The Nature's Murder

He started stuttering. "You.....?" Kett asked him, looking at him with a kind face. "I am the one who killed her." He sighed. "I killed a person."

"Nevermind. I killed two." Kett said, smiling. "You did what?" He asked, disbelievingly. "I killed Dr. Linda Jefferson and a waiter boy in a restaurant back in my home town. "See." She said, pointing at their pictures. "But why did you?" Sage asked. "Well, that's what I don't exactly know. Why did you?" She asked. "Same case with me." They both shared an innocent glance. "Hey! so you skipped that part when you were telling me your story?" He suddenly asked, looking excited. Kett nodded, smiling. Ofcourse she did. She didn't dare to let him know about the murders she had done. What kind of a first impression would that be? "Why?" He asked. "Why didn't you?" She replied back, not with an answer but a question. He smiled. "Alright. I got it."

"So, what happened?" Kett asked, curiously. "Well, that girl was from the same school as mine. She was the girlfriend of one of my friends. I didn't know her. But one-day after the recess I was going back to the classroom when I saw her. She was near the pond which was her favorite place as my friend had once told me. I went near her and rested my hand on her shoulder. There was no one else to be seen. Suddenly, the nature started speaking to me again." Sage described the incident. "What was it this time?" Kett asked. Sage gave her that look he had always given her when she interrupted in his story. Kett immediately looked away and escaped from his cold gaze. He started to imitate that woman's voice again.

"Sage Brooklyn, I...., The Mother Nature, hereby Grant you the power to defend yourself and your kingdom from the defile's silhouette. Unroll the superior powers you possess."

"With that, I started to glow. Green colour flames started approaching from my body and my body felt icy cold while a green plant made it's way straight out of my heart and wrapped my whole body up. Green colour flames flowed out of my palms along with some tiny shining leaves as I pointed my palms towards the girl. She looked surprised and shocked. But then her lips started to get black and dark flames were approaching from her body. She was halfway through her transformation when I moved my hands around and aimed the plants which were around, towards her. She used her dark powers against them. But they weren't that use as she hadn't completely transformed. It wrapped her up while she struggled. She screamed. She coughed as it wrapped around her neck and made it hard for her to breathe. The plants raised her off the floor, gripping on to her firmly and dumbed her in to the pond, holding on to her, making sure she can't escape. I heard a few more screams before all went silent and she rested on the bottom of the pond, peacefully." He ended his story with a sigh and turned to look straight into Kett's wide eyes filled with curiosity.
