-Tony Stark POV-

I land back down outside the headquarters and listen as loud footsteps break the concrete on the ground and breaking walls inside the building, the wall to my left blasts open and a giant Red and purple mecha appears before me with sharp shoulder pads and a cowl like head.

Obadiah talks through the mechs speaker "You want to know what this is Tony, this is project onslaugh. My very own creation" I frown as he fires a few more missiles from his wrists, I dodge the first 3 but take the 4th one straight on making me fly back and slide 8ft across the pavement.

Somehow the giant mech jumps and is about to plant its foot on my body when I fire a repulsor to my left, pushing my body out of the mechs way. Obadiah brags "I made this before you were about to be killed Tony as a last Fuck you to your genius, to show the world that the Stark name isn't needed to run the company" he swipes his hand faster than I thought he could hitting me away like a fly making me go through 3 walls before I lean back on a fountain side.

As he slowly walks towards me I ask him "were you supposed to drag a Nuclear reactor behind you to run this thing? Because I don't see how you could have done it without that" I point to the arc reactor as I tell him.

He gets close and opens his face plate as he tells me "and I thank you for it Tony, I really do, we were considering some really unsavory methods to run it before you dropped this into my lap" I ignore his talk and ask Jarvis "Is there anything showing up on scans?" Jarvis replied with an "affirmative" as the giant kicks me into the fountain.

I pop out on the other side and activate my boot thrusters to push myself off the wall and aim a punch to Onslaughts head his head whips to side before he pushes me aside with his hand and I am forced to put the thrusters through their limits to avoid going through a few more walls.

But my efforts turned out to be futile as Onslaugh just barged into me pushing me through a few more walls before slamming me onto the road, the vehicles around us stop and I try to shield myself as Obadiah gloats "You cannot make a dent to this no matter what you try Tony, just like your death wouldn't effect the world one bit" he punches the suit making the defences go down to 80%.

I ask Jarvis as he readies himself for another punch "Jarvis what is his weakness" He punches me decreasing the defences to 50% "His weakness is the arc reactor said, it appears to have been made and attached to the mech in a hurry. The reaction inside it is really unstable and can blow up if exposed" I frown as I tell Jarvis "that isn't a viable solution, we are in public" Onslaugh inches again decreasing my defences to 20%.

Jarvis explains in a hurried tone "But there is no other way Mr stark" I fire my shoulder missiles at him as he punches again but they only slow down his punch instead of stopping him. The punch removes my faceplate and the defences are at 10%.

Obadiah once again gloats at me "I have enough arsenal to level this city Tony, I was always going to win" He lifts his arm and moves his fist at faster than before and I close my eyes to admit defeat but I only hear asphalt breaking, so I open my eyes to find Spider-Man infront of me holding back Onslaughts punch with great difficulty as his feet dig into the asphalt below.

He grits out in a low whine "Couldn't you have gotten him before he got into the suit" He pushes the punch aside making Onslaughts fist punch into the ground and getting stuck in the dirt. He gives me a hand and pulls me up as I tell him "I wouldn't have needed this suit if I had to beat the shit out of Stane" He looks me up and down before telling me "Don't brag about being capable of beating an old man" I wince as he asks me "So What's the plan".

I frown and tell him "The glowing thing near his chest is unstable and is easy to break" Spiderman was about to move as he said "Ok I'll break it then" but i stop him "Wait, wait, wait" he turns to me as he asks "What?" exasperatedly.

I explain to him why breaking it would be the last thing we'll do here "If that breaks then the explosion will spread palladium smoke and cause cancer cases to rise up around these parts" He nods distractedly before he tells me "we can probably take him a little ways away from the city but how do we break it and not get cancer ourselves?" I think of something before I ask "How much juice do we have?" Spiderman asks me "We are having juice?".

I ignore his question as Jarvis answers me "Enough for Two Unibeams sir" I nod and tell Spidey "We can do it as long as you can hold him somewhere with your webs" he nods and we get to work as Onslaugh gets his fist out of the ground.

-PETER POV-

I swing forward and land on Onslaughts back as Tony fires a missile into Onslaughts face which turns out is a smoking missile that blinds the mech. Tony pulls around and hugs the Onslaught from behind as he yells "Jarvis put everything to thrusters" It takes a while but slowly the Mech lifts off the ground and hold his shoulder blades and pull them back with my hand to keep his hands locked ahead of him.

The Mech strains against my grip cutting my hand in the process but I didn't let up until we hit a crescendo where Tony suddenly turned off the thrusters making us fly with the momentum, I scream as I let go of the shoulder blades and jump off the Mech as I fire a web at Tony's who was floating slowly.

As soon as the web goes taut Tony is pulled off his high horse as his suit is dragged down, not being capable of holding both our weights. He struggles to adjust the thrusters to hold both of our weights as he yells at me "Why the hell did you do that?" I frown and yell back at him "I am not made for flying you dumb ass" he finally settles the thrusters and we slowly move towards the crater which the Onslaught has formed.

I land ahead of Tony and look into the crater "Do you reckon that was enough?" The mech slowly gets up and we look at each other as he says "thought so" we look down as the mech suit shouts "You thought that was enough" I frown in confusion as I yell at him "No we didn't" but he ignores me as he yells "Shut up you bug" I throw my hands up at that because fuck you I am strobger than Tony right now anyway.

I hiss before I continue my thought 'except for the fact that I can't close my fists right now' I look at the blood in my hands and ponder the best way to hit a 900 pound block of metal without making a fist. Said metal monstrosity answers that in the form of mud falling out of his joints as he gets up.

I wonder if it was the universe telling me do exactly what I was thinking or just my imagination but in the end does it even matter because I am about to do exactly that. It worked once so it could work again right.
