ALINA'S POV :

"Double-faced b*tch." Rudy and I said at the same time and burst out laughing realising that we have the same opinion on her.

"Never thought that we would have the same opinion on someone," I said seeing that they have already left our eyesight.

He chuckled nodding, "I'm glad that someone has the same opinion on her."

"Everyone with eyes can see that," Jessica said and I nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, only if they see her b*tch side… You don't even know completely about her, she is such a nice actress. She acts all sweet in front of everyone and plots something behind."

"Still I don't understand, what Omar sees in her. I thought Omar is the sanest one of your brothers, then why is he dating her?" I asked him, probably hitting a nerve.

He looked at me In disbelief, "By any chance, are you trying to say that Shane and I are insane ones?"

"Obviously, do you expect me to deny that?" I said controlling my laugh. He looked at me raising his brows and glaring at me to deny that. "Don't give me that look, you know damn well that I'm not going to deny that."

He rolled his eyes at me, "Whatever." He said raising his hands in the air. "I know why you are thinking like that and I didn't have the chance to properly apologize to you. I am really sorry for my behaviour that day, it's not me, it's just my hangover took the best of me because I drank too much alcohol the day before. Really very sorry for behaving like that."

He genuinely apologized and It sounded sincere and he doesn't look like someone who misbehaves with someone. "It's okay. I think you got your lesson that day." I said while grinning, Jessica laughed.

He places his hands on his waist, "You think?"

I chuckled, "You should have seen that coming."

"What? I don't know what you are talking about. Your punch is not that hard, it doesn't even affect me." He said looking everywhere but my eyes.

"Oh really? Then I guess I should test it again." I took a step forward pulling up my sleeves.

"No thank you, I'm good." He said raising his hand to stop me.

"Better," I said dusting off my hands. "Anyways, you haven't answered my question. Why is Omar dating a person like her?"

"I actually don't know the answer to that. But she was not like that at first but as time went on, she changed a lot or perhaps revealed her true colours after gaining his trust." He said sighing, "But my brother is no fool not to notice her two-faced personality. Either he is in deep love with her or he has something in mind. I don't think the first one, after all we are the Kings, our brains work fast."

Arrogance much, I rolled my eyes at him. "As if there is one."

"Hey, are you insulting us?" he looked at me in disbelief.

I chuckled seeing his expression, "After seeing that you have the same opinion on her, I think you have a brain."

"Thanks for recognising." He said rolling his eyes.

Jessica and I laughed, "I don't have any doubts about Omar. But I doubt that your big brother Shane has any Brain cells in his thick head. He is too much to handle."

He laughed hearing that, "If he hears that, you will be in big trouble."

"Yeah, I'm scared of him," I said sarcastically rolling my eyes.

"You are funny." He said chuckling. I glared at him raising my eyebrows, "Actually, he is the best amongst us if you ask me. And he is not as bad as you think of him. You'll know once you get to know him better."

"Yeah, no need for that…" I said.

He chuckled, "Let's see about that." He said while smirking. Why does that sound like there is something on his mind? "So, are we good now?" he asked me.

"Yes…" I nodded.

"Then we are besties from now on…" he said like an announcement.

"I'm already tolerating one brainless best friend, no need for another one," I said.

"Oh hello, I'm still here you know that right," Jessica said feigning hurt.

Rudy and I laughed at her reaction, "She is Jessica, my best friend and also my assistant."

"I already know that but we haven't met properly so" he extends his hand for a hand shake to me first and then to Jessica introducing himself. "And btw I have a brain so you don't have to worry about this friend." He said pointing to himself.

"You mean, I don't?" Jessica asked while glaring at him.

We both laughed at her reaction, "Well, that's not what I meant…" he said controlling his laughter. "So, If you need anything don't hesitate to ask me. We three, are a team now." He said extending his hand for a fist bump.

"We'll see about that…" I said smirking not giving him a fist bump but Jessica on the other hand already gave him a fist bump. And they both looked at me to join them. I sighed in defeat, "Okay." I joined them.

"Yayy." They screamed.

"Okay, that's enough. We should go now." I said walking into the elevator along with Jessica. But Rudy still stayed there, "You are not coming?" I asked him.

"Well, I have some work. You guys go now, I'll come later." He said looking towards his right and smiling.

"Okay," I shrugged saying, "Bye then."

"Okay, bye. See you guys later." He said smiling at us and then again looking at his right side grinning. Okay, something is going on with him. I chuckled seeing him, he is not that bad. He started walking towards his right while our elevator doors were about to close completely.

"He is not that bad," I said.

"Who said that he is bad? It's you from the start." She said making me roll my eyes.

"Yeah, yeah whatever. No need to stress it." I said as the elevator is going up.

After a few minutes, we finally reached the penthouse. The elevator doors opened revealing the man whom I wanted to ignore with all myself. But still, there is a feeling in my stomach and my heartbeat starts racing whenever I see him.
