21 Unexpected murders

    "I know there is a lot going on for you two. But that's no excuse of not turning in your form. Come on, lay it on me. What are your hero names!" Midnight spoke to them in the teachers office.

"Oh! Queen of Dam!" Hime said proudly.

"Like that bloody vampire movie? No."

"Okay, vampire queen!"

"That's basically the same thing!" Midnight told her.

"Then bloodsucker!"

"Your hero names should be names that you want people to remember. Something more likeable or cool. Not something scary or inappropriate." She explains to them. Shinso and Hime were still thinking it over. Adam however already have a name ready for him. It was simple but he seem happy about it. Midnight sigh as she took off her glasses. "Okay, how about this. You kids think it over. I'll give you by the end of the week. Okay. Remember,you want a name that can be remarkable to people." She smile at them.

Shinso sigh as he walk next to Hime. He hold the paper up and look exhausted from thinking.

"Hero names, I still haven't thought about it much. You?"

"I had a few but Ms.Midnight dislike all of them."

"Yeah, I don't think Bloodsucker is a good hero name."

"What! It's a cool name! Besides, it explains part of my quirk." Hime smirk at him.

"I'm not surprised if Adam already have a hero outfit ready!" Shinso told her.

"Him and Mei are working on ideas for support gears for his new body." Hime laughs nervously, "I think those two are going a bit overboard."

"You think?" Shinso says as he rolls his eyes.

"hey!" Hime puffs and leans over to him. "You agree some of that hardcore stuff too! Don't think I haven't noticed." She smirk at him.

Shinso had to look away for a moment as he didn't want to admit it.

Hime gasp happily, "What's this! Are you smiling?" Hime tease him.

"W-What!? I don't know what your talking about?!" He says quickly as he tries to hide his smile.

"Aha! You are smiling! I didn't think you know how to smile!" Hime poke his cheek. She laughs at him but she cover her smile.

He rolls his eyes at this, "Any who-any other names you haven't come up with?"

"Oooo! How about Blood drainer?" Hime told him with sass!

"....no." He shakes his head.

"Okay, so the names I have sound like villians. Sue me. But I don't see you mentioning any of your hero names!"

"I haven't thought of one yet. Especially one that fits with my quirk-that doesn't sound much like a villain." He says blankly as he looks at his paper.

Hime look at him and frown. She wanted to touch his arm or hand, to see what he was feeling. But all she can see was 19 in her mind. She didn't know who he is, or his name. But she does know, he was in pain and she have end it. The thought of it made her sick. She kept her hand away from him.

"Look, fuck the people who see you as a villian. Excuse my language. But they are not running your life. The more you resent them and others. The more power they have over you. It doesn't matter what they think because your not doing it for them. Your doing it for you. You live your life for yourself. And you choose who you want to be. Okay!"

Shinso looks at her surprise by this as he knew she was right.

Hime nudge her elbow at him and grin at him. "How about the mind trapper! That seems cool right?"

"Hmmm. That doesn't sound too bad. But still...um...Mind Chaser?"

Hime gasp happily. Her ears star to wag up and down, "Aaaah, see now your getting it!" Hime try to hide her smile from him. They walk to the other building but they heard a few mean girls yelling.

"Are you freaking kidding me!" It was the third year girl that mess with Yuie before. "IF I GET A FUCKEN F I'M GOING TO MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL."

Yuie look nervous and scared. She lower her head down on the ground.

"T-th-then y-y-you should wr-write yo-your own p-p-paper!" Yuie told her.

"What?!" She push Yuie to a brick wall hard. "You think your some hard wannabe bitch now because you have a sank of a monster girl helping you now."

Shinso eyes narrowed at this.

"Are you going to help me this time?" Hime's eye grew cold.

"Of course." He says coldly just like her.

Hime walk along side with Shinso. They see the mean girl hovering over Yuie. But just then, Hime's wing push her off where she land on the grass.

