Forgot to add this in the Author note of the last chapter because I was drowsy on meds but GOTO volume 1 has come to an end. I don't know if you guys are able to see in the book's info regarding volumes but yea, the first hurdle has been crossed.
In case you haven't seen the volume descriptions, the purpose of Volume 1 was to act as a prequel, showing Arias's quick rise to power and the formation of Leviathan. It was incredibly Arias focused, a bit too much at times but I'm still learning how to properly scatter character focus.
This brings us to volume 2, whose focus isn't simply Arias but this world he is in, in this volume you will see a great focus on other characters, their goals, struggles and relationships towards Arias, as well as the roles they take in his schemes, be it good or bad.
There will be a lot of interactions among side characters and some great action for some characters but not all.
Overall I can't complain too much about the first volume, as always they are parts I know I could have done better but but that's just how I always feel, it's the whole reason this reboot exists. Thankfully I'm satisfied with the volume and plot so far, and I'm looking forward to expanding upon it.
Here's hoping I manage to execute this challenge I've given myself.
Volume 2 starts tomorrow don't worry. As for you P@tron readers, it's already out.
Also I know you've been stingy with stones just cause I'm sick, don't blame me if the volume delays by a day or two…. I joke or maybe not. We'll see.
