Karl looked at the sky in wonder. There a bright blood moon shone brightly illumating the sky. The area was silent. He looked in a distance and saw a magnificent castle which was imposing. Kina who was behind him also followed his gaze. "It's beautiful isn't it." She said quietly.

"Indeed it is. I guess Vampires are not focused on technology as humans do." Karl said. Vampires lived a very for a very long period of time so things such as technology were just a wastage of time. Lia's Castle was far away from the Royal Palace. It was obvious that she wanted a separate life.

Kina looked at the silver haired youngman silently. She was over 1000 years however young she looked. She knew very well that Lia was the Queen's favourite. If it wasn't that she herself wouldn't be here. Lia was currently called by the Queen in the Palace.

Karl looked around as he enjoyed the scenery. Everything was natural as the Vampires never destroyed nature. He looked at a far distance and spotted a town. People were busy with their duties. Children were playing around. He closed his eyes and felt the dense cosmic energy. It would be a shame if he left this world minus absorbing this energy.

"Kina is there a cave nearby. I need to try out something." Karl said. His instincts were screaming at him to immediately cultivate.

"There are many of them around. It depends on which one you desire." The maid said neutrally.

"The quiet one." He answered quickly. He turned around only to see her closing in to him. She touched his shoulders. In a blink of an eye they appeared in a small cave. It was illuminated by fire torches.

He walked towards a raised platform. He used his divine sense around the area but it appeared safe. He turned towards Kina who stood there looking at him. "Am really grateful for your help. You are free to do what you want. I will take some time in this cave. You can return in a dew hours."

Though surprised Kina didn't show it on face. Since the beginning she had been alert to sense any alternatives but it seemed he was a carefree type. If only some Vampire nobles minded their own business like him it would have been better.

She silently elected a barrier around the cave and disappeared. Karl was really shocked by the woman's poweress. She was in her own league. He couldn't react to her speed.

Kina appeared back at the Princess' Castle. She looked at the cave where Karl was and sighed. Her thoughts unknown. A black haired woman materialised beside her.

"What do you think about him. I don't think he is a normal human." Mia said. She was also looking at the cave. These ladies were both extremely experienced in various matters that Lia trusted them as sisters in this unfair world.

"Calling him human seems to be an insult to his race. You won't believe when I say given how long I have lived his race is a mystery to me. He appears completely human but we full well know they harbour deep hatred for us. The rumours about us in the mortal world really sucks but I don't blame them for that. Our ancestors were very greedy then." Kina turned her crimson eyes towards the castle and smiled. Mia was quite stunned to see this.

Given how long they have been together, her dear friend showed a guinine smile. "Is there anything you have discovered so far." Mia asked as her curiosity equipped. For her to smile, there seemed to be something amusing. And indeed there was.

"You know when I entered the room where they sparred, except being drained, all his injuries had already regenerated. Not only that but there was no trace of his blood anywhere. The cuts on the clothes appeared to be deep which shows that they were really taking it serious. Am sure even Lia noticed this insane regeneration which rivals us." Kina didn't continue. Her focus was mainly at the cave all the time. She was tasked to assist Karl. Time passed as he continued cultivating the rich cosmic energy.

What he didn't know was that there was a private meeting between the Queen and her daughter. The Queen had similar features like Lia though her body was more developed with a mature charm. She had red hair crimson eyes a very beautiful face that made most supernatural creatures drool in admiration. Her body was sexy with wide curves and a pale skin as white as snow.

Seated on her bed she looked at her daughter who she beckoned to come closer. Lia stepped forward towards the Queen sized bed. She knew whatever her mother wanted to talk about was about the human she brought to the Vampire world.

Naturally as the Queen she had to know that, but as a mother.....