"Yu-chan! There are you are!"

"Ah, Senpai! What are you.."

"We're going to the club room. Care to have a bit of a stroll with us?"

Shinso gave the mean girl the eye if she had said something.

The girl gets up. She glare at them with rage. She storm towards Hime, she turn her around and punch her. The girl scream from the hard hit. Her fist were bleeding with cut up knuckles. Hime touch her cheeks where she can feel a hard, sharp, crystal's on her cheeks. It was slowly going away.

"Diamond," Hime whispered the quirks name.

"The fuck is with you!? Aaaaah!"

"I don't think I would do that if I was you." Shinso says calmly from the side of her.

Yuie look at the blood in panic. She undo her bow and wrap the cloth on the mean girl's hand.

"The cut looks deep. If you hold down pressure the bleed will stop!" Yuie told her as she tie her bow scarf around. The mean girl push Yuie away from her.

"I don't need your fucken help, you freak!"

"HEY! THE BLOODY HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!?"Hime check on Yuie to see if she was hurt.

"Tch, I don't know what you did. But I'll sue your furry ass." The mean girl walks away from them in a hurry.

'Bitch.' Shinso thought as he came beside Hime and Yuie, "You alright?"

"Um y-yeah." Yuie look up at Hime and touch her cheeks without thinking. "Are you okay senpai? I'm surprised she didn't leave a scratch on your cheek!?"

"Yeaah. Surprisedly." Shinso says.

Hime look nervously at them and laugh, "Hahahaha! Wow, all that training is really paid off."

"Mmhmm." Shinso says as he raises an eyebrow.

"um... Oh look at the time! We really need to be in the club room or Ito senpai would scold us again for being late! Hahahahah!"

Shinso sighs as he starts to walk ahead, "Lets get a move on then."

Hime stood quite along the way. She try to avoid Shinso's glance. She didn't know for sure it it was the quirk Diamond or not. But yet she remembers it. Her head throb to her metal plate. It hurts her but she choose to hide it. She didn't want them to worry. Not after what happened last night. She could get Midorya and Todoroki to stop asking questions about her health. Thankfully, Bakugo gave her space but his stare is what got her nervous. The dreams she had, she couldn't tell if they were real or just a dream. She wasn't sure if they were just memories. Her head spun around, making her feel confused about the situation. What did happen to her? Was she with the Yamaha's? Was she living in the streets? Or was she a killer? Which part of it was real? She wasn't so sure now.

"Senpai!?"

"Eh?" Hime look up. She saw Yuie looking at her.

"I said, did you finish drawing out the blueprints of ideas?"

"O-oh! Um y-yeah. I just need everyone's opinion about it."

"Well that's no going to be a problem, since everyone is on the same page." Shinso yawn. The open the door to see Mia arguing with Jasper.

"I'm telling you! Too much of this chemical waste can explode this lab!"

"And I'm telling you that my calculations are on the dot!"

"Are you kidding me! This is a model of a bigger fuel tank. Your calculations are way off. It's not correct!"

"And that's why it's okay to fail the first time!" Mei told him.

"One small error could kill us you lunatic!"

"LUNATIC! LUNATIC! HA!" Mia pour the chemical together. The glass tube start bubbling. "Oh no! Oh no!" Mia start to panic.

"What's happening?" Ito ask her.

"A bad thing! A very bad thing!" Mia start to panic. She look around, she grab her gloves and took the tube. She look around in panic to see where she can place this. She ran out of the room and wait for the elevator.

"The stairs are right there!" Yuie told her.

"Oh, right!" Mia was going to walk down but the elevator show up.

"There it is!" Ito yelled.

Mia walk back up and went in. But Jason stop the door. He pull her out and place the tube down. He push the button as it close.

"What are you doing? I had plenty of..."

BOOM!

Jasper look at her and the heavily smoke elevator that made a loud ding. "Your welcome." He told her. He walk away and head back to the club room.

