Ch 35-36-37

Ash's POV

Me, Leaf and Koharu decided to walk things out throughout the Indigo Plateau, talk things about tomorrow and some future ahead of us.

"I want to check out Galar if this tournament is over!" Leaf squealed excitedly, Koharu perked up at that.

"Galar is a pretty cool place, you should've got yourselves a Dynamax Band." Koharu stated as she showed us the photo of a Dynamax Band through her Rotom Phone.

"I've heard about Dynamax and Gigantamax, but I've never battled someone who had that." I stated as I recalled my past.

"You should visit Galar after the tournament." Koharu squealed happily, excited that she might be able to get home after a while.

"We will do it, right Leaf?" I asked assurance from Leaf and she nodded happily in response.

Walking throughout the battlefield seems to calm us down, Meloetta's perfectly fine now and so does Greninja and Lucario, they're all battle fit.

Minutes have passed while walking, we bumped into a familiar guy.

"N!" We exclaimed at the sight of the man who I will be battling in the finals.

"Ah, Ash and his company, good to see you here, you guys have showed up perfectly." N stated as he opened up his arms.

"Good to see you too N, and what do you mean by that?" I asked.

"Shall I accompany you in your walk before I tell you?" He asked, we can't decline such request.

"Sure, we don't mind at all." Leaf stated and then we continued on walking.

"So, I was about to search for you and since you are here now Ash, might as well tell you something about the finals." N stated, we're just silent and waited for him to continue on.

"So this is about the finals, you see, as per request from Zekrom, he'll going to battle Reshiram right off the bat." N stated, getting in to the point, at the mention of Zekrom, we perked up at that.

"Z-Zekrom?!" We exclaimed, but careful not to be heard by anyone around.

"You are correct, Zekrom have seen your potential, and he wanted answers personally through battle." N replied in a matter of factly tone.

"So your last pokemon is Zekrom..." I muttered, N heard it and nodded in response.

"If that's what Zekrom wants, then he'll recieve it." I stated and raised my fist up in the air. N chuckled at the show of enthusiasm, but his face turned to serious again.

"And one more thing," N trailed off.

"What is it?" I asked in curiosity.

"Make sure that tomorrow, you'll be ready for anything that may happen, even if it's outside the battle." N stated in a serious tone, there goes the happy mood, I frowned at that as I sensed where this one is going.

"Is it about the Ultra Beasts you are talking about?" I asked him, that made Koharu wince a little.

N nodded in response.

"Yes it is, though this is just a hunch, but I just wanted you to prepare." N replied.

I was reluctant at first, it is just Ultra Beasts are now joking matter, even Tobias already gave me a pretty hard time yesterday, how much more if it is Ultra Beasts?

I looked at Koharu and sensed her scared mood, I went up to her and enlightened her.

"Don't worry, I promised Professor Sakuragi to protect you, right?" I said to the Galar girl while patting her head for comfort, she seemed to ease up a bit, much to my relief.

"Y-Yeah..." She stuttered and hid her face for now reason, is something wrong with her? I just shrugged it off.

"That's all I got to say, and I think I've accompanied you long enough, I still have things to do which my presence is highly needed." He stated and we halted on walking.

"Alright then N, thank you for the warning and I'll make sure I'll give you a battle to remember." I said.

"I'll look forward to that Ash, for now I shall take my leave." N stated with a bow, then we parted ways, we continued on walking further.

"Hey Koharu?" I asked the girl.

"What is it Ash?" She replied.

"I'll be here for you, no need to worry, okay?" I reassured her, she went bright red but gave me that usual sweet smile, and I swear Leaf was giving Koharu the familiar look a while ago, but I just shrugged it off and let my feet carry me to where it want to go.

Arceus' POV

Throughout the time passing by, I had this uneasy feeling and always thought about the disaster occuring soon. Unfortunately, it is unavoidable, he should face it with all his might and willpower, but I'll make sure that I'll do anything in my power to support him by all means.

"Children, appear before me." I boomed throughout the hallways of the wide room and in just split seconds, all of the known legendaries of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos and Alola have appeared and took on their rightful places.

I had the Galar legendaries on duty and I will not interrupt them in their assigned task, because that was a serious task.

And just by that, as usual, the small ones have greeted me first.

"Greetings, father." The small ones greeted me happily.

"Likewise, my little children." I replied to them, they were happy and playfully went back to their own thrones.

"Now, I called all of you here just for one reason."

"The disaster is coming to contact, it is unavoidable but it can be deflected, by the help of a certain someone I sent here, he will be the one to stop the crisis, and I want all of you to help and aid him with everything you've got, understood?" I announced with authority, others cheered and gave their loud, determine cries in agreement, and some were reluctant.

