After getting through the formalities, the auctioneer turned to Andrew with the papers in his hands.

Andrew made his way down the stage followed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer made a small bow in front of Nick and placed the papers on the table in front of Nick.

Nick took the pen from Andrew and signed the papers. The auctioneer gave an honest smile and took the signed papers in his hands.

After that Nick stood up from his seat and made his way out the hall. When he was about to reach the door, He saw Ashen Zhang from the corner of his eyes and gave him a cold smirk.

Ashen face altered between green and red and his hands formed into a fist.

After a few seconds, the auctioneer cleared his throat and called out for the second item. Like before the items, well belonged to Ashen. People were watching with daze how the items getting landed in Ashen's hand.

After some time passed, the last time to be auctioned came on board. The last one was the 'Grand Scape Land 'which rested on the border of city X.

The Grand scape Land is a huge land that consists of a single western-style villa with the mountain on one side and beach on the other side. It also has a Golf ground, Gun shoot area and Horse Riding. It was worth 150 million.