"Uh, what just happened? Why is he here?" Hime look shock and confused.

Everyone watch Jasper as they follow him to the club room. He erase the chart that Mei work so hard for and start to calculate the right equation. This surprised everyone, once he was done. He place the chalk down and look at everyone.

"Now do you get it, or do I have to explain it to you?" He says sarcastically as he rolls his eyes.

Mei look at it again. Even Ito compared his notes for this. Mei can feel her cheeks flush. "So I used the wrong equation. That's why we make mistakes."

"Ms. Hatsume, if Mr. Jasper didn't take you out of that elevator in time. You would have been hurt. Or worse."

"It's not like the first time I almost destroyed the school."

"Just how many times you almost blew up the school, love?" Hime sound concern now.

"Heheh, I lost count."

"Why am I not surprised." Jasper says with a scoff and rolls his eyes once more.

"no wonder why our budget is so low! It's because of YOU!" Ito start to scold her. Hime stand next to Jasper. Even though she hates how he makes her feel but she was thankful for helping Mei

"Thank you. For saving Mei. But I'm surprised your here." Hime blink at him. Adam lightly hits Jasper's face, almost smooshing it with his face.

Adam: 😏

"Ungh...get off." He growls a bit as he side glances Hime, "I only did it to at least keep us all intact from being blown to bits. Don't ever mention. Ever."

"what's this?! Are you blushing?" Hime evily grin. "Are you actually embarrassed about helping us?"

"I-I don't know what your talking about!" He says to keep from turning red any further as his face and whole head as red as a tomato.

"Heheheh! To think you actually care about someone other then yourself!"

He blushes even more as he tries to hide his face a bit but failing miserably.

Adam: 🤩🤣

Adam smoosh his face with his. He snuggles him, he was enjoying this to see that Jasper can care.

"Hey guys, Jasper's red!"

They look at him to see how red he look. "Looks like he's happy to save us." Hime tease him.

He tries to escape from Adam but once again fails as he grumbles to himself as blushes more.

Hime grin wickedly. She look over at Mei who also grin happily too.

"Aw! Do you want to hug?"

Jasper tenses as he immediately backs away, "Nope! No touching!" He holds his hands up in defense.

"Eeeeh, shy aren't we?"

"Aw that's adorable!"

Mei and Hime look at each other and grin. Even Adam gets where this is going. The three of them were around Jasper and hold hands around to block him.

"Your just gonna have to accept our affection!" Mei told him.

"Affection!" Hime and Adam told him at the same time.

"Join our affection, Jasper!" Mei laughs evilly.

"Join us Jasper!

Adam: "join us!"

"Affection! *Hisss!* Never!" Jasper tries to crawl away from them.

Shinso lightly slaps the girls heads, "Stop that you weirdos. Your scaring off our possible member!"

"Affection!" Hime play as a zombie.

"Join us Shinso!"

Adam: "join us! 🧟

"What the! Get away!"Shinso grunt.

"Join us!" Hime smoosh his face with her's he slaps his hand on her face to push her away.

"Get off!"

"Accept our affection!"

Ito clear his throat to , "May I remind all of you that we are behind schedule! Ms. Hime, please the model!"

'Finally! Someone with sense!' Jasper says in his thoughts as he hid under a table.

"Heheh, to be continued!" Hime skips over to her bag and took out her pumpkin head man who is wearing 1800 outfit. His pumpkin head seem to be in flames. Hime take off his head where it's a flashdrive.

"I was going over a few designs. Since we were all thinking the mico Atoms should be our thing. We need to make it small enough where it can easily go through blood vessels." Hime place her flashdrive in Adam's head. His eyes start to glow bright blue. He show off his holograph from Hime's flashdrive.

Jasper pokes his head from underneath the table and looks at what is being projected.

"interesting!" Ito look at the design. The 3-d shape machine is oval and slightly flat. Almost the form of the vacuum cleaner robots.

