"So, Mr. Fisk, how was the deal?" Kaiser gave a magic contract to Fisk, who was in tatters.

"Good" After seeing the ramming of his wife and being under Kaiser's hypnotic nightmare spell, Fisk was reduced to a mindless automaton.

"Just do it!" Fisk signed the document without reading the paper.

An ordinary Magician contract is what Kaiser offered him. However, Kaiser transformed the Magician contract into a slave pact, giving him authority over Fisk's mind, body, and spirit.

Kaiser's grin extended to his eyes, and he said, "I think it's a start of a fruitful relationship~"

"So, how were things going with your business?" questioned Jane, snuggling in Kaiser's arms.

Kaiser had been working hard all week and was looking forward to spending time with his girlfriend. Sitting down on a Central Park bench for their little date.

"I discovered a company that is bankrupt and have already prepared my attorney for a transaction," Kaiser replied, rubbing her hands tenderly. "Now hunting for a home."

"Where do you intend to make the house purchase?" Being concerned that her boyfriend would be far away, Jane questioned.

"How about you join me?"

Seeing that Jane was perplexed, he said, "I already picked the home. It's in a remote location. Near, yet deep in the jungle. I need you to be here for the last round of signing."

Jane beamed shyly; her young imagination was already seeing her and Kaiser getting married and searching for a place to settle down. Unfortunately, Kaiser's chop to the head dispelled her fantasies, and she resorted to pouting.

"If you pout like that... I... can't... help but... kiss you~" Kaiser seized the opportunity and passionately kissed her soft lips.

After a passionate kiss, Jane carefully drew Kaiser away, breathing rapidly, her cheeks stained a bright scarlet, and her head was in a whirl.

If she almost came from his kiss, what would it feel like when they took it a step further?

"Stop... Haa... Teasing me Kai! p(◝～◜)q" Jane childishly complained, using the new nickname she had given to Kaiser.

"But you are just too cuteee~" Kaiser whined sweetly.

"Nya~" Esther could no longer tolerate being ignored and snapped. She demands all of the attention!

Thankfully, beautiful Esther was picked up by Jane, who showered her with love and care.

"You are so lucky to spend all the time with her~" Jane, green with envy, complained.

Her family struggles to put food on the table for all of them, much less a cat. Her family would have been forced to sell their belongings and live on the streets if she hadn't earned a substantial amount of money in scholarships and worked hard.

Kaiser grinned uneasily; he didn't spend much time with Esther since he was too preoccupied with Alchemy. No wonder the mages in the Clocktower stay cooped up for weeks.

"Here, this is like a promise ring. But I thought a ring would be too corny, so I chose a necklace." Kaiser gave her a stunning necklace. It was simple, with a gold chain and a central ruby the same color as his eyes.

"WOAH! It's stunning!" Like a certain thieving cat, Jane snatched the necklace and stared at it with wide, glistening eyes.

"Here... I-I am sorry. I can't take it." Then, realizing how pricey it could be, she tried to give it back. A necklace of such exquisite craftsmanship has never been seen before by her. She speculated that Kaiser may have spent quite a bit on it.

"I made it!" Confidently, Kaiser said. From the Alchemy book, he gleaned the knowledge necessary to create jewelry. Remarkable jewelry, that was for sure.

Kaiser then removed the necklace from her and slipped it around Jane shocked neck.

"Now please accept my present and be a nice girl. I worked hard for it." Jane lowered her gaze, and tears welled up in her eyes as she thought about how gentle Kaiser was. She vowed she wouldn't settle down unless she married this Chad of a man!

"Awww... Is the baby crying?" Kaiser kissed and cooed at her playfully.

Jane said, "Shut up," and she began striking Kaiser in the chest with her shaky arms for making a fool of her. Still, Kaiser felt a gleeful grin in her heart.

"Avoid taking it off, Jane. Promise me?"

While enjoying Kaiser's soothing pat on the head, Jane nodded her head.

"Nya!" Esther meowed with jealousy. How dare this hooman hug her man! (⇀‸↼‶)

"Hahaha," Kaiser laughed and pulled her into the hug.

"Have the chauffeur pick me up to the XXX Showroom" Kaiser has returned home and is now preparing to go car shopping.

At first, he considered taking Jane, but he realized that, given her family's financial circumstances, doing so would be embarrassing. So he made the decision to make the purchase alone.

It wasn't long until he arrived at the showroom. The car he had noticed the week before was already registered, thanks to his call to the front desk.

A 2005 Acura NSX was the car of his choice. It set the standard for car sports cars in the millennia. Plus, he may have taken Tony's favorite car, since Stark had driven this car for the majority of the MCU.

"Welcome, Mr. Gilgamesh... I am aware that you have already registered and paid for the car, but regrettably, someone else offered a greater price. No, we won't return your purchase; however, we do advise you to speak with the client over there since he paid more than five times as much for the car."

An elderly guy ran the showroom. He's not in it for the money; he enjoys the feeling of accomplishment that comes from knowing that his hard work has brought pleasure to others through building vehicles.

When Kaiser turned his head, he saw Tony Stark making out with a huge gold-digger of an employer. Hell, she seemed ready to get on her knees right then and there!

Tony, who had also seen Kaiser's approach, moved in his direction.

Tony's scowl made Kaiser quickly realize that his initial impression of him was not favorable.

"Good day, Mr. Stark." Tony didn't bother shaking Kaiser's hand when he made an introduction.

Tony had always thought of himself as the most attractive guy; after all, his father was a huge playboy, and his genes came from him. Tony's self-confidence suffered greatly after seeing Kaiser's face. Even the money digger stopped praising Tony and began curling her hair in Kaiser's direction.

Tony said bluntly, "I am prepared to pay five times the amount of the car."

He didn't enjoy how Kaiser's presence made him feel under pressure, even a little afraid. He had the impression that a natural predator was in front of him. [No Chris Hansen, you're mistaken!]

Stark didn't find Kaiser's response, "No," surprising since he thought Kaiser was a money-grubbing scrooge.

"10 times for the final offer." Tony stated coldly, "You will make more than enough in two lifetimes."

Kaiser's expression remained unchanged, but that doesn't imply he was timid. He was aware that Tony, who hadn't yet been kidnapped and hadn't yet realized how precious life is, now he is nothing more than a brilliant plaything with a planet-sized ego.

"I believe we are done here, Stark." Kaiser turns around without waiting for a response.

"2% of Stark shares!" The whole showroom was silent. Everyone gathered to see the confrontation between the well-known Tony Stark and the unnamed guy. So they were shocked to the core to learn that Tony was selling 2% of Stark shares only to prove his point.

Without even bothering to turn, Kaiser stated, "Like I said, Stark. We have finished."

"Do you even realize what you're missing, Boy? It would have disappointed your parents. Even a chance to work for me would be cherished by them!" Tony said an egotistical statement before realizing it.

All of a sudden, Tony felt overwhelming dread and his heart began to race. He was also paralyzed and immobile.

"They are no longer alive, Stark. I have no doubt that your parents are rejoicing in heaven as they gaze down on their egotistical, arrogant, and self-centered brat who has contributed nothing to the business while they enjoy the fruits of their labor."

Tony's heart was crushed at hearing Kaiser as if a bomb had just detonated. Although he had heard many negative things spoken about him, hearing it directly from Kaiser made him feel as if he had been struck by a truck.

Unfortunately for Tony, this is only the beginning, as soon he will know who will be working under who.
