In order to get back home to take care of his sick father that is dying, he has to complete the game and find out the story behind the cataclysm, and solve the lore behind the game world. Instead, he has an ability that if he tastes the blood of anyone he’s fighting, either human or monster or any being, he ends up merging with their power, using their skills and powers, and taking half of their appearance. But once his enemy is dead, that power goes away forever.