"Like the way we discussed we can shape them as blood cells. They can go in and out easily through blood streams."

"Nice! But how do we make it work?" Mei look at it.

"I'm glad you ask!" Hime sound excited. "We can try to control it through computer. Like a drone. That way it could be easier for operations. They can see clearly on the inside of what is damage!"

"That could work!" Shinso told her.

Jasper watches this as ponders this, 'Interesting'.

"quick question!" Yuie look a little shy, "How can we make it that small?"

Hime open her mouth but could fine the right words.

"Um,.. I... Heheh, still trying to figure it out!"

'Wow. So much for that plan.' He rolls his eyes and grunts to himself.

"You don't have to be rude about it! I'm still researching it!" Hime told Jasper. But she look shock by it. She tuck her bottom lip in.

Jasper was a bit surprised by this but smirks at this. "So, you don't have any ideas of what to make of it Hmm?"

"I um... Mei?" Hime look at her for support.

"Oh,.... I have no idea."

"Your no help!" Hime sigh.

"It's good but I'm with Jasper. We need to know how to make something so small to fit in a human blood vessel." Ito told them.

"It's not like we can build some form of shrink-ray or something of the sort." Jasper says sarcastically.

Everyone look at the design to think. The idea of a shrink ray would have been wondering but making something so small have to be a miracle.

Adam: 💡😯🤯

"You have a idea?" Hime ask him. Adam change the 3-D model to a YouTube video about the world's smallest watch by Watchfinder & Co

"How does this help?" Jasper groan.

"Shh!" They told him. They watch the video of how it made. It was more of a video documentary of how it was done. Once the first part of video is over, Mei have a big grin on her face.

"Paper! I need paper!"

"I'll get the measurements!" Hime skip to her bag.

"Hold on you two!" Ito stop them. "We have to be think this through of a plan. "

"But!" The girls were about to argue with him. However, (Mie's teacher) came in.

"Okay guys, times up."

"What?!" Hime and Mei start to complain. "But it's still early!"

"Yeah! We just found a way to make the bots small!"

"You kids been here over an hour now."

"That long?" Ito look at his watch. "Huh! Time sure fly's by."

"An hour!" Yuie sound worried. "Oh no! Oh no!" She start to grab her stuff.

"What's wrong?" Jasper look at her.

"I have a cerfew! My dad is going to kill me if I'm not home on time!"

"You did told him you have club, right?" Shinso ask her.

"Um,... N-no. H-he would think it's a waste of time since it's not studies."

"Sir! I would like to escort Yuie back to her house!"

"Eh! Y-you don't h-have to!" Yuie panic.

"I won't take my chances." Hime told her with a serious tone. Yuie look at her surprised.

(Mei's teacher) sigh. He look a bit worried, "Actually. We're going to be on a lockdown."

"Huh? Problem's?" Ito raise an eyebrow.

"The teachers are having a meeting about a certain situation.In other words, no body well be leaving for the night."

Hime have a stern look. She look over at Adam who also look back at her. The warning that Giran told them. It seems the killer is getting close. But they haven't mentioned this on the news yet. It seems they don't want to create a panic. Not just yet.

"Huh? Why?" Shinso ask, curiously.

".. We'll discuss tomorrow in the school assembly."

Yuie now looks nervous by this. She got a phone call that's from her mom.

"Mom? I'll be on my way.."

"Oh good! Your still in school." She sound relieved. "I need you to stay there honey."

"Huh? Is something wrong?"

"They have our neighborhood on cerfew. Do you think you can spend the night with a Friend, ah!"

"Yuie! Where are you?" Her dad spoke.

"School."

"Why are you still there!" Her father sound demanding. Yuie lower her eyes down. She didn't seem to know what to do. She open her mouth but (Teacher) took her phone. "Hello, sir. I'm (teacher, last.) I'm a teacher in U.A. from the support class. Please understand that we're placing our students on lockdown. Nobody is allowed to leave under any circumstances."

