The story development is really good however I think the rape and slavery contained kind of ruins the story. There wasn’t any death for a little while but then there was just loads of death. I don’t like most nobles are described to be corrupt and evil. The slavery of creatures and people in this story is very common, which is honestly disturbing. Action novels shouldn’t be focused on these aspects. But I do recommend as long as you can ignore these issues.
No words can describe this hidden gem The world is well set oyt The fighting scenes are better than most of the other stories as they are not boring or very detailed and revealed over and over The mystery in the story and the plot is amazing and unpredictable I just hope the author won't leave the story in the middle or something Don't keep us waiting beautiful author Fighting.... Yeahhh❤️❤️✨
This story is honestly a bit of a gem. Fun characters and humorous moments. If there was one major problem with this story, it would be the lack of consistency for updates. we are often left on end for days or weeks at a time, waiting for a new chapter, which is usually a single update before the author disappears again. However, if you are willing to be patient, then the writing quality of the chapters more then make up for it. the reason why I can not give character development 5 stars either is because there are many times where charcters essentially disappear completely, even when they looked to be of some importance. The main character also seems to have some inconsistency of mana control. He often runs out well before other charcters, even if they are at the same or similar level as him. Whether this is for tention in the story, or just a lack on inconsistency on the authors part, I don't know. What I can say though, is if you look past those two things, over all the character development is honestly pretty good. We get to see the main character grow and change through out the story, as well as a few other characters. As for story development, I cant give that a full five stars either, because similar to the character disappearing situation, we also get some pottentially important plot elements that also seem to disappear completely, with the characters not even mentioning them after the fact, even when it appeared that for a few chapters atleast it was going to be an important element to the story. however, again, this is a relatively minor problem, because the rest of the plot and story development is almost spot on if you ignore those minor inconsistencies.
This is honestly one of my favorite novels, it lets you connect with Grey (the main character) to the point that you actually care what happens next, and (at least I feel this way) it doesn’t feel like I’m reading it to waste time, I’m reading it because I want to. +100 points for not being a harem based trash novel. 🥳
I hope this constructive criticism will gain this story more visibility to people who are hesitating to read this. The beginning was pretty bad, but it does get better, especially the dialogue between the MC and Characters, they'll feel more believable. You'll come to realize it becomes a good webnovel to binge read. I've even become somewhat addicted to it. --Biggest Flaws. I've almost dropped this novel plenty of times at first but since it's easy to read, I just continued it. The flaws of this story is evident. It's highly rush, months or years have passed with not much happening, at times i did not even know what the heck is going on. The MC age is a huge inconsistency in this story, it would had been better to take more advantage of his shota comical situation and make his classmates the same age as him. Characters come and go before we feel anything for them. The MC has internal struggles with his humanity, but it doesn't really make sense to me since most of the time humanity been antagonistic towards him and even those trying to befriend him, he just distances himself from humanity(Even if you tell me he was raised as a human that he feels conflicted) Raised as a human, when he only lived 5 short years then started fighting? Lol. Come to think of it, It's been mostly non-humans that have been a huge help to him instead There's more i want to say but I'll end this shortly. As for the Romance, idk if it's good or not, hardly anything solid to confirm anything. But i think it'll play a role on whether readers will keep going on or not My review will change in the future. Honestly I think it'd be a crazier good novel, if it was edited, revised and rewritten. I strongly recommend Sovereign of Death, for some reason they seem very similar to me
