I, like many others, dropped it at chapter 30, here's why: First of all, chapter 30 was bad enough that the author decided to rewrite it. However, I wouldn't call it an improvement since it introduced some inconsistencies. You'll know what I mean when/if you get there and read the comments. Clearly, the author wanted that chapter to be completely different but gave in to the complaints. Now, the contents of that chapter do not bother me, since I have read, far far worse (trust me). What bothers me is the clichΓ© justification of what happened. It's something you see a lot in stories that are geared towards a certain audience. It does not work in those stories and it certainly does not work in this one, which doesn't even aim for the same audience. The author shifts the responsibility from one party to another as a sort of plot twist, but this is misguided. Actions have consequences and things like infidelity have devastating consequences, more often than not. The same thing happens in a different novel and the cheated party commits suicide (just illustrating the aforementioned devastating consequences). Aside from that, I had many minor complaints such as the clichΓ© back and forth typical of cultivation novels, the long info-dumps and the boring crafting chapters (at some point he spends around 6 chapters crafting weapons and potions), plus, the outright massive rewards the main character gets throughout the novel, but that was not enough for me to drop it. However, that's different when the main conflict of the story gets "resolved" in such an unsatisfying and misguided way. What I did like were some comedic bits such as the main character's narcissism, how he roasts the monsters, the way his relationship with his generals changed from one timeline to another and how they end up joining the monster roast sessions. That was pretty funny, but unfortunately, not enough to keep me going. The author says it gets better but I highly doubt that, considering my major gripe with how the conflict was resolved. Still, I wish the author good luck with this and the next projects and that he continues to improve his skills.

Best novels I have read in a while. 1. this novel is about the MC who is reincarted and uses his knowledge in game, to create a power base for himself in real as well as virtual world. the Game becomes very well played in the future with nearly everybody in the world playing it. 2. the mc is likeable. He is strong, basically a villian but is very protective of those who he loves, he is narcissist and funny. 3. the female lead is also likeable. she is strong, beautiful and is obsessed with the MC. 4. The romance is well done. the MC has many relationships, but he only loves the female lead. other girls are the NPCs in the game, which he considers as just digital codes. He is loyal to FM out of the game. 5. The world building in the game is well done. the game doesn't have arrogant young masters. The author knows that arrogant young masters cannot manage huge empires. the strong characters are smart. the book doesn't have 2-cent villians. 5. the mc is op and he creates a guild in the game. One AI manages the game, he sometimes nerfs the MC but he also compensates him on other things. 6. the author doesn't shy away from from *** scenes. 7. the MC is powerful, but the NPCs in the game are more powerful. it sort of creats a balance. 8. the mc is ambitious. 9. there is no NTR in the book. 10. the book deals with dark themes but humiliating stuff don't happen with the MC. 11. it does have some stuff like the MC is almighty, not as obvious as wuxia 12. the novel is funny in some places, very funny. but it's not a comedy novel. 13. novel doesn't have clinched stuff like females leaching on mc,face slapping, everyone degrading the mc, mc harassing girls. it does have op mc, every female impressed with mc(r-18). the mc is not a horndog. so, it's basically it. DAMN! it's too long will anybody read it?

A well made book. It covers a large number of different genres while being planned for a significant number of chapters. And while it’s a bit dark its done well enough that it is not the usual depressing or grim that most dark series wind up becoming

Great Story! Haven't cought up jet but it's becoming better and better. There might be some spoilers ahead so read at your own regard. Writing quality is top notch and very stable. Nothing overly fancy but it fits the story very well. Much like one might prefer a home cooked stew made by your mother over a fancy dish in a restaurant with nothing really in it. I don't know... Just rambling but I like the style. Stability of updating, well the author promises and the author delivers, as far as I know. The characters... Well as the author stated numerous times, both mc's are evil, up to a point at least. They lack moral values, but it seems like they are slowly developing their own values. I love the insane Eve by the way, she is definitely my favourite character. That leads indirectly to the story development aspect, because the author very cleverly let Eve handle the guild development side, which makes perfect sense. That way the story is able to progress logically. Some development might seem rushed, especially in the beginning, but I don't think that is necessarily bad, it just sets the stage for the story. The world background seems like a clichΓ© at first but I think there is a lot left to discover, especially with the other worlds in boundless, the 'original humans' etc. The stage is set for an awesome story! Keep up the amazing story mate! Greetz from germany Kind regards Korriberg

I think this story has great potential and I would love the time to arrive when there are even more chapters released at once, because once you start reading it, you can't stop anymore... it kind of makes addictive ;-) Give it a try, and you surely won't regret it <3 P.S.: I am trying to upgrade as fast as possible to spend even more Power stones on this story... It tells a lot about how good it is

Overall it's one of those guilt pleasure novels, super OP mc fuc*ing everyone up. The author breaks the 4th wall a lot though to clarify things the character is doing which breaks immersion and the world building could be better, also the skills when listed are super info dumpy. However I still enjoy reading it. It's not a novel where you go "wow, this is really deep and philosophical" no. It's a novel where the MC pulls out incredible techniques combined with super OP skills and easy money making methods to make everything badass. This novel is my definition of guilty pleasure.