"Let's make this clear Mr. (Teacher)! I didn't give the school my permission to let my..."

Yuie took the phone away and speak up, "one night isn't going to kill me!" She talk back.

"I don't want you stay there! Get home now!"

"I'll be fine. Besides. The school is guarded by hero's. I don't see.."

"COME HOME NOW OR.."

Yuie hangs up. She took deep breaths and smile, "I' guess I'll be spending the night here."

"That didn't sound like you'll be spending the night." Jasper told her. Mei gasp and clap her hands, "We have a sleepover!"

"A what?" Jasper and Hime tilt their head sideways and look confused.

"Sleepover!" Shinso look at them. But they still look confused.

Adam: "sleepover, noun. an occasion of spending the night away from home, or of having a guest or guests spend the night in one's home, especially as a party for children. "

"oOoOO!" They finally understand now.

"Wait! Have you two never been in a sleep over before?" Ito look at them confused. Hime try to think and look at them with a confused look.

"Andrea is always having sleep overs with a few people when she comes back from the bar. Does that count?"

"No, those are late night Ho-" Shinso and Yuie cover Mie's mouth.

"Um..... no. Th-those don't count!" Yuie turn red and felt embarrassed.

"No! I don't think I've ever been into one eaither."

"Then it's settled! We have a sleepover at Shinso's room!" Ito told them.

"Yes! Let's go to Shinso's room!" Hime sound excited.

"Wait! Hold up! When did my room became a part of this."

"Off to Shinso's room!" Mei yelled and pointed out the door.

"Why are we going to my room!? Why can't we go Hime's room?"

"Eeeh! Hime's Senpai's room?" Yuie felt red and embarrassed by it. "Um,.. I -I don't think it's appropriate to go in without her concent."

"But it's okay to go into my room?" Shinso raise an eyebrow.

Yuie felt embarrassed to answer.

"Off to Shinso's room!" Hime yelled as she grab her things.

"My room is off limits!" He yelled at her as she chase her down the hall. Everyone grab thier things and chase after them. Ito however stood behind and look at (Teacher).

"Why exactly are we having a lockdown?" He ask him.

"You'll hear it in the assembly tomorrow. Today, just have fun with your friends." He told him with a smile of reassurance. Ito narrowed his eyes but nod. He knew something is off. But he let it be and grab his things to catch up with his friends.

Somewhere by the bayou. It was at least an hour drive away. Cops where around the area, covering the ground of what they can find. The whole area is being closed to the public. A few hero's were there as well. Detective Tsukauchi cover his face with a hanker. The rot smell of body's filled the air. They have received a call by a photographer who was doing a shoot nearby, his coworkers were the ones that found the bodies. They were being taken to the station for questions. By the looks of it, the bodies have been out here for more then months. Possibly. The bodies have been skinned off. Even the head's were missing. Four bodies and four heads missing. His subordinates where searching around fro the heads.

"Enjoying the view?" He heard the british accent behind him. He look at the woman with bright blue eyes. She look a bit masculine from her shoulders and face. Her hair are in blue, white, red, and yellow cables. Almost mistaken it for dreadlocks. She wore big round red glasses. She was awfully tall for a woman. She wore a white lab coat. She have a turtle neck beige shirt and long matching beige slacks. Tsukauchi saw her a few times before in cases like these. Only when the chief ask for her. Not just from his department but other police departments have know her for her quick answers and judgement. The woman walk pass him. She kneel over the first body, a female. She look at the body to see it was decade. She open her bag. She place her hair up and place her gloves on.

"It must be serious since they sent me here." She told him. She poke at the headless body.

"There are three more, no heads as well." He told her. Trying not to look at the body.

"Male or female?"

"Male, all three of them."

"So only one female.Interesting." She gets up to walk towards the other bodies.

"interesting? How so?" He ask her as he followed her.

