosuke charge at her. Hime did the same. They both place their fist at each other

Before she knew it, she was back in the hideout where she was tending her wounds. She look at herself in the dusty crack mirror. She sigh to herself. The wounds look deep, she knew they would slowly heal now.

"BATTY!" She heard a angry voice calling out her name. She look up at Leader who look furious. "WHAT DID YOU DO!" Hime look shock to see a black eye on him and a busted lip. She turn to him and look worried.

"Leader! What happened to you? Are you okay?" She run up towards him and try to hug him but he push her away. He glare down at her with rage.

"DON'T ACT STUPID BATS! WHAT DID YOU DO?"

Hime look at him but choose to ignore it and pretend not to know anything. She went back on attending to her wounds. "I just had a little fight. I'm okay. Thank you for asking."

"A little! A LITTLE! You rip a guy's face off! Not just any guy! This man is who I work for! This man is dangerous! He have people follow him with out questioning him of anything."

Hime turn to him and grunt. "Your point?"

"My point! MY FUCKEN POINT IS, YOU MADE US HIS TARGET!"

"YOU SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT IT WHEN YOU GAVE HIM OUR MONEY!" Hime yelled at him. Leader look at her in shock. He turn red from a bit embarrassed.

"I..um.."

"THAT'S YOUR ANSWER! I, UM?"

"I DID IT FOR US. OKAY. I DID IT SO WE CAN STAY PROTECTED BY VILLAINS LIKE THEM. BUT NOOOO! YOU SCREW THAT UP! YOU MADE THEM OUR ENEMIES!"

"NO! NO!NO! YOU DO NOT GET TO BE MAD AT ME! YOU WERE ROBBING US BEHIND OUR BACK! YOU DIDN'T EVEN ASK US ABOUT THIS! WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE IN THIS TOGETHER!"

"I'M THE LEADER OF THIS GROUP! I MAKE THE DECISIONS FOR US! I DON'T NEED YOURS OR ANYONE'S PERMISSION!"

"YOU MAYBE THE LEADER OF YOUR GROUP BUT YOUR NOT MINES! YOUR GIVING OUR MONEY AWAY TO ASSHOLES LIKE THEM. YOUR SHOWING THEM THAT THEY OWN YOU! NO, THAT'S NOT ME! I DON'T BELONG TO ANYONE!"

"THEN GET OUT!" He yelled at her. Hime look at him in surprise. She widen her eyes in shock of pain.

"What?" Hime whisper to him, loud enough to hear.

"I SAID GET OUT! I CANN'T HAVE SOMEONE IN OUR GROUP PUT OUR LIVES IN DANGER. BECAUSE OF YOU, WE NO LONGER HAVE THEIR PROTECTION. EVERY VILLAIN OUT THEIR WELL HAVE OUR ASS BECAUSE OF YOU. I WNT YOU OUT!"

Hime look at him and saw that he's serious about it. She hold in her tears and grunt loudly. She ball up her fist but let it loose. She look at him angrily with her one good eye.

"FINE, fine! You want me gone. I'M GONE!"

"GOOD!"

"GOOD!" She yelled back at him. She grab her bag and throw in a few old ragged clothes. "YOU WANT ME GONE, GOOD! I'LL LEAVE! I'LL BE OUT OF HERE FOR GOOD. I JUST CANN'T BE AROUND OF SOMEONE WHOSE A COWARD!" Hime yelled at him loud enough where everyone can hear them. Hime try to wipe her tears off once she reach outside. She move one of the bars away from the large sewage.

"Stop crying! Stop crying!" She told herself. But she couldn't. The tears kept coming down. She kept walking from their hideout. She need a place to stay. At least for the night. She knew one person who can let her stay but she's not sure if she was busy. Hime was now in the sidewalks walking. She didn't pay attention where she was going. Group of crowds surrounded her. Hime felt nervous as she look around. Being around people made her feel uneasy. She try to get away from them and head towards a area with less people in them.

