Crucio

Hermione woke up happy in her bed the next morning. Something she hadn't done for a while. It felt like nothing could go wrong. She didn't want to admit it, but she had very strong feelings for Draco.

Okay she admit it, but only to herself. She took a quick shower, got dressed and went down with Ginny for breakfast. Ginny nudged her with her elbow. " So...? How was it?" She whispered.

" Great. No, perfect!'' Hermione tried to whisper but she couldn't hold it back. She started to jump up and down infront of Ginny. " We had a perfect dinner, and talked and then we walked to the lake and then we....kissed"

Ginny squealed like a little girl with Hermione and started to jump with her. " Oh my god, oh my god!" Then Dean shouted " Hey! Would you guys mind fangirl somewhere else?" Then Seamus got there. " Yeah, some of us is still tryin to wake up here"

" Sorry" Hermione said quietly.

The day moved on very quick this day and Hermione didn't complain about that. Hermione sat in the library with Luna studying. " Thanks for helping me out Hermione with my essay" Luna said with her dreamy voice.

" Anytime Luna" Hermione smiled and nodded. " You're very happy today" Luna smiled. Hermione blushed slightly and tried to focus on her homework. " Maybe"

" Hey Luna!" Ron appeared behind some bookshelfs. " Neville's looking for you. He's in the great hall. He needed to talk to you" Luna hesitated at first but walked away. Hermione packed her books and put them in her schoolbag, ready to leave.

She walked out in the corridor as fast as she could, but Ron grabbed her and and opened a door. He threw her in and locked. They were now in a broom cupboard.

" You're in a hurry, love?'' " Yeah I'm goin to Ginny. We can talk later" Ron grabbed her wrist and got closer to her face. " I didn't come here to talk" He took a good hold of her waist and lifted her up and kissed her roughly.

" Stop! Stop it Ron. I told you I'm not ready for that yet!" " But I am" he whispered harshly.

" You're foul bloody git! Draco!" Ron stopped immediately and stared at her. Then anger took all control over him. He dropped her onto the floor and took out his wand.

Hermione's eyes went wide and she regretted that she screamed his name. " Did you too have a great date last night?" Ron said coldly. Hermione stared at him and couldn't open her mouth to say a word. " That's right Mione. I know."

" B-but how....? '' " When Ginny said she asked Harry for his cloak I understood that something was goin on. And I got a feeling that you would use it'' He pointed the wand at her now.

" And then I took the Marauder's map abd found you guys outside by the lake" Hermione was scared to death now, she was reaching for her wand in her bag but Ron kicked it away.

" I thought you were better than that" Ron said shaking his head. " CRUICO!!" The pain floated through her body and she couldn't think right.

" S-stop..." She tried to talk to him, but Ron just stood there. " Cruico" He said cold. She twisted onto the floor and screamed. All she could see was Draco... His eyes watching her. His hand holding her. His lips kissing her.

" Please...Ron...make it stop..." He still didn't lift the curse of off her. He just stood there, watching her in pain. And didn't do a thing, but making it worse. She was starting seeing black spots in her eyes.

And everything went black.
