Chapter 2: plant mutations
As someone who came from a modern world, I knew just how much of a cheat this was, so I was looking forward to what I could do.
"The book has finished syncing up to the host's shop."
"The book has detected three seeds that can be mutated."
"The book will now release beginner gift, mutant augmentations."
I was surprised by this sudden notification, but he soon realized that something was wrong.
The system had said three seeds, the only three seeds in the shop that he could think of were the tomatoes, corn, and apple seeds that we're in the crated…
"Wait, book, cancel, cancel that order!"
"Mutant augmentation has been given, host please check the status of the seeds to confirm."
If one looked carefully, one could see actual black lines that had appeared on my forehead.
Since it had already been done, there was nothing that I could do.
Following the instructions of the book, I opened up the information page to check the status of the three seeds.

Even though their names now sounded quite imposing, the three seeds still looked the same as before. If one had to pick out something different, the tomatoes seeds now had a reddish hue to them, the corn seeds wind and electricity coming off of it up like it, and the apple seeds were very cold to touch.
Seeing the comments the book had put under each of these seeds, I really couldn't help but think about how am I going to create the perfect habitat to grow these seeds.
But while he was drowning in my sorrow, there was another sudden message from the book.
"The host has activated the first main quest."
"Host, look how shabby your farm shop is. The best farm shop in the world shouldn't be like this, it should be imposing and luxurious with the best quality product. Please take your three seeds and grow them until they are worthy of your status as the best farm shop owner! The time limit for this quest is twenty-four hours."
"The host will be sent to a cultivation farm realm for the main quest."

Before I could receive an answer, there was a flash of light that completely obscured my vision.
When the white light had faded and I could see what was around me, I found that he had been dropped into a forest.
While I was still getting a sense of the area around me, the voice of the book sounded again.
"Host, please form pacts with the land so it can give you the power to nurture these three seeds."

It was like something had suddenly clicked inside of me, but I could suddenly feel the energy flowing through me.
"Book, what did you just do?" I quickly asked.
"The book has completed chapter 1 and has fixed the damaged meridian in the host's body."
"Does that mean that I can cultivate?"
"Host, please do not ask silly questions, book 2 now it's your time to tack over."
When the book said that in a flash of blinding light suddenly a different book appears in front of me.
"Hello, host, I will be your cultivation guide."
"Since book 1 has fixed the damaged meridian in the host's body, now its time for me to put the final touches on."
"Heavenly thunder bombardment."
All of a sudden, I felt like he had been hit by a taser, but it was several times stronger than a normal taser. All that electric stimulation soon manipulated his body and he began doing the running in place.
After it was over, I fell on the ground, but nothing could extinguish the excitement that he felt since he could finally cultivate.
I read plenty of novels back on earth, so I had a certain expectation when it came to transmigrating into another world. I should have a cheat that would be able to help me cultivate faster than everyone, becoming the strongest person in the world!

But while I was in the middle of spoiling them, there was a giant roar that suddenly shook the trees around me.
This roar shook me to their core and as they looked around, they saw that there was a giant snake that had appeared on a branch above them, looking at me like I were a tasty meal.
Before I could even react, the snake had slammed its giant tail down at me, crushing me and the three plants that I just had planted.
"Host has died, activating beginner protection."
"The host can now revive for free at the same location or a random location for the rest of the duration of this cultivation farm realm."
I had turned into a spirit in the same location. They could see around them, but there was nothing that could see me.
"Book, you're saying that I can die as many times as I want?"
"Host, you can but if you die too many times you might come back a little bit crazy."
"Book, how am I supposed to bet that monster, I don't have any pets?"
"Not to worry host, we are going to plant one, I found some monster body laying around that we can use."
"Well, host, I book 2 have done all I can do now book 3 it's your turn."
"Well, host, I going get to the point you are going to implant the seeds you have into the monster and bury it, the number of seeds my very and not all combination of seeds will work. And the area you bury them in must be above or equal to their level, here and area that you can use."
After receiving the information I gathered three monster remains and implanted them with some seeds. Then I buried them in the space the book gave to me then wait to see what would come out.
After an hour of waiting what came out was something I had never seen before, I took a piece of hair dropped in the book, and the information of these three monsters popped up.

So I gather them up and got ready to go back and fight the giant snake.