There was too many people around. Hime try to calm herself down. She can feel herself hyperventilating. There was too many. She kept turning around to see if no one was following her. She's all alone. Leader and the gang won't come to look for her. She have no one. Hime can feel herself breathing in panic. She close her eyes and count to ten.

"Awake 666." A cold, deep voice echoed in her ear.

Hime can feel her mind slowly come into a blank as darkness was starting to surround her, the voices and the crowd of people was starting to close in on her as she repeats, "1…2…3…"

The other scientists where in the control room with one of the new x-projects. They all seem to take notes as they look at it, standing still. They also see 666 still sleeping. It was frustrating for them since they keep loosing guards because of her. But they finally got her under control. A young woman with red glasses stand in the corner. She's rather beautiful, but she's thin and tall. Her hair look messy and shiny, like metal. They were cable like wires almost like dreadlocks. It was an oddly shade of silver but she look stunning. She look at her look rather disgust seeing her co-workers look excited about something. She felt a sudden chill on her spine to only notice Holloway next to her. Her metal arm start to act up more when she's close to him. She clear her throat to hide her fear.

"Holloway!" Her voice sound stirn.

"I see that 666 is still asleep I assume." His voice says deeply but at the same time calm as he looks over at 666 sleeping form.

"Maybe if you haven't place so much tranquilizer in her. We wouldn't have this problem." She told him coldly.

"Is that so." He says as he leans over her, almost too close to the point she can feel his breath against her, "Have any other suggestions?" He says in a dark tone of voice but low enough for her to hear him.

Andrea glare at him. She pull away from him, "You should have let me talk to her. She would have obey me. But as always, you tend to push her buttons. Hime!... I mean 6 isn't a thing. She's a child with emotions. And having the X-projects out there with her! Are you crazy. It might kill her!"

"Watch your tone Ms. Williams." He says calmly but at the same time with a hint of demand behind his voice. "We are here for making research and advance development of quirks for out theory, am I wrong?" He says with his hands behind his back as he took a small step towards her and leans close once again, "We aren't here to play mommy or daddy for the subjects…" his deep voice echoed slightly with his menacing demeanor. "We don't want another recap of before…do we?" He says without even haven't to hint about her arm.

Andrea tighten her one arm to a fist. She hold in her anger. She wanted to punch his face but one of the co-workers came up to them.

"Sir! We're ready to release the X-project!"

Andrea froze a bit. She felt a horrible chill down her spine when she saw Holloway smile.

"Ah. Get it started up." He tells the co-worker as he turns to Andrea, "Wake up 666 and have her ready—I'll be watching." He says before turning around and starts to walk away.

Andrea slams her human fist at the wall. She felt week and useless. But she took a deep breath.

"Okay, okay, she'll be okay. She'll be okay." She told herself.she walk up to one of the microphone.

"6! Wake up sweetie!"

Hime felt her eyes twitch a little even when close she still felt tired as she slowly opens her eyes and lift her body up, they felt so heavy and drowsy that she wasn't for sure what but she heard a familiar voice as she sits up now and rubs her head.

"Hello, my little angel!" Andrea softly smile. "It's time to wake up now. You have to do something for me, okay?"

"Do I have to Ann?" Hime says with tiredness in her voice as she rubs her eyes.

Across from Hime, the X-experiment start to move around. It's huge body look nothing but a pile of muscles around each other. It's face is horribly deformed, smoosh down flat. It didn't even have a nose.

"This is experiment X-78. He's your new playmate for the day. I need you to play with him. Can you do that?"

Hime tenses a little but sighs as she looks back up at Andrea and nods. How many times is she going to keep doing this? When are they going to stop this?

The collar around him soon drop. He look at it for a while. He then move his legs and arm around. Testing to see if he would be able to move freely without getting shock. However, Hime's collar stays on. But the green light soon turn off. Letting her know that the electric shock have been turn off as well.

"Good luck, sweetie." Andrea told her. She turn off the mic and sigh. She sat down with her co-workers who did nothing but gossip.

