I’ve always avoided HP fanfics because I didn’t really believe in the potential in them but wow this is amazing. The quality of fanfics are pretty bad (especially HP ones) and because of this it makes a gem like this one shine like a star. First- you made a cohesive story that is super reliant on readers having heavy knowledge of the plot and timeskips(so far). Second- your story is like another layer added to the original series making it your own story instead of just rewriting the original plot with a twist. Third- your grammar isn’t cancer and to my disappointment cancerous grammar is so rampant that I’m commending you for not having it. Fourth- although you made the MCs sidekick seem like he’s 16-17 (you made all the students seem like they’re 13-14 and since you’re tryna make him sound like a mature genius it’s to be expected.) the story still seems like it’s about kids and their immaturity is still evident (although Rons a dick) Fifth- the character are pretty close to the OG character we all know and love so gotta give you props for that. Anyway although tbh if I was an actual critic I wouldn’t give this a 5 star but, it was a very enjoyable read and you’re supposed to turn your brain off when reading fanfics and not over analyze every little detail. Plus in a genre full of mediocrity a gem like this get more recognition(probably would if it wasn’t a HP fanfic). Last thing those morons who are asking why the MC is cultivating just ignore them they’re idiots
Mc from earth trans/reincarnate to HP world to draco, and boom, he become peak genius potion maker. The reason? He create several potion recipe that make ALL old wizard and witch shame, because his recipe more effecien. Authur use +-90% plot from hp world, so for fans of hp its GOOD. But if you dont watch HP movie, my suggestion is don't read this novel first, but watch the movie, because you will not understand the plot. Authur already confirm he will just use knowlegde from original HP world. This novel more focus on Drama side same as original HP. I like mc character, like trash count mc that tled by **********. But because this is fanfic all character is the same, except ron weasluy 😂 World building also same from original hp, thats why i suggested you watch HP. The story focus is on drama. There is also a cheat, but not your cliche system, his goldfinger is his own blood that make potion effect permanent, but there is a flaw that is his potion recipe must not dilute a blood. Last is that make this novel good? Because HAREM! I too like harem. But after reading too many harem novel.....
Wonderfully written. Draco is nicely reimagined. He has his own ambitions, and doesn't use too much of his knowledge in order to influence the plot. The characters are not changed much at all, and stay true to their original character design. The plot develops at a good pace, and unexpected events occur, which deviate from the original series but only add to the reader's interest. The author updates at a regular pace, and chapters are a good length. It's not completed yet, but is a good read.
