Miraculous- Adrien

My frustration with Adrien in the earlier seasons have completely dissolved. I thought he was oblivious and too nice for his own good. I liked his cat noir persona more. My opinion has completely changed.

Adrien is a great character. While it is shown in Marinette more than it is in Adrien, he is socially awkward which makes sense considering his upbringing. He has a hard time understanding people who are not straightforward. Marinette is a mystery to him which gives him an excuse to be oblivious to her feelings for him.

While he knows she is a good person he rarely understands what comes out of her mouth. He says it himself. She can barely spit out a sentence to him and because he is unfamiliar with making friends, he finds it difficult to understand why she is acting the way she is. He puts it down to her naturally being socially awkward but quickly gets confused when she acts completely different around others and him when he is cat noir.

It is no wonder why he thinks of her as 'just a friend'. In reality they barely talk. When they do he only gets an idea of what she is trying to say.

She is completely different from Ladybug and if they did not look exactly the same I would let him not knowing her identity slide.

Side note- It is kind of ironic considering in the show it is said that your superhero appearance relates to your demeanor and since Marinette looks completely the same as Ladybug, it shows that there is no difference between her and her counter part yet her identity crisis is a huge issue.

Adrien's father is the villain he has been fighting for years, his cousin is a potential villain, his mom whom he thinks is dead is comatose under his house, and his nanny is also another supervillain. He his the literal definition of family issues.

It makes sense that he always gets akumatized whenever there is a reveal which is why I don't think it should happen yet. I will go more into that when I do a chapter about the reveal. Boy do I have a lot to say about that.

Adrien is understanding, loyal, caring, and overall a good person. He is always there for Ladybug despite how poor she treated him, whenever she had a mental breakdown he was there to lift her up, and he goes out of his way to hang out with his friends and make them happy despite how depressing his life is.

He is the ideal boyfriend when it comes to being caring. He needs to figure himself out before he starts any kind of relationship though.