Hime sucks in a small breath and sigh as she looks at the experiment in front of her as she gets ready for her fight. But at the same time, she couldn't help but felt an uneasy feeling crept up her spine—she didn't have to think of who it was but she knew he was there, watching as she turns back to the creature.The creature look at Hime. It tilt his head sideways in confusion. He see's Hime but doesn't seem to understand why she was there. Or why it was there. Hime noticed this as she was a bit surprised to know the creature looked confused as to what was going on.

"something is going on?" One of the scientist look at the creature.

"Why isn't subject X-78 not fighting 666?"

"Someone get one of the poles! We'll provoke it."

Andrea look down at the creature. She noticed that it seems confused. As if it doesn't know it's purpose. That's when it shock everyone.

"W.....ho!" They all stood quite in surprised. They heard a deep voice coming from the sound.

"Wh....o..r...u?" The creature look at Hime. It start to walk close to her.

"Did X-78 talk?" They sound excited.

"Incredible! Out of all the x-projects, this one talk!"

"But how? It's supposed to be obedient?"

Andrea look down at the arena. She can see Hime interacting with X-78.

Hime tilted her head and slightly smiles, "I'm…Hime. You?" She says as she took a small step forward.

The creature look at Hime in confusion again.

"H....Hi-me....Hi..me.... Big sis Hime."

The way it call out to her felt familiar to Hime. The way it talk to her was so kind. But the scent is what through her off the most. It smelt like her friend that stay across from her cell. They were close but five days ago, they took her away. The creature still look confused.

"Big sis Hime?"

Hime memory was trying so hard to remember why was this creature so familiar until it her as she felt her breath caught in her throat and her eyes widen in horror, "1…19?!"

The creature have it's head straight. It look at Hime as if it knew it's name. Andrea froze as she heard the conversation. 1919 is X-78. All the children, they were the new mutant X-projects. She look over at Holloway who look at her with a pleasure smile.

Dr. Holloway was grinning from ear to ear as a wicked smile played on his face as Hime took another small step towards the creature, "19…it's me…Hime…"

"Hi...me?" The creature still look confused. Not knowing what is going on. It was having trouble Remembering who it was. 19 scream in agony. 19 hold their head as if suffering a headache.

Andrea storm towards Holloway in anger. She slam her robot first right at the wall next to him.

"WHAT DID YOU DO!?" She yelled at him. She can hear her own voice crack. She fought the tears from coming out. All she felt was nothing but rage towards him.

Holloway never even flinch, nor did he responded but looks down at her with a wicked grin as he leans forward and whispers, "What I'm supposed to do. Achieve my theory."

Andrea look horrified at him. She ran towards the mic, "HIME, STAY AWAY FROM HIM! DON'T GET CLOSE TO 19! DO...NO WAIT, STOP!" Andrea yelled. Three guards pull her away from the mic. She look at Holloway who look at the children. She try to escape from their grip.

"DAM YOU HOLLOWAY! DAM YOU!"

Dr. Holloway turns back to the beautiful show in front of him as Hime hesitated a little as she tries to call out to 19 again. "19! It's me please! Try to remember!"

19 howl in pain. Hime got closer to comfort 19. As soon she reach out to 19. He turn towards her with rage. He smack Hime away from him. Hime's body was sent flying towards a wall. She groan from the sharp pain. Her body turn into diamonds, only to her stomach, and chest. 19 leaps up towards her and smash his fist to her. He grab her head and bang it to the wall. The other scientists start to write down about the progress of what 19 and 6 have made. 19 grab Hime by her head. He then smash her to the ground. Hime groan, luckily for her. The diamond quirk was a great offense for her to used. But now, she have to focus on using the same d.n.a. concept as diamond. 19 land across from her. Hime gets u, she took a deep breath.