"Because it narrowed down that our killer is a girl." She told him as she kneel over the male body to examine. She check the neck area. She dig into her bag and pour something over the body.

"What is that?"

"Just a little substance that I made. It'll tell me if the killer used her quirk or not?"

A small steam start to sizzle. It change a dark color green. Andrea start to write in a old old beat out book.

"How are things coming along, Hmm?" Hawks appears as he lands down besides the detective.Andrea looks up and snarl. The thout of a hero being here made her feel sick of disgust. She ignore him. She wrote in her old beat out journal as she continues to examine.

"Ah, Hawks. Good to see you again." Detective Tsukauchi smile at him briefly. "I didn't know you well be part of this investigation.

"Well of course. It is our duty also to make sure that we keep people safe and to stop villains from hurting other people. And yes, it's good to see you too plus I was assigned to this as well."

"Oh great." Andrea sound sarcastic. She roll her eyes shook her head, "More reason for you to take all the credit while people do their real jobs out here." Andrea gets up. She slam her journal and sigh. She start to walk off to the other body.

"Sorry about her." Tsukauchi apologize.

"Hmm? And who was that?" Hawks ask curiously as he watches Andrea walk away.

"Dr. Williams, the chief call her in on this one. She's not much of a hero fan."

Andrea pour on the liquid substance and see the same color green on the second and third body.

"Huh. I wonder why is that?"

"Are you two old ladies going to stand there and gossip all day or are you going to do your jobs?" Andrea narrows her eyes at them. She grumble to herself, loud enough for them the hear. "Uuugh, I wish was at the bar by now."

"'Hmm. She's right, the more we do this, the easier we can find a lead. What all do have so far?" Hawks asks as he looks over at the bodies.

"three males one female. Heads been cut off clean. And parts of their skin have missing. It's possible the heads been cut off by a sword or a hatchet."

"No!" Andrea told him.

"No what?" Tsukauchi look confused at her.

"The neck wounds, take a look at the color."

"Um, I rather not." He step away from the body. Hawks looks down at the neck wound on the body.

"the wound have been burn off by a weapon with a clean cut. See how it's elongated and curved. They used a scythe. The heat must have been at least 118 to burn off the bone clean."

"Hmm. Interesting."

Andrea look at the missing skin areas, "She skin them with a gut hook knife. They're used for hunters on larger prey."

"Like a game of cat and mouse. She's the cat, their her mouses. Do you think she was toying with them before she killed them?" Hawks asks a he looks at the knife wounds.

"I don't think she gave them a chance. But it's wierd. I look at the body's and they're all eaither teens or young adults around their twenties." Andrea took her journal out to write down something.

"Kids, so a woman is going after kids."

"I told you detective. It's a girl. Not woman."

"How can you tell?"

"Studies show that most sexual active killers kill their victims base on their age. Mostly kill them base of thier type. She's not even hiding the bodies. She wanted someone to look for them."

"She wants people to pay attention to her."

"That or, she wants to show off her work. Keep the heads as trophy."

"But that doesn't explain the missing skins."

"Maybe she's collecting them. Like trophies."

Andrea narrows her eyes on the body. She try to think what it means. She gets up and wrote something else down on her journal. "Detective, I trust your men will be placing the bodies to my location. Correct?"

"Like usual. Yes."

"Good. Tell your Chief I'll be going."

"So soon? We have a case in our hands."

"And I'm a very busy woman. I have other jobs to attend to."

"Yes but.."

"But nothing. I need more time to examine these bodies and the others."

"More?"

"Yes. I received a text not long ago. Another district have found two bodies as well. So your not my only case."

"This getting out of hand."

Andrea scoff and glare at Hawks, "it's not any of your concern. Now go fly away like a good little birdie and eat a cracker or something. Some of us have real jobs to handle."

"Oh? Someone is a bit fiery today Hmm?"

Andrea roll her eyes at him, "Detective, I'll give you the results as soon as I can."