"Father, I refuse to be commanded by mere humans! Those mortals just see us as tools or a thing for them to earn!" It was Kyogre, well, I pretty much understood him since he got some bad memories of them, especially that organization called Team Aqua

"Kyogre, with all due respect, his majesty's certain person isn't like those people you were talking about, I can assure you." Said Lugia, interrupting both of them.

"You've became soft Lugia." Kyogre stated.

"No Kyogre, you're the one being a hard headed, world is wide, there are still few people like him who's passion for pokemon is unlike others." Lugia retorted.

"And you're saying that I'll be aiding that particular boy you are talking about just like that?" Kyogre asked annoyed.

"If this isn't enough to convince you, then try to find Reshiram's presence, Meloetta's being, Diancie, and even the brother of Celebi." Lugia stated, with that, Kyogre looked around and saw that they were not really there.

"And for addition, I agree with Lugia, I had my eyes and attention on that young man for awhile, you can be amazed on how he raises his pokemons and battle there hearts out beyond their max potential." It was Ho-oh who seconded Lugia.

"Where are they?!" Kyogre asked.

"They became one of the boy's companion, they understood the potential of his power, and just recently, our Meloetta did something incredible, she thanked her trainer for that." Lugia stated.

Kyogre was still reluctant.

"Still, I refuse to let myself be under him! I should meet this human in person, then I shall see it for myself!" Kyogre stated angrily and vanished from his water throne.

I just sighed it out because I completely understood him.

"We are sorry for that my lord." Lugia and Ho-oh bowed, but I just reassured them.

"Don't be, Kyogre already experienced pain with the humans, I suggest we should let him cool off for now." I replied to them. They nodded in reply and went back to their thrones.

But this disaster is finally coming close, I hope that young man is ready for anything.

If that is what you're saying, then you shall prove that in this battle!" Zekrom roared out.

Pokespeech ends

"Reshiram, use a barrage of Shadow Balls!"

"Deflect all of them with Dragon Claw, then continue using it while charging on!"

With that cue, Reshiram summoned a whole lot of Shadow Balls and fired them at Zekrom at once, but Zekrom easily deflected some of them and some also pierced through him, but he tanked the hit and rushed onwards Reshiram.

"Reshiram quick, dodge!"

Zekrom was about to hit Reshiram but she swiftly dodge Zekrom's claws and flew upwards the air, Zekrom followed through.

"Reshiram, use the Fusion Flare again!"

"You too Zekrom, Fusion Bolt!"

Both charged their signature attacks again and fired them towards each other at once, the moves collided with each other and made a huge smoke again up in the air, they descended away from the smoke to get a clear view.

"Zekrom, Dragon Pulse!"

"Reshiram, you use Dragon Pulse too!"

Almost every attacks they fired at each other are pairing up equally, Reshiram and Zekrom did get some minor damages though, but overall, they're trying their best to aim the victory.

And with that clashes and collisions they made, the huge crowd cannot help it but just watch in silence at the ongoing battle between the Unova legendaries, even for the people in the private box, heck even Charles himself didn't expect any of this to happen in this particular tournament, never in his life he witnessed such battle.

The battlefield were now a mess, yet Reshiram and Zekrom kept on firing off their moves, chasing and hitting each other, N and Ash was really into the battle, this is just the first match but it's really taking a while, that just means that both Pokemons are too hard to take down.

"Reshiram, behind you, Dragon Pulse!"

"Quick, deflect with Dragon Claw!"

Reshiram fired off her Dragon Pulse, seeing that the other legendary pokemon is just right above her, but Zekrom managed to deflect the move and went to hit Reshiram, Reshiram winced in pain but not enough to let her down, she glided just as she was about to hit the ground, preventing further impact.

"Are you okay Reshiram?" Ash asked his legendary friend, it nodded in response and Ash sighed in relief.

Although on the other side, Zekrom was now also pretty tired and almost reaching his limit.

"Ash, you are now proving yourself that you are capable of earning the champion title, but I can't go down that easily." N stated, catching off his breath.

"Yeah it is, I've never experience this kind of excitement before, the thrill, this power." Ash stated and looked at his hands, and onto Reshiram, who also looked at him in response.

"Now that I've came this far, I may have to thank Leaf for this suggestion and Koharu sticking up with me all this time. I will not disappoint them and win this match for them!" Ash yelled out, feeling up new power rushing throughout his body, Reshiram also felt it.

"And N, I may have to finish this battle now, with all my might, you'll be facing my strongest! Reshiram, let's do this together and put our power into one move! Use Blue Flare!" Ash shouted out.

"I want you to win this match Ash, but you have to go through me first, and with that, you'll also face my strongest! Zekrom, put all your power into one and use Bolt Strike!"