"19! It's me! 6, please!" Hime try to plead to her friend. 19 roar at her. He charged at Hime. She dodge from him. She call out to him but 19 can't seem to understand her. She couldn't believe that her cell mate, a small sweet boy that follow her around is this thing. A thing that the lab coats made. Hime dodge every punch that 19 threw at her. She refuse to fight him. She wants to believe that he is still their. Hime catch his fist with her hand. She gasp as her eyes turn white. She can see 19 trying to escape. They strap him down on the lap table she can see how they tournament him through drugs and shock therapy. She can feel his pain. It was too much for him. He cry and cry out for help. To anyone. To Andrea, to her, but none of them came. Hime can feel her tears burning her eyes. That's when she saw him. He stare at her with dead tired eyes. He look so skinny, almost skeleton like. His hair was buzz cut. He look at her, he hold up his arms as if he was asking for a hug.

"Kill me, please!" He beg her as he cry. "It hurts. Everything hurts! Kill me! Please, end it! I can't live on like this! Please!"

Hime threw up blood on her side. Mixing empath and Diamond isn't a good combination for her. Felt a hard smack across her face. It send her flying across the arena. She wipe the blood off her mouth. She look at 19 coldly. He's there but even she knew all that hard she'll body isn't him anymore. On the inside, he's there but he can't take it anymore. Hime try to not think about it but she sigh. She hold on to her tears at she look at him. She control her diamond quirk by turning her left hand to sharp diamonds. 19 charge at her. He roar at her. Hime look at him with her cold golden eyes. Hime swing her arm straight. She was already walking away from him. They both froze, 19 didn't move. Blood start splatter all over the arena. The scientists all groan in anger. Some threw their clipboards in frustration. 19's body drop. Blood drown his body. Hime was the only one standing. She wanted to cry but she couldn't. She cry far too long for her fallen friends. She look up at the window where Dr. Hallowy watch her with a large grin. Hime shiver in fear. She wrap her arms around her. She knew what that creepy smile means. She didn't want to go through with it. She didn't want to be in that room again. Hime start to hyperventilating of the thought of him hurting her.

Hime wakes up from the awful nightmare. She can feel a cold hand on her forehead. She was lay sideways on someone's lap. Her body seem to move shaking by force. She felt her eyes swollen as if she've been crying. She can hear a familiar male voice.

"Thank you again for giving us a ride." Midoryia spoke formally.

"No, thank you for taking care of her! I know she can be a little daring sometimes and not think about the consequences but she's a good kid." The driver told them. He have gray hair, glasses, and his teeth have a gap in the middle. It was Giran. He was driving them back to the dorms. He look at his review mirror, checking on Todoroki, "is she okay?"

"I think so, her fever stop and her seizure stop as well. But she was crying a lot, saying she was sorry multiple times." He told her.

He nod his head and sigh, "Okay. That's good. That's progress. Are you two okay back there?" He look back for a second on Bakugo who was sitting in the back angrily with Adam.

"Tch, peachy." Bakugo growl.

Hime moan as she gets up from Todoroki's lap. She rub her eyes and look confused to where she's was at.

"Uuugh, where are we?"

"Me-me! Your okay!" Midoryia turn to her with a small smile. He look worried, "I'm glad."

"How are you feeling? You had a fever?" Todoroki ask her.

"Tch, why the hell did you come along if you were sick?"

"KAACHAN!"

"It's okay, Midoryia." Hime groan. She touch her forhead, she can still feel it throbbing. She have no idea what she saw but they all feel like dreams. "What happened?" Hime ask them.

"You don't remember?" Bakugo look at her surprise.

"No! I don't know what happened?"

"We were talking and next thing you know, you pass out. Are you sure your okay. You shouldn't be moving."

"I'm fine." Hime look around the van to see Giran driving.

"Uncle! What are you doing here?"

"The real question is, WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU NOT IN THE DORMS?"

"Language." Hime told him.

"Oh no! No! No! No! Why the hell are you not in school?"

Hime sigh and look over at Adam with a bit of anger but a little happy that he call him and not Andrea.

