Job and a Up coming Job interview.

April 19 2022 ...

For the pass week after Jin wakes up to his ability, he always wakes up early in the morning for his daily quest. He divided his time for the search and after that he used his free time to earn money by doing a part time job in their area.

In the first week he tends to just jog while looking for work and with his great determination and hard work, he is finally hired by Cornello, an old man who owns a hardware store after Kaina introduces him.

Kaina is Cornello's only child and she is Jin's secret admirer after he saved her from drowning in the river, she doesn't want Jin to know that she has a crush on Jin because she is 2 years older than him and she is scared Jin might reject her.

Due to lack of money, Jin trained his weapon skills on his own by watching another swordmaster's blog on the internet.

While doing a sit-up in the park, Jin snatched his phone from his pocket and looked at the time and date.

"Yosh! Tomorrow 16:30 at the newly open family restaurant in the next city, they will conduct a job interview for a waiter. Hopefully I can pass."

After six hours of his daily quest straight, Jin just goes home to eat lunch and then he goes straight to the hardware right away to get to work.

"Oh! Jin, you're as early as ever. Now that you're here, help me put all the new products in the basement." Kim said immediately when she saw Jin come to the store.

"Roger Mr. Kim, but first let me changes in to my uniform first."

Jin went straight to the locker to change his clothes and to start work as soon as possible.

As he was carrying a box of materials for the store, he saw Mister Cornello resting in the cashier's chair with a newspaper over his face so after he put the box down, he immediately approached it.

"Uhm. Mister Cornello." Jin spoke in a polite tone so he wouldn't offend his boss who was resting peacefully.

"Yes?"

"Can I ask a favor?"

"What is this?"

"Can I leave 30 minutes early tomorrow for an interview at the newly opened restaurant nearby?"

"Why? You're not satisfied with the salary here so you have to change jobs after working here for only 5 days here, huh?"

When Jin heard his boss's answer, he scratched the back of his head and then bowed in front of his boss.

"Sorry Mister Cornello, but not like that. You know, umm, l-like th--

Even before he had finished his word Mister Cornello had already cut him off with an uncontrollable laugh.

Cornello rolled through his newspaper and then lightly slapped Jin on his head.

"Don't take my word kid, I was just messing with you. Of course you can. And if you are going to stop working here, just tell me so I can pay for what you worked for, understand?" Cornello said while showing a big smile on his face.

"Really Boss? Thanks!" Jin hugged Cornello involuntarily out of the blue.

As Jin showed his great joy and appreciation to Cornello, Kaina heard all their conversation so she went in and scolded her father for teasing Jin.

"Dad, you're joking too much. How can you annoy a cute and naive kid like him, huh ?!"

"Ah ... It's okay Kaina." Jin said while smiling at him.

Kaina gently patted his head and pulled him away from his father. "Come here Jin, stop hugging that old man."

after pulling him out, she hugged Jin and at the same time she looked at his father with a glare and spoke to him without noise. "What are you doing? Do that again and I'll give you to Ms. Nita who live nextdoor."

"What? Don't she's too old for me, okay? And he was the first to hug me not me so don't be mad at me." Cornello replied without even letting a voice out.

Kaina ball her hand and placed it close to his father's face. "Don't make any excuses or I'm really gonna send her a letter of marriage proposal."

Cornello sighed and rubbed his cheek. "Okay okay!"

"Umm ... Kaina? Can you let me go now?" Jin finally spoke as Kaina quietly hugged.

"Oh! Right hehe, I'm sorry."

"It's okay and by the way boss I'm not leaving here, I'll just use my free time to work there so I can buy dirt- I mean my things for school as soon as possible." Jin displayed a big smile on his face and then continued his works.

"Is that all Mr. Kim?!"

The two looked at each other and thought. 'Wait, I thought he was a high school dropout?'

The next day, exactly 16:00

"Mr. Cornello, I'm going."

Cornello frowned and looked at Jin with a questioning face. After a few seconds of thinking, Cornello remembered Jin's favor. "Ahh. That's right, okay, it's okay, you can leave now, though you finished all your work 10 minutes ago."

"Good luck Jin!" Kaina said as he leave the hardware store.

With his permission, Jin immediately rushed to the restaurant to pick up their interview.

After a few minutes of running towards the location, Jin arrived with sweat dripping down his body.

Before he entered the building, he first looked at all his resumes in his bag so that there would be no problem in the process if he was the one to be interviewed.

"Okay, let's see if I got all the requirements and my resume. Uhm. I guess I got it all, and for my age, it says that they will even have a child as long as they do the work perfectly."

Inside, many people lined up as they sat down so he sat down with the others waiting to be interviewed.

As he sat quietly behind the line, the atmosphere inside suddenly changed, they all felt cold.

"Am I the only one getting cold right now?" A bearded man asked the man sitting next to him.

"You too? I'm getting cold too." Answer of a teenager.

And after a few seconds a woman with skin as white as snow, long white hair and beautiful face passed infront of then and then go straight inside the interview room.

'Oh! Is she's the one who's will conduct the interview? She looks young, guess she's as old as me '

For no apparent reason, some men sitting next to him started whispering and gossiping when the lady passed in front of them, it is not really surprising if men admire a beautiful woman even if they have seen it once.

"Hey did you see that? She looks so perfect man." Said a middle-aged man next to him.

"Of course I saw that." The smiling man replied.

"Ugh dude, if I get hired here at this job, I definitely won't be taking a day off."

"You bet that, I'm will too, brother. Hehehe."

After a few minutes of waiting, the job interview began and the interviewer called the first interviewee.

It wasn't long after the first person entered and the argument started with the interviewer and interviewee.

"What the f*ck !! How can you call yourself an interviewer. You didn't even ask me a question then you suddenly rejected me!" The first interviewee said angrily to the interviewer.

The interviewer looked at him with a straight face and spoke. "So? How can you question my decision? I can easily tell that you're not qualified to work here with that kind of attitude, so get out of here." The interviewer replied in a straight tone not concerned with his decision.

After hearing the girl's answer, the first interviewee left the room staring at the floor as he was utterly defeated in their arguement.

"Next!"

Seeing the first interviewee leave, Jin and the people waiting their turn started to sweat when they noticed how the interviewer was.

'What? He didn't even stay that long inside. ' Jin thought as he swallowed the saliva.
