tha corn rescues the fair madian but she runs into the arm of the random farmer that grew the corn.... but the corn was the one that saved your life not the farmer. SO WHY WOULD YOU MARRY THE RANDOM FARMER 😑 I know chinese novel characters usually have brains smaller than peas but like what's wrong with you, please find help

Only read to chapter 15 but gave up as this is really, really bad. The MC is a joke, seriously ruled by hormones and quite clueless of the life he has. Maybe it might develop further but for now it is sheer pain to read. I did try to give this a fair go, however I just felt my life sapping away so decided to stop now. My recommendation for this novel is a hard pass.

for now i will say only one thing, i wish it happened to me in my life in the past, girls just jumping on you want to be your girlfriend or a wife, what a life, ha!

Worthless. Seriously worthless. The ONLY redeeming quality this garbage has is the error-free translation quality. None of the characters are likeable at all and they are all mind-numbingly stupid. Only read this if you hate your brain and want it to die.

started rough and some of the characters can be irritating but the latter half got me interested, honestly hope it comes back just to see what the author will do with the story.
