8: small date and meeting old friends

'Hey babe what are you making for dinner.' Shawn asks Layla curiously while looking at the door. 'I'm making katsudon for dinner for dinner kitten.' Layla said without looking at Shawn. 'Im going to text yui and ask when they will get back from there double date.' he told Layla while starting to message her. /hey yui when are y'all coming back and tell me if we should save some dinner for y'all.\ After a couple of minutes yui texted back.

/well be back around nine and we'll have some guests to see you when we're back./ After reading the message from yui he checked the time it was currently 6 at night so that leaves 3 hours for him to be alone with Layla just thinking about it Shawn got red. 'so when will they get here kitten. and dinners done' Layla asked interrupting Shawn's thoughts and daydream. 'oh Yea they will be back at nine o'clock.' Shawn told Layla while helping her bring it to the table. 'So if there getting back a nine and it's six o'clock that gives us three hours to hang out by ourselves.' Layla said with a little blush but a beautiful smile. *After they finished dinner and took their baths* 'So what do you want to do now that were alone in your room kitten.' Layla asked with a devious smile and a faint glint in her eyes. 'How about we watch a movie and u can pick the movie if you want.' Shawn said with a nervous smile and a lot of blush. After Shawn said that Layla jumped up and put on Friday the thirteenth and sat back down. 'Here we go this movie is perfect I brought it from my house.' Layla said happily while looking at Shawn. -Now he will have a reason to cling to me more.- Layla thought while looking at Shawn and his unsuspecting face. 'Hey Layla do u want some popcorn and candy.' Shawn asked Layla while handing her a drink. 'Sure I wouldn't mind some popcorn and Mike and Nikes please.' Layla said while looking at the box of Mike n Nikes next to Shawn. 'Coming right up my lady and is that all' Shawn said while handing her a box of Mike n Nikes with a bowl of popcorn. 'That should be all and thank you kind kitty.' Shawn let out his cat ears and tail right as Layla said that to him. As the movie started Shawn got out his lollipop stash and a big black blanket to cover the both of them from his dresser next the bed. 'Here this should keep us warm and cozy babe.' Shawn said as he was cuddling up next to Layla. 'Thanks this will really help if one of us falls asleep.' Layla said to Shawn in a thankful tone. *After about an hour of them cuddling because Shawn was terrified they both fell asleep waiting.* 'Hey guys were back from our double date with Zara and sora.' Yui and Shu shouted to the second floor after that Shawn and Layla came downstairs while Layla was carrying Shawn. 'Hey shu and yui who are those two people next to y'all.' Layla asked about the fairly man with red and black hair that made him look like he was in a gang and the very tall girl with long purple and black hair with the left side of her head shaved both in casual clothes. 'Oh Yea you haven't met them yet but first wake Shawn up please.' Shu said to Layla while Yui was quiet. 'Hey babe it's time to get up.' Layla said waking Shawn while putting him in her lap. 'Oh hey guy glad your back safely and I can see u brought the two of them.' Shawn said while yawning from not getting enough sleep. 'Well that ruined it I thought u would forget them since it's been three years or at least what they look like but yes the male with red and black hair is Zara and the woman with purple and black hair next to me is sora.' Yui said introducing sora and Zara to Layla. 'Nice to meet you Layla and good to see you again Shawn.' sora and Zara said In union with each other. 'likewise and since it's nine o'clock the trains are closed so just stay I y'all's room.' Shawn said after finishing saying hi to them shawn and Layla go back to their room to go back to sleep.