The two Unova legendary pokemons roared loudly, then just by that, the ground cracked opened, in Reshiram's spot, blue flames came out from the ground and swirled around Reshiram, while on Zekrom's spot, blue colored electricity came out from it, also consuming Zekrom.

Reshiram let out a massive blue stream of flames while Zekrom charged at the flames with it's body completely covered in electricity. The attacks seemed fairing up with each other.

"Reshiram, let's go beyond our limits! Stronger, let's keep getting stronger and stronger!"

"Zekrom, you have to go through it with all your might!"

Ash familiar chant was heard, and with that being said, Reshiram's blue ocean eyes were now in blue flames, and her Turboblaze, instead of red, it became bright blue, also her white body had also blue and red streaks around it, and it's wings were now catching fire, blue on the left and red on the right, and her Blue Flare were much stronger and powerful than before, ground cracks have worsen, and Zekrom couldn't take it on anymore and was overpowered.

The collision did another massive explosion and massive dust cloud where covering the whole battlefield, everyone was quiet at that time and waited for the dust cloud to subside.

"There we have it folks! The mighty Zekrom is now unable to battle, Reshiram is the winner!" The announcer yelled as the dust subsided and he saw Zekrom on the ground.

Cheers roared throughout the field, and this is just the first round, there's still another five, but it felt like a day of battling.

Reshiram's new body was visible, and she's really on fire, but soon she reverted back into her original form, guess she can't stay in that form for that long.

And after that first round of victory, something unexpected happened.

BOOM!

An explosion occured somewhere, stopping the match, Ash wondered what is going on, and looked at the skies, his eyes widened in shock and horror.

What he saw are multiple familiar portals up in the sky, and one word came out from his mouth.

"Wormholes..."

Giovanni's POV

"Sir! The wormholes are now open! It wasn't as planned, because there were too many wormholes opened at the same time!" The agent reported.

I smirked at that.

"It is fine, the more the merrier." I said.

"Ghetsis, Maxie, Archie, and you, Lysander, come with me, we have Ultra Beasts to fetch." I commanded.

They saluted and quickly got themselves ready before hopping in the helicopter and headed towards the league.

3rd Person's POV

People panicked and then ran everywhere, the league wasn't finished and was interrupted by the sudden outburst of the Ultra Beasts that was spawned out of nowhere, there were too many wormholes formed at once.

The champions quickly got into move and headed towards the battlefield, Lusamine, who was expert in Ultra Beasts, was bewildered in why they have showed up now.

"Lusamine?! What is the meaning of this?!" Lance yelled and pointed the wormholes up in the sky.

"I don't have any idea! But I'll just say that someone interrupted the signals of the ultra space dimension, creating a fuse from the other world!" Lusamine replied while still staring at the wormholes, Lillie, who were most afraid at them, got a hold on her mother

Just moments later, the said beasts came out from the wormholes, there was this white jelly-fish like ultra beast, red bulky bug like mosquito ultra beast and many more.

To some of them, Nihilegos, Buzzwoles, Guzzlords have appeared around the huge battlefield, participants from the tournament did helping hand and assisted themselves in defeating some of it.

Leaf and Koharu quickly got onto Ash's side, Ash was in a trance, this is the one N is talking about, but this is beyond his expectations, as well as N.

"They have disrupted the ultra space too much." N stated and looked at the flying Nihilegos

The champions already made their move and scattered around the battlefield and helped the trainers in defeating them.

Moments later, a helicopter arrived just meters from them, and five people came down from it, Ash and the others had their pokeballs ready.

"Ah, what beautiful creatures." Said Giovanni as he looked up the sky, he smirked and then looked at them.

"You...you're the one who did this..." Lusamine muttered angrily, Gladion was triggered at this.

"Yes, yes it is, these beautiful creatures will soon be mine, and no one can stop me!" Giovanni yelled out.

The other four have exited the place.

"N, Leaf, Lusamine and Gladion, follow those four, don't let them hang around!" Ash commanded, and with that, they both quickly followed the four and attempted to stop them. Koharu just stayed behind him.

"I'll protect you Koharu, don't worry." Ash said, reassuring her, she nodded in response and hid behind him.

"Ah, some wannabe hero we got here, don't you know who I am boy?" Giovanni asked, still smirking.

"Oh don't worry, I do know you and your pathetic team rocket goons." Ash replied in a rather calm tone.

That ticked off Giovanni and was slightly annoyed.

"You don't know who you are talking to, boy." Giovanni threathened.

"And you don't know what you have got into, and I'm going to stop you!" Ash yelled.