"Right. Thank you again, Dr.Williams."

Hawks look over the bayou, "Welp. I better get going too!" Hawks told him with a smile. "Got lives to save, and bad guys to stop."

"So soon?"

"Just give me the report later. I'll go through them." He said as he fly away.

It took Andrea almost another hour to get to the district where two bodies are found. She try not to think about the three boys who were looking for their friend. But now things are getting worse out here then before. Oddly enough, no one have place missing people files or anything. It made her grew more suspicious now. She heard her phone ring, it read scaley husband on it.

"Hey Spinner." She call him his villian name.

"Doc, where are you?"

"I'm doing some business out in the city. What's up?"

"We were supposed to be in a meeting with everyone, remember. They're going to start soon."

"Bullocks! Look sorry, but I have business in the city."

"What kind of business?"

Andrea stood quite but she sigh, "I want you guys to stay in groups."

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"Look, someone is beheading some kids. Not sure why. I'm looking it up. But it seems they're only after teens or adults around in their 20's. I need you guys to stay in groups in case you go out."

"Huh... O-okay."

"Spinner. I mean it." Andrea sound worried. "That goes for all of you."

"Crap! How did she know!" Twice sound surprised.

"I ain't stupid! I know you guys have me on speaker!" She told them a bit annoyed. She sigh, "Since all of you are listening, I have work to do."

"Got to choose which side your on doc." Dabi told her over the phone.

A loud bang hush everyone. Tomura's sitting in the middle of the table. He wore a black suite and black art gloves. He wore a white fur coat.his hair grew longer to his shoulder. 

"How long well you be doing this side of job?" He ask her calmly.

"Not sure. But I meant what I said. You guys should watch your back." She told them. "Nobody should go alone."

"Very well." Tomura agreed. "Continued what you must." He told her.

"Okay, be safe guys." Andrea sound worry. She hang up the phone. She was close to the district up ahead.

"Your too soft on her." Dabi look at Tomura with a small glare.

"The Doctor have to keep up her appearance. Thanks to Giran, everyone from the black markets knows of her. But thanks to the Doctor's quirk, she make herself valuable for the law enforcements. And that gives us the information that we need." Tomura explains to him. "But enough of this. How are the nomus?" Tomura look at the short Doctor. He have a bushy moustache.

Andrea walk up to the bodies and saw they were beheaded as well. But none of their skin were missing

One is a mutation quirk with scale skin. The other one is clear but cover with freckles. She check the neck area to see how it's been cut off with something sharp and hot. Andrea pour on her chemical liquid to see it smoke green. Andrea wrote in her journal. The green means that this murder used their quirk. Andrea tap her pen on her journal. What could this mean? All young people, four people missing their skins. Two only missing heads like the rest.

"Trying to figure out the case?"

Andrea look up in surprise to see Hawks hover over her. She slams her book shut and narrow her eyes at him.

"Bloody hell! Don't sneak up on people like that!" She yelled at him.

"So, is it the same killer?"

"Yes." Andrea told him. "Only this time, she didn't take their skin."

"Are you sure it's a girl? It could be a guy." Hawks told her.

"It's a girl." Andrea look at the ground. There are no other footprints around to prove it. She look at the bodies carefully

She saw something on the back. She picks up the body and lay it flat on its stomach.

"Christ!" Hawks look at it. Andrea shiver in surprise to see the carve words on their back.

Ugly. Disgusting. Hideous. Die.

They were carve in over and over again. Andrea look at the wound and sigh, "They were alive when she carve it in in."

"How do you know?"

"Look at their hands. They dig their nails in to their skin." Andrea place their hands down respectfully. "They must have scream for hours."

"Still haven't answer my question about knowing it's a girl!"

"All males, one girl. I'm sure the girl is just her curiosity. Or, an order."

"You think someone ask her to do it?"

"I wouldn't be surprised." Andrea told him. She look at journal to connect the dots. "Hmm, a fire quirk user. She's must be small judging the way she cut their heads. Both skin and heads are taken. But not these two."

