Explanation And Making Up Shit

Ian followed after Superman, his mind already freaking out. If he played it right, then he might become Superman's friend. But, one small mistake and Superman is going to see him as a threat each and everytime. So, his mind was already thinking of what to say when they meet Jor-El.

"We're here," Superman said as a fortress made of crystalized ice came into view. It was as huge as it was majestic, making Ian stare at it a little bit too long.

"A data fortress!" Ian said in amazement. "Haven't seen these supercomputers in a while." Superman nodded as he landed in front of the front door. Funny enough, there was a welcome mat in front of the door. Superman lifted the mat and there was a golden coloured inside a small key shaped hole.

"You leave the fortress's key under a mat?" Ian asked the man of steel, incredulously.

"It weighs a hundred thousand tonnes, no normal human can lift it. Besides, any one not me will be frozen to death due to the temperature and storms around here," Superman said carefreely as he took the key and opened his fortress.

'A little naïve but a run in with metahumans will fix that. Till yesterday, he has believed he was the strongest being on Earth so I guess I will not take this from him. Wish Metallo would come to him faster,' Ian thought as they walked inside.

"Kal El, I sense you're injured," a Kryptonian service bot floated their way before stopping when it saw Ian. "Intruder alert! Defense mode activated."

The bot suddenly had a red glow before it's hands changed into plasma canons while lase canons grew out of its back, aimed right at him. The bot did not hesitate to go for the kill, shooting right at his head and chest, amazing Ian at how efficient it was. But, h dodged the blasts easily before speeding to the bot and ripping it apart with his bare hands.

"Pretty sneaky of you, self proclaimed Kryptonian. How did you communicate with it to call you with the house of El name, telepathy, technopathy?" Ian asked, throwing the pieces away, Superman who was watching this wide eyed.

"Y...You tore him apart! How are you this strong? That was Kryptonian metal alloy..."

"Doesn't mean it is indestructible. That was your last straw," Ian said as a blue ki blade manifested on his left arm. He lifted it, ready to cut Superman when Jor-El appeared in front of him, arms spread above him in an effort to stop him.

"Please, wait. I don't know what happened but I assure you we can come to an agreement that does not involve you killing my son," Jor-El said with urgency.

'Just as I thought, he can appear anywhere on the ship. Time to sell the act,' Ian thought before the blade disappeared.

"You really are Jor-El. One of the greatest minds in Krypton, or rather was. You are just a hologram of his consciousness," Ian said as he walked around him. "This is pretty well done, the consciousness thinks it's Jor-El yet knows it is not the real Jor-El. Any body else would have made a consciousness that has identity crisis due to this situation." He then turned to Superman.

"You get to live another day, Kryptonian," he told him with a small smile. He turned to Jor-El. "What happened to Brainiac. Did he escape Krypton's demise or did he perish with the planet."

"You know Brainiac?" Jor-El was very much shocked by this.

"Who is Brainiac?" Superman asked.

"An AI hellbent on collecting knowledge all over the universe. It's obsession so deep it usually just abducts a major city, shrink it into a container then observe its inhabitants while recording its findings. Dangerous foe to have," Ian answered.

"How do you know all of this?" Jor-El asked.

"I was one of the few beings to have actually defeated it. Would have destroyed it if not for an abstract entity freezing me in time. Apparently Brainiac is a necessary evil. Wiped his memories of our encounter too. Since then, I have been trailing after him, seeking my chance to finally get the opportunity to destroy him once and for all,"

"Why? Why go to all that length?" Jor-El asked.

"You can hear from my voice that there is two distinctive pitches. That is because I am a product of two warriors fused together. There is Vegita and Goku, greatest warriors in their galaxy. Power so great their fights destroyed planets as collateral. But, Brainiac got wind of their power and he came prepared to capture them and study them. The two warriors fought valiantly but we're ultimately defeated. But, at their final breath, they came together for the fusion through a fusion dance, a forbidden ritual past down for ages.

"One small mistake and they would end up mashed together to make an abomination but they desparation and luck made them succeed, at the cost of their consciousness. Here I am, a fusion of the two warriors," Ian explained. Superman was taken aback at the explanation which sounded like something out of an anime plot.

"Why are you here on Earth?" Superman asked when he finally got his tongue.

"Well, Brainiac heard there was a last stronghold in this planet and he wants to access the Phantom Zone,"

"Phantom Zone? Why would he want that?" Jor-El asked in a panicked way.

"So it really was him, huh? Guess the rumor was right. Since there is no more Kryptonians in this plane, he must want the ones in the Phantom Zone and I guess I really did come to this planet right on time, huh," Ian said with a bright smile. "Maybe this is where I finally kill the slippery bastitch, a lonely, long forgotten planet nobody puts their eyes on."