"Look, I'm not your parent. I get that you want a little break from school. Hell, I used to sneak out of the house all the time. I get it, I do. But kid! Your out here this late at night, with three guys!"

"Four! If you count Adam!" Hime told him.

"Adam doesn't count! Okay! I know him! I know he'll stay with you. It's these three I don't know about! Not to mention about your condition."

"Condition! What condition?" Midoryia sound worry. Hime avoid him once he look at her.

"I wanted them to meet Teacher!" Hime told him.

Giran groan and sigh, "How is the old man? I heard he moved closer to the beach area, right?"

"He's Okay. Still in the market place."

"Okay,… but your not off the hook!"

"Bullocks." Hime groan.

"Bullocks is right! Look, I get that you like to sneak off sometimes back Hime but not in the dorms. Especially now!"

"Huh? Why?"

"Why! Geeze kid, haven't you seen the news lately!"

"I don't watch t.v. Unless it's movie night or marathon."

"Right,right, their's a serial killer on the loose. They've been getting closer around our neighborhood. Cutting off heads and skinning parts of the body."

"Any eye witness?"

"No, seems like the killer… Oh no! Your not doing that again!" He groan.

"Aw, it was interesting!"

"Kid! I'm being serious here! You can't go out late at night, especially with your problem. What if your alone? What if some asshole grabs you or worse."

"Okay, Okay, your starting to sound like Andrea!" Hime slouch on her seat and fold her arms.

"And now I know why! You need to be happy that Adam call me! Good thing I was around that side of town doing business!"

"Another client?"

"Sort of. More like an old friend."

"Hmm," Hime groan. She can feel her head hurting her. But she choose not to say anything. Giran park far away from the school. The distance is fair enough for Hime to fly there. Everyone got out of the car and thank him.

"Thank you again, sir."

"Look, this time is a freebie, okay. Next time I'll charge you brats if this happen again. And you!" He look at Hime. He hug her and treat her like the way Andrea does. "Please take better care of yourself!"

"A doting uncle!"

Hime can feel a vein pop out from her forehead. She push him away and blush, "uncle your embarrassing me!"

"Heheh!" He pat her head like a little kid, ruffled her curly mohawk. "Okay, get out of here before I change my mind." He takes out of his cigarette to take a smoke. He lightly fist pump Adam as he say goodbye. Hime carry them up to sky as Giran watch them head off towards their dorms. They waited for a bit like they did before to shut off the cameras. Hime place them in her balcony as she sigh exhausted.

"Sorry about him if he said anything weird."

"No! No! He .. we… heheh, we just didn't expect him to be there so suddenly." Midoryia laugh nervously.

"Are you kidding, the guy was ready to start his mess!" Bakugo grunt.

"He called him uncle, right? Yet the both of you don't seem to look alike." Todoroki question.

"Oh! Hah, we're not blood related or anything. I call him uncle because he acts like one with me. He's a friend to Andrea. He helps her out with stock investment and supply runs for her clinic. They're actually drinking buddies."

"Ah! That explains it."

Adam: 😫😩☹️🥺

Adam snuggles up to Hime as a hug. He rubs on her cheeks out of worry.

"Adam!" Hime try to push him away but he kept close to her.

"Adam was worry about Me-me! He call your uncle right away." Midoryia explain. Hime sigh and hug him back.

"Thank you Adam! But I'm fine, truly."

"Me-me!" Midoryia look at her out of worry. "Your uncle mentioned about a condition you have. What did he mean by that?"

Hime look over at them with a cold glare. But her attitude soon change, "Huh?" She started to yawn, "Man it's so late! Why not we rest. It's been a long night."

"Yes, it is getting late."

"Tch, whatever."

"But… Okay." They boy left Hime's room and said good night to her. Hime sigh as she lock the door behind them. She lean on the door and drop down. She look at her hands as if she can see all that blood from 19. She try to hold it in but she couldn't. She start to cry heavily of knowing that she kill her friend. The only comfort she received is her pets and her friend.