"Fire quirk? How do you know?"

"Quirks leave off a chemical compound. I used this to identify the compound." She hold the liquid in a jar.

"So we're dealing with a fire quirk and you think it's a female." He hold his chin to think. Andrea felt her phone ring in her pocket. She looks at it to see pictures that Adam took. Pictures of Hime and two girls laughing between her. Andrea smile a little at it. Hawks leans over to her.

"Cute girl, who is she?" Andrea shuts her phone off and glare at him.

"That's none of your business!" She said.

"I'm just making some friendly conversation." Hawks told her.

"Hmp." She turn away from him. She walk off to talk to the officers. Hawks look at her with a bit suspicious. He knew the league have a doctor base on the report of their double spy, they haven't given much info of the doctor since they never met them.

Meanwhile, Out in the distance in Tokyo Tower. A tall skinny man with long black hair look over the city. Behind him was a girl who have different skin patch, stitch to her. They all have different skin tone on her. Her left eye is red while the other is almost ghostly white with a hint of silver. She have small horns on her forehead. Her tail is in a shape of a devil's tail but thier is a long spine bone sticking out. She smile widely from ear to ear. Her stitches were bleeding from smiling.

"I see you've been busy, 16." He look at her. She carried a heavy looking scythe. It's twice of her height.

"Heheh, I'm only doing what father have instructed me to do."

"But did you have to skinned them. They can track you." 

"I couldn't help it! They all just have beautiful skin. I wanted to be beautiful too!"

The skinny man sigh at her and look out. He narrow his eyes at the city.

"Hehe. Isn't it just wonderful! All their gorgeous skin out there, waiting for me to carve them up!" 16 giggles.

"hmp, your a complete lunatic. But whatever, did you send father the samples?" 36 look at her.

"Of course! Wouldn't he be so proud!" She says as she twirls her scythe a bit.36 grumble till the see the message Bird. A large crow bird with metal like feathers flew towards them. It's long neck look snake like. It lands on 36's arm. It hiss at them but looks around. He grab the letter  that's tied  around it's leg. He red the letter once the wierd mutant crow land on 16's shoulder.

"Looks like father wants more samples."

"Oh?! He wants more! More fun for me then!" She says as she pets the bird.

"Yes. But we have those pesty humans on your tail." He grin a little, "looks like I'll be having some fun as well."

16 begins to giggle erratically, "Oh this is going to be so fun! Whose next!"

"Father wants you to check our new friends. You know, the one with  the metal arm. And the one eye, the one with that ugly scar. What was his name again?"

"Oh! Ryunosuke! Hehe, he should be up by now!" 16 giggles again.

"yes. He wants to see if he's keeping his end of the bargain with supplies that we need."

"Hehe. He and Toranosuke are pretty much doing so! Hehe."

"just make sure they deliver them on time." 36 said coldly. "Until then, I'm going to go play." 36 vanished in the night.

"Hehe. Have fun! Hehe, now it's my turn too have fun!" 16 giggled as she looks at her scythe with glee.

36 body is a shape of a black bat. He flew over to see the scene of where 16 place the bodies. He fly over the police and a few hero's that are there. He watch them place the bodies in black bags. He saw a man with red wings talk to a woman with colourful dread locks. He flew down to hear more.

"I'm going to investigate their bodies a bit more. See what I can find." Andrea told him.

"Cool, cool, so do we meet up or do we..." Hawks smirks at her. Andrea roll her eyes and glare at him.

"Look chicken wing, your cute but that's not going to get you anywhere with me. I don't like you nor the blues. Got that. If you hear from me, it's because of my terms. Not the other way around sweetheart. Got that! Now I got to skedaddle out of here. Beeeeye!" She left him. 36 follows her in her van. He sneaks inside and hid in the back. He could destroy the evidence but he have a better way of handling the situation.
