10. Sparring mission

I looked to see who I was sparring with and it was the same girl that Audrey and I got into a fight with last night. 

'Examine'

I looked at Emma and went to the stage. God knows what's going to happen to me now. She got to the stage and then Mr Alex said "Take your stance!"

"Now this is interesting" I said to myself and Emma unsheathed her two Sais.

[close combat weapon. A cross between a trident and a dagger. The sai is used for stabbing and striking]

So I raised my Halberd in my right hand

The system said Emma was level 4 but her wrist watch said she was level 5 'Does that mean the system has a different grading system?'. 

The machines that tested everyone on the first day measured the level of abilities and measured the strength and agility of everyone. It used the level strength and agility to grade those of us without abilities. 

I think the machine didn't grade strength and agility for those with abilities.

I won against her last time only because Audrey was fast enough to use her ability on her, and I don't know if she's more skilled than me. 

"Fight" Mr Alex said loudly and Emma charge towards me with her dual sais pointing directly at me. 

She slashed both blades in front of me I doged the blades before they hit, then I swung my halberd in front of her, but she dodged and stopped it from hitting her

I swung it at her again but this time in full speed, she tried to dodge it again but I was faster this time so it left a slash on her arm..

She got angry and charged at me with more speed. She slashed her blade at me a couple of times but I dodged most of them and she only managed to hit me three times, cutting my me on my right arm arm twice and on my left face cheek. I also managed to hit her a few times.

She striked a few other times and was getting really tired so I took advantage and used my halberd to hit her again but it slashed her on her leg, making her stumble and fall back wards.

I tried to hit her with my blade but moved out of the way really quick and tried tried to hit me with her blades again but I knocked both of them out.

Just then "I give up!" She shouted loudly before any other thing.

Emma was taking by some people to the school infirmary to get healed.

"Those were some nice skills" Mr Alex said to me "Thanks" I said "But you still need to work on your technique....

Go to the infirmary to get your wounds healed" He said "Okay sir"
