Letter from an owl

In an old two-story building with a small 2nd-floor terrace willed with fancy old antique metal furniture, a young man is enjoying a cup of tea accompanied by some unique beings. A huge snake with wings and a horn on its forehead, two demihumans with a snake lower body and a female upper body, another one with a woman's upper body half and a sea snake lower body, two mermaids, and a huge beast with a human face but a lion's body.

[as we discussed you will all be living in my inner world and staying there for a couple of months so please bear with me.] the young man said but the sound coming from his mouth sounded like a hissing gnarly voice if others can hear it.

With a wave of his hand, all the creatures vanished insight. A Long sigh can be heard followed by the young man's head shaking.

"What a crazy bunch." Finally, a normal language is spoken by the young man.

Going back inside the house, a scene stopped him from totally entering the premises.

"Hoot! Hoot!" Sounded by a grey owl.

Looking at where the sound came from an envelop landed squarely in his chest, catching it with his hands on instinct. The owl then landed on a chair's backrest, seems like waiting for something.

Small meat came from nowhere appeared in the young man's hand and he threw it towards the direction of the owl, as the owl gladly catches the treat with glee. The young man gave his attention back to the letter envelope.

To Mr. Meshac Ophias.

Was written in the back. The front was sealed with red wax with some kind of image indicating an emblem of some sort. He break the seal and took out the letter, and started to read it.

Mr. Ophias,

I am glad to inform you that the task you have given me was a success. In addition, I am confidently saying that it will reach your expectation, for the finished product shows great results in the initial testing. You can come anytime this week. If you want to reply, the owl will be waiting for a letter to send back to me.

Gregorovitch,

This was what is in the letter. After reading a small smile was formed in his mouth. He entered the house once again.

"Hoot. Hoot!". Another hoot of the owl. The boy once again looks back at the owl. It's still munching at the meat given to it previously. Another letter is heading towards him. He catches it once again. A different owl was present this time a brown with some black spots landed on the adjacent chair's backrest. Again a slice of sliced meat was thrown to it given by the young man.

The letter was more luxurious than the previous one with a wax seal that has a logo that looks like a shield with four animals on it. A snake, a lion, a badger, and an eagle.

He opened the letter and read its contents.

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

Headmaster: Albus Dumbledore (Order of Merlin, First Class, Grand Sorc., Chf. Warlock, Supreme Mugwump, International Confed. of Wizards)

Dear Meshac Evans Ophias,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on September 1. We await your owl by no later than July 31.

And so it came.

Meshac goes into the house to make a reply to both letters. He wrote that he will be going today, later in the noon to Gregorovitch. And another reply to the school that he will attend the prestigious school of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Then he put the letters in a separate envelope wrote the recipient and gave it to the corresponding owl that will deliver the reply. The owls held the letter with their beak and flew away in a separate direction.

"Gazlowe!" I said calling my inherited house-elf from Hogwarts.

A thunderous cracking sound came and the elf appears. "At your service master. What can I do for you?"

"I would like you to inform me if Dumbledore and McGonagall are both out on Hogwarts. They would be busy right now for preparing the start of the school year."

"Yes, master!" As Gazlowe disappeared once more.

I do need to visit Hogwarts and get something. This is the perfect time to do so while there are busy. Now I just go shopping with Idun. I pulled a communication crystal out of my mini world and contacted Idun who is on a task that I gave to him previously.

"Idun come back here for a moment and escort me to buy a few things for my school. And also we will visit Mr. Gregorovitch later at noon." I said after Idun answered my call.

"Yes, young master right away," Idun responded.

He appears by my side and we start to go outside Diagon Alley to buy my needed school supplies.