"I'd like to see you try, Rhyperior, Charizard, step forward!" Giovanni yelled out and tossed two pokeballs up in the air, revealing the intimidating Rhyperior and Charizard.

"Diancie, Celebi, I choose you!" Ash called out and tossed two Ultra Balls up in the air it opened and revealed the mythical pokemon Diancie and the shiny mythical pokemon Celebi.

At the sight of it, Giovanni's eyes twitched and narrowed at them.

"You mean, YOU don't know who you are against up to." Ash stated with a smirk, and that made Giovanni get genuinely angry.

"You little...Rhyperior, Stone Edge! Charizard, Fire Blast!" Giovanni commanded, annoyed.

"Diancie, put up a large diamond in front of you to protect yourselves!" Ash responded.

Rhyperior got his Stone Edge on the move and Charizard fired off a large kanji shaped flames and aimed them towards the mythical pokemons, but Diancie quickly got in front and formed a large purple diamond instantly, negating the attacks.

"Diancie, quickly activate mega evolution! Celebi, Frenzy Plant and trap those two!"

Diancie quickly responded and went to undergo mega evolution, her 'gown' is now quite longer than before and she had the 'princess' appearance rather than before.

Celebi, to protect Diancie while doing mega evolution, he screamed out and big roots from underground have trapped them, knocking them on the ground, they had a hard time releasing themselves from the grip.

"You fools! Get out from there!" Giovanni angrily yelled.

"Diancie, let's finish things up! Diamond Storm!" Ash yelled in victory.

Diancie hurled up tons of diamond bits and fired them towards the two, they didn't even stood a chance and was knocked out instantly, fainting them on their spot.

Giovanni angrily returned the two, fainted pokemon and picked up another two, much to Ash's annoyance.

"Persian, Golem, crush those two!"

Ghetsis, Maxie, Archie and Lysander had themselves cornered by the ones chasing them, they also noticed Maxie holding up a bag, so Lusamine guessed that those are Beast Balls inside.

"You guys have the nerve to summon up Ultra Beasts and catch them for your evil intentions..." Lusamine muttered.

"Those Ultra Beasts are just mere tools for our greater intentions, we can't let you stop our plans!" Maxie yelled out, and together with the other three, they released out their pokemons.

Ghetsis had his Hydreigon, Maxie let out his Camerupt, Archie and his Dewgong, and Lysander and his red Gyarados.

Leaf took the cue and let out her Venasaur, N also let out his Ferrothorn, and Gladiom with his Silvally.

"They are still outnumbered..." Said Lillie, her gang had also helped the others, so they're the ones left for now.

"Don't worry Lillie, we got this." Leaf said and winked at her, she was reassured at that.

"Little girl interrupting our plans, why don't you just go home and play?" Said Lysander while smirking.

Leaf, at the mention of young girl, was ticked off and she slightly looked down. If Koharu or Ash was there, then they should know what's going on now.

"Hydreigon, Tri Attack!"

"Camerupt, Flamethrower!"

"Dewgong use Ice Beam!"

"Gyarados, Hyper Beam on them!"

Four pokemons unleashed their attack and fired towards the three, N and Gladion was about to command their pokemons but Leaf interrupted them, much to their confusion.

"Venasaur tank the hit." Leaf said darkly, Venasaur smirked and then took the front, much to the other's surprise.

Venasaur took on the hit but he seemed unfazed at it, just few scratch marks but everything seems fine, the four opponents are taken aback at the high defense stats Venasaur got.

"That is sorcery!" Archie yelled out.

Even for N and Gladion, or even Lusamine, they were really surprised at it.

"You call me little girl, and you'll get the consequences, Venasaur, Massive Vine Whip!" Leaf commanded her tanky Venasaur.

Venasaur roared and had his literally massive Vine Whip went out from his petals and slapped them at the four, they have knocked them out instantly.

The four had their horrific looks at Leaf and her Venasaur, they returned their pokemons and was about to pick another one but then Leaf took the cue, stopped them from getting another pokeballs and glared at the four.

"You dare interrupt the tournament without knowing who you are against up." Leaf darkly said, they shivered at the young girl.

"Next time I hear you say those words or I see your face, I'm not gonna hesitate to call up Ash and ask his Celebi to Frenzy Plant you all, got it?" Leaf threatened, they nodded quickly and got themselves their escape plan.

They just let them, they didn't even got the bag with them, she looked at it and Beast Balls were present.

She picked up the bag and handed them to Lusamine, which was still speechless at what happened. N and Gladion looked at her with disbelief.

"Y-You're really a sister of Ash..." N managed to say.

"But what do you mean by him and Celebi?"

Leaf stopped on her tracks and looked at them, which gave them a nervous laugh.

"Oops?"