I think that this novel is one of the best I have seen. In the earlier chapters I didn't like some parts of it as the mc seemed like he was becoming OP at an extremely fast rate. But, in the mid 50-60s it got better and as more characters were introduced, and Draco didn't seem all too OP and it was more enjoyable reading the novel. (Cough* The Ultima Stunt was OP AF, so Draco didn't seem as OP) If I had to say one thing I didn't like about this novel is that there aren't too many detailed fight scenes. Reading how Draco becoming stronger isn't a bad experience, but I personally just want more detailed action scenes. Yes, there were indeed some fighting scenes, but it wasn't all that long as I hope it would be. P.S. Yes this is an message to the author that there should be more detailed fighting scenes, though the detailed 'bed time' scenes were nice. 😏😏

So while it took a few tries the author ultimately perfected the scene that caused a lot of people to drop it, if you gave up because of chapter 30 please give this another shot. This is so much better in my opinion as not only did the author encapsulate the fact that most men feel they would rather die than see their woman with someone else, He added a bit more about the god who reincarnated him. He drove them further into the depths of insanity where any chance of them feeling bad about committing an evil act is gone as without such insanity Draco might mellow out with time and become a non-villian. From what I read the first version was horrible, the second was more acceptable, but this one was perfected. Especially if later on he is planning an irl war in the future, the Draco from before might have had some misgivings as the amount of deaths he can create and the deaths a war can create are on a different scale, but now if it means he can be with Eva lighting the world on fire is inconsequential to him.

Okay so ive read up to chapter 30[Where auther warns that most people drop this novel] Now that ive read to that chapter I understood why they dropped it. I wish i Can unread it and get the time back that i wasted on this book. Reason for this is like i get the past life is part of the β€œplot” But its just Unnecessary .Like [SPOILER ALERT] your telling me that everything that he lived and died for was all because a β€œmisunderstanding”????? Like??? This should be Considered β€œSemi-NTR” IF you want to read this book and dont mind thE β€œNTR” then go this book does have good grammer, world building, and updating stability. But if your like someone that dislikes even the faCt that a man toUches the female MC in a sTory then this book is not for you. I HAVE READ THIS BOOK SO YOU DONT HAVE TOOO! IM filled with regret that i read this so i dont want you to also feel this.

very disappointed in the author of this book basically abandoning the book for another one. was in the middle of reading It when they started another, now I am left unfulfilled and wanting more. unfortunately I will not be reading their new works untill this one gets finished. I say shame on you for starting to write a good book and then abandoning it. that is all.

Ah, brace yourself for a riveting tale of mediocrity, or as I like to call it, "Guild Wars: A Symphony of Boredom." Strap in, folks, this might be a bumpy ride through the thrilling world of Draco and his oh-so-imaginative backstory. So, our dear protagonist, Draco. A name so creatively mundane, it could be the brainchild of a 13-year-old Dungeon Master attempting to be the edgiest edge lord in a game of DnD. But let's not judge a book by its hilariously lame name, shall we? Now, Draco's gripping tale begins with the classic trope of a poor, parentless, bullied kid who miraculously rises to become the 3rd best player in a virtual online game. Guild master, cartel leader, cold-hearted extraordinaireβ€”oh, the cliche brilliance! And, of course, he meets his inevitable demise through assassination. Riveting, isn't it? But wait, why should we root for this masterpiece of character development? Draco, devoid of redeemable qualities, had a relatively cushy life in the virtual realm, no familial ties, and about as much motivation as a sloth on a Monday. Sympathy? Please. He couldn't sympathize with a rock, let alone the poor souls he encounters. Our MC is basically a stoic edge lord, the kind who throws sympathy out the window, steps on everyone's feelings, and builds a guild empire for purely selfish reasons. Who doesn't love a protagonist with a heart of stone and a mind focused solely on self-interest? Oh, and let's not forget the riveting speed run through the game that culminates in a World Title. Bravo! The whole narrative feels as rushed as a caffeine addict sprinting to the coffee machine. No emotional weight, just a plot carried along like a deflated balloon in the wind. Action sequences, you ask? Hold onto your seat because they're as lackluster as a soggy sandwich. Blink, and you might miss the lightning-fast events that somehow manage to suck out any tension faster than a vacuum in a black hole. Rare items? No struggle. Draco's apparently on a first-name basis with luck itself. Meanwhile, the average Joes in the game are left to wrestle with struggles that Draco couldn't be bothered to understand, let alone experience. And the characters, oh, the rich tapestry of blandness! They exist solely to be trampled upon by our illustrious MC, both now and in the foreseeable future. A standing ovation for character development, everyone! In conclusion, "Guild Wars" is a masterclass in plot-carrying, emotion-lacking, and character-trampling. The only shining star in this lackluster constellation? Foreshadowing. Because nothing says "quality storytelling" like predicting the disappointment that awaits.

In my opinion, the characters are a bit shallow with their design (besides main character and main female character). The two main characters are a big too wacko for me personally, but I can understand why some my like them. Overall, story is a bit dark (which it warns about I think) but it is creative. If you like an overpowered MC then this novel might be a good one for you. Appreciate the hard work author but the novel is just not for me.
